Super convenient for the Tribeca residents. Jerome makes life so easy for us. In and out on minutes.

I called ahead to make sure the store was open and had my items. A knowledgeable guy took care of my every question even when I could only describe something in an abstract way. He gave information about each item and best application practices.The service reminded me of the old school hardware stores I recalled my father frequenting when I was a child. I looked down to see if the floors were the same as the old wooden dusty floors I remembered. I do that often, lol.

Terrible customer experience. I expect to be able to browse paints at a paint store not just be told they best they can do is type sky into the computer. The attendants were on the phone on non work business. You need to treat the few customers who still value brick & mortar stores better.

In Google map it says open at Sunday. But its not open . wasted my time driving parking please update your Google map.

Greeting customers is part of good customer service. The criticism I have With the employees at this store is that I and many other folks I have seen will walk in and say good morning or good afternoon they will literally look blank at you without answering like if youve spoken a foreign language they dont comprehend. Only one gentleman from I believe from West Indies will answer a greeting. This might not sound like a big deal but to some customers it is essentially important how you make them feel while spending their hard earned cash.prices on shelves most of the time dont match the register prices being rung.

Not open on Sunday as advertised

They were super helpful. I went in for a key copy and it seemed like a good time to get some light bulbs. The one in my room and the two in my kitchen went out awhile ago. From pictures alone, the gentleman who helped me was able to fix me up with what I needed. I only wish I had gotten his name like I usually do when I have a good experience somewhere.

The items I ordered for next day pick-up that were supposedly in stock, were actually not in stock. Very frustrating.

Been here three times to pick up miscellaneous items. Admittedly they have all been pretty straightforward items such as a can of paint or a screwdriver, so I did not require much assistance or expert knowledge, but Ive always had a good experience.One time I was in a real rush so I called and asked them to prep all of my items up at the register for me so I could double park, run in and pay for everything, and then quickly leave. It all worked out well.

Has a lot of things, except manners. Not sure why some of the staff has a hostile attitude towards customers and questions. I ask, because I do not know, not to irritate you.

I understand that convenience is worth something but the markup here is just insane. To make matters worse most of the items dont have clearly marked prices on them. Glad Im not in this area often and ill make sure to plan ahead next time.

Love this place every time I go here the staff is great and always help me I had to get some plumbing stuff and I cant remember his name but he was 100% on point with what I needed!!!

Almost everything you need in hardware and housewares at moderate prices. Workers are very helpful.

Worst experience ever they dont have return policy on tools and the guys extremely rude . They throw me of the store just because i return heating gun that wasnt working well it was blowing smoke after 2 min keeping on .Anyways bad experience for me i would not recommend to someone else those behavior is unexplainable
