Work takes forever. Was told two, maybe two and a half hours for work today. Come two and a half hours I was told half an hour more, every half hour. When I asked for updates everyone acted like I was being such an inconvenience for even asking.Look, I understand things get busy but it shouldnt take over four hours for the work I had done. If it was going to be that long I would have scheduled a time to drop the car off and pick it up later instead of waiting.

Disappointed with my experience, what they wanted to do would have cost me over $450, found an auto place charged me $204 and found a blockage in my windshield fluid hose and fixed that!! My previous dealership didnt do upcharges.
