I needed tires and got a very good deal on 4 good tires that happened to be on sale. I also opted for the lifetime wheel alignment also worth the price. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable Staff who didnt try to run me up on price or extra services because Im a woman. Im not sure but I believe the man who helped me was named Quinn. Ill be happy to return in the future!

Had a head gasket go on my car. They said they could fix it if it were worth repairing. After confirming the problem, they put together and estimate and recommended that I NOT repair the vehicle based on the cost of the repair, the, and the condition of the vehicle. They recommended replacing the vehicle, which was confirmed by a couple of other mechanic friends over the next few days. Honest folks working here.

Just dropped off my car. I had just a couple of simple clarifying questions about services and was treated like every question was an affront on Jason’s existence. Questions like “Do you think you’ll be able to get to my car in the next couple hours?” Or “Do I pay now or later?” Was responded with seeming contempt. I hope he’s just having a bad morning and that things will be different when I come back to pick up the car.

Used them for the first time on a car I purchased a little over a year ago. Im always nervous about getting tune-ups because Im always told that i have over $1,000 worth of repairs that NEED to be done. Not the case here, they took my car, got email updates on the progress of the inspection, timely phone calls and super friendly service. The guy I paid up with behind the counter ( I think his name was Rich) was friendly and made me an extra copy of my NYS Inspection report for my records. Werent pushy about replacing any tires (they passed inspection but were getting low) and explained how to use the lifetime alignment program I purchased. I will definitely be using them going forward, and will have my husband switch to this one rather than the one in Wappingers Falls !

So I ordered 4 new tires that I purchased over 5 years. I have to research what I paid but tires were $200+ now. I personally worked on my truck with a great mechanic with a superb reputation and is the chief mechanic at a dealership I won’t mention and replaced numerous parts on my front suspension. I was told I could not get a wheel alignment because my tie rods were no good. Funny thing how I replaced my tie rods and have a receipt from rock auto for the purchase of them. Haven’t picked my truck up yet but I hope their regional manager is available to explain this nonsense when I get there. After reading these reviews I wish I didn’t go there. so picked up my truck and explained that I had already replaced tie rods as well as a ton of other parts with a great mechanic and they still dispute that I have 3 bad tie rods. Just look at the outrageous price theses animals want to charge as opposed to what I paid for the same part myself. Please do business elsewhere

Very unprofessional. Everyone doesnt have a entire day to leave their car to do a simple 30 minute job. I just needed my tpms sensor changed in my tire and was told i need to leave my car all day. I informed him i cant do that because i have to work and was shrugged off. Very rude! I hate places that are not respecting essential workers time!

This place is a joke I went in to get a tire checked that they installed a week before. I dropped $2500 the guy has his feet up on the table and says to me I need to make an appointment for 15 days later just so they can check one of my tires this is ridiculous customer service here sucks never bringing my truck back again..Fortunately I went to the Monro right across the street was in and out in less than 20 minutes the guy was friendly and he just and a new customer.

I have a fleet vehicle, called prior day, was advised to drop it off before 9 the next day, the earlier the better. Dropped off at 8:15, all set. Asked for oil change, tire rotation, and to fix my Blower Motor (needs new resistor).Called me at 4pm to let me know they didn’t get to not, and could they keep it. (Not really an apology either). I reluctantly agreed, asking them to lock up the car inside. (They agreed, and they lied)Next day, 3pm, no word. I call and they tell me they are waiting on approval, and then they need to order the part, could take another day. I’m done, letting them know I’m picking up my car now. I called my fleet admin to find out if they were contacted for approval, they approved work at 9am, and never heard back from Firestone.I show up, and car is exactly where I parked it 31 hours earlier. They did not move it inside as they said they would, and it is not in a great neighborhood. They were not waiting for approval, they lied.I asked them for a number I could call to report my dissatisfaction, they told me they didn’t have one. (Believe that is also a lie).I am not a mechanic, so the best I can hope for is my mechanic has integrity. 3 lies before they even put my key in the ignition leaves it pretty clear they have no integrity, and likely steal from their customers everyday.I am on a mission to make sure I can deter people from having these criminals steal from anyone I know.

My Dad always wanted a boy. I learned to change my own oil, change and rotate tires, and replace brakes and rotors... and many other car related care before I was 12. I dont do that now, because my husband does not think a girl should do those things. It has been a LONG time (more than 20 years) since I have been allowed to work on my own vehicle. Honestly, it is something I truly enjoy, but with my current job dont even have the time to do. My service advisor, Richard, made me feel COMPLETELY confident. I asked for a 5 tire rotation, oil change and inspection for my newest baby, my 2017 Wrangler. He took my printed, laminated 5 tire rotation diagram with stride. He is the FIRST person in about 20 years that didnt make me feel like a dumb girl at an auto service station EVER. I will NEVER use another service repair station until he leaves. I am a retail manager of a multi billion dollar per year store, and have about -200 hours a week to complete my home duties. Rich and his team have won me over for good. I will continue to go there for ALL my service needs for my Jeep baby, at least until I steal him from you to work for me!!

