The new doors are very solid, well made, and were expertly installed.It has not been a full week since theyve been installed but I have no doubt that they will perform well for years to come. The worker(s) left the place as they found it. The garage door opener was re-attached using heavy gauge steel which I feel was a nice touch. At this point I can report honestly that I am very happy over all.

I used B&B overhead door when my old door openers and springs finally gave out. They came the very next day, at the time they said they’d be there (even a bit early), and the job was completed in a couple hours without a hitch. Pricing was very competitive (I did compare), gentleman who came out was knowledgeable and friendly, chatting after the job was competed. I was given full instructions right on the spot. Even the woman who answered their phones was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

The quote provided by Bruce was reasonable and his company was able to order and install the doors and openers within two months. Our previous doors were 26 years old and were purchased at a box store. Needless to say, they were flimsy and noisy doors. The new doors are quiet and more sturdy. I appreciate the new technology that comes with the Liftmaster openers.

Needed an easy button for my experience with B&B Overhead Door. Called them and they came out the same morning. They not only fixed the door that was broken but took the time to look at the other garage door that has occasional issues. They now both worked perfectly. Price was extremely reasonable. Initial meeting was set up within 48 hours of reaching out to B&B. They were able to give us a quote within a couple days for an opener and the garage door. Once the door was received in their office, they had the appointment for the door scheduled within 2 days. Both Bruce at the initial appointment and Jim at the installation appointment were excellent with completing the job and interacting with my wife and I.

Competitive pricing with a quality product. Their workmanship was impeccable. The only negative was it took about six weeks to order and install two garage doors but we were in no hurry. I would recommend B&B Overhead to a friend.

I found B and B to be customer focused and highly responsive. Their staff was friendly, helpful, and most importantly timely. I was provided a two hour window for their arrival the evening prior. On the day of work the technician called me when he was 20 minutes which I found helpful. Work was completed rapidly and appropriately priced. Highly recommend.

Service at its best -- 10 stars please. B&B actually answered the phone, scheduled a date that was reasonable, called two days prior to provide a definitive arrival time, arrived when they said they would and repaired the issue. And everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The folks at B&B Overhead Door should teach lessons in customer service. Its the way life should be.

Bruce and his co-worker was great. They came in removed 3 doors and hung the new ones quickly and without any issues. I would highly recommend B&B Overhead Door!

I used B&B a couple of times in the past on simple things liked snapped springs and cables, coordination with the office person and the service people is horrible. They recently did some work and a few days later my garage door opener stopped working, called and had to wait a week to get another appointment, took the afternoon off and no service person ever showed for the appointment, no call, nothing. Called the next day to confirm they had be on the books for the previous day, which they did, when I told the office person she was basically like oh well, let me try and find out what happened, I asked her to call me back immediately to see where we go moving forward. She never called back, I called her back 2 hours later and she said the guys were on a big job and werent returning her phone calls ! I told her she lost a customer and she seemed like she could care less. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service !

Just got two 8355W installed.B&B was in and out and I never noticed they where there!Excellent service and I highly recommended them for any of your garage door needs or issues.

The owner of the company had his son do the job when he was up visiting him from Florida he told me his job in Florida was a bartender. The door hinges were placed in the wrong spots they were missing bolts The hinges were crooked the owner of the company said he was not going to replace the panels he said he would straighten out the hinges and plug the old holes up left us high and dry had to hire Another company to finish the job
