Great customer service and installation. Ripped out the current carpet and installed new carpet in the entire upstairs including the stairs. Only took 2 days! They came when they said they would. Very happy we went with this business

Wonderful family that always treats customers with exemplary service! My family has been going to this store for all carpet needs since I was a child. I have followed suit and have never been disappointed. The first name I think of when I need flooring is Carpet Mill Outlet.

My husband and I were looking to finish an addition with wall to wall carpet. After looking around we settled on supporting a local business and chose Carpet Mill Outlet. Went there.. Found what worked.. Gave them a down payment of $400.00.. Got an installation date and left. April 5th was our date and when the guys showed up without masks ( I had mine on) I was not happy! The one installer tells me he dosent wear one and hes old and he cant breathe. I left them on my doorstep while I called the business and spoke with John. He tried telling me how he can vouch for their health. I asked have they been tested? He tells me no. I ask if they have been vaccinated? He tells me no. After some more arguing I hung up on John.. Told the guys to just put the effin rug in and get the F outta my house. Unbelievable! I am appalled with their service and disregard for the publics health! Will never use them again! They were reported to N.Y.S. Pause/investigation unit.

These guys did an OUTSTANDING job on my bathroom floor last week, followed by a FLAWLESS job on my living room, hallway, and bedroom carpets on Monday. Even with Ringling Brothers Circus and a full marching band crashing through the door at random times, they got the job done, in stunning fashion, in a timely manner, at a great price. I wasnt sure where to go for my rug purchase when a local furniture store owner recommended The Carpet Mill Outlet. I discovered this is a long standing family run business. Sherrie waited on me when I first came in and remembered exactly what I was looking for on my return visits. Sister, Krista, helped as well. Husband, John, came out to measure the room, and the humorous father & son team of Cary & Travis did the installation. All my questions and concerns were answered and explained. I am pleased with the entire experience, will return when I decide to carpet other rooms and, YES, I would recommend them to others.

Recamended by my contractor that remodeled my livingroom, told him what I was looking for. A gentleman from the store brought samples to my home, fell in love with one in particular. Quality carpet at a fair price. They out sourced the installation, the installers were excellent, the carpets beautiful.

I have now used this company twice and they deserve a review. There response time is impressive, customer service friendly and even though I was very pressed for time-- they helped get me back on my feet fast. I highly recommend

Place is a scam and smells like orange fraud

Absolutely horrible customer service from the owner John, called and explained we were not happy with them not removing the underpad of old carpet, bumps and barespots making walking on it awful and uncomfortable and John took the call but never responded back to us. Took our money and ran. Also after discussing they would remove the old carpet he wrote up on invoice that I would remove it and then they were going to charge us 50.00 on installation day. When they were too lazy to remove glued down underpad and put in the thick new one I was promised, they took away the 50.00 charge and said we were even.Now I have horrible bumpy carpet that they refuse to fix. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, especially JOHN
