Got some great deals today. Store was clean and organized. I loved coming here. I normally come twice a month and we take great family pictures here every year.

Went in looking for stocking/knee high. Poor selection but employee was able to help me out. Had to wait in line for way to long.

Debbie at checkout was very friendly and thorough with all the customers checking prices and looking for additional to discounts going the extra mile above and beyond customer service which is not found very often these days!!! WAY TO GO 👍🎉🌻🛍

Not much to choose from. What they did have you had to look & look fast. The internet actually says they are open until 9 but trust me they announced enough that they closed at 8. Really didnt get to look at much

The staff was amazing at helping my boyfriend find his right size for a suit. The place was very very clean and looked aesthetically pleasing. The clothes are so cute. And they even have a Sephora inside the store for makeup lovers! Masks were available for customers at the front of the store. Everyone I saw was also wearing a mask. Great place for high quality clothes!

Unfortunately the process for canceling an item is absolutely dumb. Not only does it take up time away from the associate, but it also rates as a zero for “customer satisfaction” because it takes away from the whole caring shopping experience and drags it through the dirt.I ordered an item and wasn’t allowed to cancel that item, per the JC Penney Personnel “until it was fulfilled by an associate”. The JCPenney personnel then told me after it is filled then I could call back, have it canceled and refunded.He was wrong. I did exactly what he said but I was told I had to come in to cancel the order or simply ignore it.There’s been way too much JC Penney stupidity, my good time and effort put into this topic. Time to simple chargeback. It’s a shame.

Friendly people and somethings are cheap. Loved how interactive the employees were with my daughter. Kids needs these interactions. Most places disregard the child because they arent the wallet holders.

This store is clean & employees are nice but i saw no one on the floor when i needed help i had to walk back up to cashier. Not alot of good brands. Mostly just their brands so not a variety. Shoe section needs help. Most shoes i saw looked cheap but prices were high. Again no one in shoe dept. Honestly they seem like their going downhill. Shame theyve been around so long and losing their flare.

Not enough cashiers so I decided to just leave. Also why would you have the fitting rooms open in the beginning of the year and now they’re closed. Sad to say I won’t waste my time going back.

Great time of the year to upgrade the wardrobe. Bought $400 worth of clothes for $160....love the JCP.

Went to JCP for some quick shopping. To say the least, we were in and out in 15-20 minutes with quality active gear for a team member who lost everything during the Newnan Tornado. I believe that small gestures like this will gradually bring our community back to better than normal. Thanks JCP for playing an indirect part in the rebuilding of Newnan!

How do you expect people to buy your clothes when your dressing rooms isnt even open to try them on every other clothing stores dressing rooms is open since they figured out covid isnt thing any more?I took my business to deluth trading company

Great customer service. Friendly staff. One problem, Ive ordered a muffin pan twice and both times when Ive went to pick them up the wrong items were in the box. This will be my third time reordering it. You would think I would not order it again but the customer service is so Awwwesome that I have confidence that they will get me my muffin pan. The order picking maybe not be great but the customer service is. Patiently waiting:)

Awesome 👍 visit! We were pleasantly greeted as we entered the store. The layout was neatly used and the entire store looked and felt so clean and cool! While at checkout, to our pleasure, a voice on the intercom reminded staff, that it was time to refresh and clean spots; that was an Xtra welcome feeling to hear and know that JCPenney cares about its employees (all wearing masks) as well as its customers! Worst customer service ! I ordered online for a curb side pickup.. however when I arrived at the store there was no designated curbside parking but their App says they have two parking reserved for this... then I called the store no. to pickup my purchased items... no one answered.I had to actually go inside the store... Apparently there system did not list my purchase and I had to wait until they figure out my order.

My experience was great! The cashier helped me find a coupon, when the one I wanted to use was for online only. So with the sale and coupon I got my boots for $40! Im so excited to wear them out! I wish I had looked at her name tag before I left.

J C Penneys has been my store for years. Please stay open.

Service was good and I found what I was looking for quickly. Its hard for me to find pants in my size so that was great. My problem was the forced plastic waste. I purchased one pair of pants so I asked them to save the plastic bag. The cashier said that it was against policy to let me leave without a bag.

