Spoke to someone yesterday on the phone who I began to tell what I was looking for just for them to tell me that the person was not available to help me. Then they told me that they were closed so they couldnt help. Today, I called and spoke with someone who I asked about quantity size for their welting material who told me they couldnt sell in the quantity size that I needed. I then asked what size quantity I would need to make an order and was told they couldnt give me an answer and I cant help you right now. Crappy service, who knows if they even sell what they claim.