I went to the Firestone Autocare with the intent of receiving a full tire alignment since I put new tires on my car. Only the front wheels were aligned. It wasnt until I went to go pickup my car, the technician briefly tells me that the solid axle on my car doesnt allow for a full alignment, and I would have to go elsewhere to have it completed. Then proceeds to ring me up for the full cost of an alignment. I never received a phone call to update me on the issue with my car. This wasnt brought to my attention until after my vehicle was all serviced. The technician refused to take his time to detail explain to be why? I dont know a lot about cars so I had a few questions to ask. He got upset at the fact that I was asking questions. All in a huff he starts to explain why. As if Im inconveniencing him. I asked him what no one called me to tell me this prior to me showing up? He said the technician did the best they could. I understand that, and I proceeded to ask him why am I being charged for a full alignment when only the front was done? He said the best was done for my vehicle. I asked was it possible for Middletown Firestone to fix my rear alignment? He said what are you not getting? In a very disrespectful manner, as if Im incapable of hearing him or understanding what he is saying. At this point hes being extremely rude, and disrespectful. Hes proceeds to get upset and tell me to take my keys and leave! He doesnt have time to deal with me. I feel extremely disrespected. No one should be treated so rudely by a corporation when the person being disrespectful is apart of the problem. Someone should have called me to update me on the issue with my car prior to services being completed. It was not brought to my attention nor shown anywhere that if I had only the front alignment done would I be charged for the full amount regardless. Poor communication, and no detail information was given.

Awesome place! Staff here are super professional and friendly! Tried most of the other tire places but Firestone is by far the best! Had a slow leak in one of my tires, took it in and they fixed it in 20 minutes. Apparently a small nail was the culprit! Highly recommended!

Firestone always does right by me. If I ever have an issue they are always more than happy to help accommodate me. They go out of their way to ensure all customers are happy. He tells us he only has two workers and absolutely no time to spare at all because they were packed. He insisted the mount wouldve be a quick fixWe decided to go ACROSS THE STREET to Monro Mufflers and a gentleman named CHRIS with only ONE EMPLOYEE was able to get the tire mounted and balanced and still manage to get the rest of his work done .Go to Monro!

We hit a nail on our drive home on a Saturday afternoon and the tire pressure sensor went on; luckily this location was open so we stopped in to have things checked out. The guys at the front desk and in the garage were all great, and they took the car in right away. They discovered a nail but there was no leak (awesome news). Better yet, because they didnt need to do a leak repair, they didnt even charge us to remove the nail. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

Absolutely great service. Went in to get an alignment done for my miata, and they were able to fit the miata onto the alignment rack considering how low my car is. Thats something a lot of shops couldnt do. They attended me fast and within 2 hours, the vehicle was finished. Super fast service and great pricing as well!

My air conditioner broke . Quoted me a price for the part for over $700.00 . Pluses $175.00 installed. Bought part for $235.00 on Amazon. Went to 177 9w, Newburgh. Had it put in for $125.00 . They are a rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THE BIG CHAIN AUTO GARAGES !! I saved close to $600.00.

Wanted to get my car repaired so i made an attempt to call to make a appointment. some one answered hi you called firestone but didnt leave they name once i told them my name they hung up the phone on me for no reason and with no explanation what so ever. so i tried to call back and no one answered of course . these guys here at firestone newburgh ny 12550 are racist. i dont recommend this place to no one. especially if you have dark skin. go across the street to monroe.

I cant think of any other place i rather come to then to Firestone in Newburgh New York. Good Tires. That is all. The wait time is horrendous. The guy in the front who took care of me named Richard, was not completely honest with me and rude on the phone. At first he said they didnt have the time to do an inspection (rudely), and then his coworker said, we have an hour left, and the mechanic will be done with his current job in 15 minutes so we can fit him in. This right off the bat told me All Richard wanted to do was get out of there instead of help the customer with an inspection an HOUR before closing (maybe he wanted to close early, I dont know). After 20 minutes, He told me I failed my inspection because of my tires, so I wanted to look at the tires and hear the explanation from the mechanic myself. My tires were worn, and after hearing the explanation from the mechanic I specifically asked both him and Richard if the tires were the only reason that I failed, they BOTH said yes. As Richard and I went back to the front, he assured me that with new tires installed and if came back on Sunday I could get my inspection passed. Under the premise that the tires were the only reason I failed as they told me, I bought their $150 tires. Richard also kept relentlessly insisting that I pay the $70 dollars to have them put the tires on when I have a guy who will do it with balancing and everything for $30. It wasnt until AFTER the fact that I purchased the tires that Richard told me he just noticed I failed emissions because my sensors werent ready to be read because of a part I previously replaced that required me to disconnect the battery. They ripped off my sticker and sent me home. I called them the next day, and Richard picked up. Richard was rude when I explained that my check engine light finally came back on. When I told him that I wanted to get my diagnostic at FORD then bring the car to firestone with the diagnostic to get the car fixed, he insisted that his diagnostic was better than FORD moter companys, the company that made my car, which is a blatant lie (and the point when I realized he wanted to rip me off) to make a hundred dollars for a diagnostic and whatever bull he would come up with that didnt need to get fixed. This was one of the most disgusting experiences Ive had at an auto shop.
