I’ve purchased many things from them throughout the last several years and they never disappoint with their great products and customer service. I’ve only bought from their website but I look forward to visiting the brick and mortar store soon.

It was OK but this damn bear kept following me around & forgot my name!

I usually buy the same hair gel here every few months. Most recently they were out of my usual product. The store representative heavily suggested a product he claimed is extremely similar although more expensive. After my first use I realized the product is completely different and does not work with my hair. When asked to return or even exchange I was laughed at and blatantly told no. They gave no apologies for the incorrect recommendation. I will not be shopping here again, it’s overly priced as is. It’s partly my fault for taking hair product recommendations from a bald man.

I would give it 0 stars if I could as they are no longer open but have chosen not to post this fact anywhere.
