Went in for some LED’s headlights and a remote starter, Sergio the owner took care of me right away and gave me some great prices for everything I wanted. Everything was done the same day and really fast. I highly recommend this place 5 stars for sure.

Sergio was very helpful. They installed a remote start on my Subaru outback. They also replaced the unit under warranty when there was a problem with it. I am getting a different car and they removed the remote start on the car so I can have it installed on my newer car. I trust they will do a good job on that also based on previous experience.

Great place to go to for getting some sounds for your ride, or for a car wash or full detail, great friendly knowledge staff.

Went to have a radio installed, was there 7 hours waiting to be told that the harness that I brought was defected and the installation could not be done. Took the same harness to BestBuy and the installation guy had no problems with it. Newburgh Auto Sound did not know what they were doing, the harness needed to be programmed, I was charged for the installation and was told to come the following week once I exchanged the harness which at that time I would be charged for installation again. In addition to this I took my car the week before to have 4 speakers w/2 tweeters installed, well guess what I recently had the tweeters blow out and when the new guy checked he found that Newburgh never installed the crossover so they blew. BUYER BEWARE! I would never go back there again, a nightmare. So now I have to get the tweeters fixed and reinstalled, UGH! All of this costing me more money and the wasting of my time as they did. I had the tweeters finally replaced and you should have seen the sloppy work that was done by Newburgh Auto, Live and Learn! The new installer asked me if I had done the work because the job looked so shoddy not like a professional did it.

These guys are terribly slow. Theyve had my car all day yesterday and kept it over night for a radio installation and told me it would be ready by 12 the next day. Its now 1oclock the next day and after being on hold for 7 mins they hung up on me so I called back and they told me another half hour. I still dont have my car. Not bringing my car back here ever again I suggest you dont either

The staff is very friendly an the take pride an do it right my take a little longer cause they want to install proper equipment not just cut an splice anything to just make it wrk
