Excellent costumer service and great prices. The Store is an excellent stop for all your needs.

Ive never Once had a bad experience at the store. Always walking out the door with a smile on my face. The only people that put a 1 star mustve not actually been into this store. Could open earlier on weekends. For the people who wake up before 9am.

Unfortunately this “convenience” store does not adhere to the mask by-law for the Niagara Region. If you cannot wear a mask due to medical exemptions, you must wait outside until they become available to help you. They will then come to the door, ask you what you want, take your money and then bring you what you requested. This is NOT in accordance with the by-law.

Only in Chip would there be a place called The Store ! XDWith the prices charged youd think theyd have a sign..

This happened a few years ago so things may have changed but its still the morality of the story that still gets under my skin. Where to begin?!One day I came into Daisy Mart to take out $40.00 from the ATM and buy something to drink. There was a new employee working who informed me their atm was down but he could charge me $40 from the debit machine and just give me cash that way instead of going to the bank and getting a drink at another store. I was fine with that.He did the transaction and handed me my 40 dollars and i went on my way.Maybe a week later I walked in Daisy Mart with my mothers debit card to get her cigarettes. This time the owner was in and when i was about to pay he asked to see her debit card. Not thinking anything of it I handed him the card and he then told me that the numbers dont match (because when i took out $40 i was using MY card not hers..) But he knew it was me bc that new employee described my car. He said that when he did the transaction it didnt Actually go threw at all and that i basically owed the employee 40 because he had to replace it in the til. This was the employees mistake. He should have made sure the transaction went threw before taking 40 out of his cash register. But he was careless and that should technically be on him. Its not like after he handed me the 40 i ran out of the store.. I walked out like normal and was parked right by the door so he could have flagged me down and let me know that the transaction didnt go threw but he didnt.After the owner told me about his employees carelessness he proceeded to tell me that I had to pay his employee back. I told him I was unable to at that moment because all I had on me was my Mothers Debit card. To be honest I did kind of forget about the situation and came back to the store maybe a week later to buy myself smokes. I payed with debit. I had 40 cash in my pocket that i was about to take out for that employee after my debit transaction When i looked down at the debit machine the total was $75.00.. My purchase was only $10.00. When i noticed this I was taken back. He never reminded me about paying his employee back (for his mistake) and was about to basically trick me into paying him and ontop of that he was making me pay interest.If it was a situation where the employee (who was fired at this point) hadnt replaced the 40 out of his pocket and it was affecting his till.. i could even try to understand that and be fine paying thay which i was about to anyways!!! the owner hadnt lost out of any money and he didnt even have that employee working for him anymore. So why did he now need my 40? It wasnt like I stole from the store. I was even on bored with paying this employee back just for the moral sake of the situation.If i was working somewhere and i gave a customer 40 dollars out of the til and their transaction didnt go threw. That would be on me end of story. It would be nice if the customer came back but at the end of the day it would be my mistake...I had a friend who lived across the street from the store and the owner ran outside yelling at me the following summer. Why would i go back there? Hes clearly ok with charging people extra without any heads up. So screw him.

Its a very great store with awesome customer service

I dont know who you think you people are with your prices and that blonde ladies attitude is disgusting and she is a very racist person, never walking in that place ever again.
