Went in to ask a very simple question about the product. Question couldve been answered very easily and fast but the lady who helped us (a blonde woman with an accent) was very rude. She barely answered our question and then went on her phone. As someone who works in retail, this was some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The lady went on to say that if you wanted to actually buy something we would give you the top service, meaning they only treat their paying customers with respect. This store made me feel worthless. I stopped by other luxury stores and asked similar questions and NEVER experienced the rude attitude I experienced here. Looking at the reviews, this is an obvious problem at this location. No other luxury store on 5th Avenue has as low of a rating at this place. Management needs to get their priorities in place and do some customer service training. I would definitely return to places like Hublot and Louis Vuitton because of their fantastic customer service and buy something, but I will never come back to this store.

Went for a return of my bag that I bought at another Dior location. The manager didn’t allow me for a return nor the sales associate. They want you to exchange for a bag only. ONLY BAG! you can’t change for clothes, accessories, or shoes. They want you to spend more than you already had. Even though the return policy said it can be return within 14 days. They won’t allow you to change it. The sales are pushing you to buy bags even when you don’t like it. This turn me off not for Dior’s brand but for Dior’s staff. Customer service definitely needs improvement at this location and moreover follow the policy not your sales rate!!! I did walk out with a bag and pay 2500 more than my original bag not that I like the bag.

They really make you feel worthless unless you spend a lot of money. I purchased a wallet and a ring and the SA goes, thats all your buying? After all the things I showed you? I would love to put her name on here but I won’t because unlike her I know how to respect someone and their money. Regardless of whether you’re rich or not, you should always be treated with respect which is something I don’t think the SA’s at this location know how to do. You’re better off spending your money at the YSL down the block because the SA’s there are friendly and treated me with respect even when I walked out without purchasing anything.

The worst Dior boutique to go to in NYC, the employees their make you feel bum rushed to get a sale and uncomfortable, their customer service is also the worst experience I’ve ever had at any retail All Your Employees Should Be Fired And Retrained On Luxury Retail!!!!

Wish I would’ve been treated with more respect. Female employee brushed me off like I was nothing. If you want something Dior you’ll probably get better treatment at Saks.

I’m sorry but I’m paying premium price I should be treated with respect at least. Waiting there for live 5 mins with on one to check with me. I even asked for help and they didn’t look like they are interested!! Unfortunately the piece that I was looking for was only in this location otherwise I wouldn’t buy anything form them. Please respect your customers and just to know cannot buy manners.

The store may be located in a fancy address, in one of the best spots of New York City, however, if there isnt good treatment all these fancy structure worths nothing. I was on the store on Setember 8th, and I got the worst possible treatment. The store attendent looked me from head to foot, extremely arrogant and prejudging me. Ive been using Dior perfumes a long time and I got completely disappointed with the store custumer service. I only made the purchase in this store because I couldnt find the product anywhere else, the store attenddents arent there to evaluate the social class of the costumer but rather provide a good service for all.

If you can buy your Dior somewhere else go there.