My wife and I enjoy Pennys. I needed a sport shirt but they only had Nike. I am an American so I/we will not purchase any Nike products. We still like Pennys.

Ive shopped at JCPENNEY since my childhood, and every now and then, I browse through their sales for great deals. Certain items are priced higher than other retailers, but you have to pick and choose.

The cashier was helpful, friendly, and patient. Her primary goal was to assist me and ensure I received the very best deal available. She didnt rush me or deny my discount even though I had not followed the correct process. She walked me through the process with patience.

Clean beautifull store a bit pricey swimsuits were separate and have to buy the top and the bottoms at $ 30 to 40 per piece

I guess they dont automatically look for rewards points usually they do but i guess this girl didnt know any better so after i saw my receipt didnt reflect it i went back in for her to redo it she didnt tell me my money wasnt automatically going to go back on my card she didnt know that either or how long it would take to do so. I am extremely frustrated after spending so much time shopping for my items not even to be able to get them and have to wait until whenever my money comes back on my card before i will be able to use it whenever that is smh train your cashiers better if she would have told me it would not have been immediate i would have just waited to use my points another time

People are so nice, and they always have good sales.

The cashier was really great but their selection of clothing and prices are not great for the quality. Also their undercover security is Not great as we were followed closely while shopping in the men’s department. I will avoid shopping here in the future. Over the years seems like every time I go here I’m disappointed in some way.

Very helpful staff. We had some 1st birthday photos taken in the photo center. Great photographer working the center, she engaged the youngster!!!! And the photos were first rate!

It was okay, customer service desk isnt marked so unless you go there regularly you dont know where to go for help. Then you are left waiting for over 10 mins to get your transaction done.

Awesomeness in retail shopping. This store is known for selling high quality products and services. The parking lot is extremely large and has plenty of handicap parking spaces. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products of this major Nationwide retail chain store. The store is clean and well organized. There are many different departments in this retail store and they have many excellent products. I especially like the washer and dyers selections. I had an awesome time shopping here today.

Went to look for Fall items. None except candles and they were $50! Thats crazy for a candle!!!

I think their clothes are overpriced but a good option when you really need something for a special event. You sometimes can get lucky and find something on sale. And the people who work there are nice and helpful.

I always have great luck finding clothes here and the employees are always friendly. Nice selection in Juniors, Womens and Athletic departments; thats normally the departments I shop in. Good quality clothes for very reasonable prices and even better if you hit up their sales!

We had our picture made at the portrait studio. It was fun! Our photographer was nice. We got some good deals. :)

Went to the salon as usual. My daughter and I had a great experience with our stylist and the other salon employees. Would definitely recommend this salon.

Overall a good store with decent selection. The employees are a little pushy about the store credit card but that seems to be every department store. Its one of the reasons most people would rather shop online.

There to pick up an online order. Went well, easy and relatively quick. The online order pick up is all the way at the back of the store. I would prefer it at the front of the store, since part of online ordering is convenience and time saving; but, I figure that is strategic to get cutomers to walk through the store and purchase more.

First time Ive been to one outside of a large mall. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. If you have to take pictures i would definitely recommend Miss Crystal to take your pictures especially if youre taking pics of children. Shes amazing, so ask to book with her

People there were in a great mood and very nice. Seemed to get along well which radiates to the customers. But make sure you check the price at the counter, the deal on display may not apply.

I love the new Sephora in this location! The store clerk found just like what I was looking for. I left out with a nice Too Faced palette for my wedding day makeup.

One of my favorites, been shopping Pennys sInce I was youngun. Never disappointed.

Where do I start! First, the salesperson was extremely rude, uncooperative and rude. We had a problem with a jewelry purchase and the woman practically accused us of stealing the jewelry because she couldnt find the purchase in computer. Even though we had proof of purchase such as the transaction number and such. The manager was able to resolve the situation and she realized was rude and not equipped to do her job effectively. I will never shop in this JCPENNEY store again.

Awful experience. They have barely any employees to assist. Searched forever to get assistance and waited a very long time to check out with the one cashier. I used to love this store but now, not at all.
