I have ordered several very high quality jackets from Cockpit over the past several years. Have not seen anything better. In fact, I have not seen their equal and certainly nothing that surpasses them. Jacky is great.

The young lady ‘helping’ the customers in the store is a typical NYC ‘nothing-impresses-me’ chick. I’ve been to the store twice, and as cold as she was the first time, the second has been worse. I reached 12th floor and was told by one of the ladies that that girl is on her break, that’s why the store was locked, they will tell her about waiting customers and she’ll be on her way. After about solid 15mins of waiting in the lobby she unlocked the door without saying a word, only gracing me with a cold stare. I came in telling her that I’d like to try a certain jacket I’m planning to buy and eventually order a smaller size. For such a ridiculously expensive thing (nearly a grand) she couldn’t be more bothered, as if I was buying fries in DriveThru. She took couple of phones while I was trying jacket in the meantime. After a while of waiting for her help I saw she was in her own phone right near me in an empty store, texting, finally raising her eyebrows ‘Any questions ?’. Damn straight darling I’ve been waiting for you for the past 20 minutes or so, shouldn’t I be assisted as soon as she noticed I bothered to wait entire for her ? You guys need to get your stuff together. First mature desk lady (black skin, very short (buzz cut?) blonde hair, tall, thin) was extremely kind and helpful, sadly she doesn’t run the store, but the least friendly person in here. You’re selling exclusive and top notch stuff and people are considering spending fat hundreds of dollars, so for the love of God, act like it. Don’t have to smile and be kind if you don’t want to (as I did throughout my entire 2 encounters with her), but get that scowl, look and cold tone out of here. And care for your customers more ? Maybe then they won’t think your employees work here as a punishment.BestKay Frank
