I wrote to Unode50 about a bracelet that broke and asked if they would repair the item. I was asked for pictures of my bracelet which I happily submitted. After a day or so, some one responded that the bracelet would be replaced. Offering to send the broken one back, however they told me that wasnt necessary. About a week or so later, I received the replacement in a beautiful red bag ( their trademark) with the polishing cloth. I cant tell you how amazed I am at the customer service for this company!! This is quite a pleasure to experience in a world filled with disappointments. This company has made me a customer for Life!!! Thank you for reaffirming my belief in mankind!!!

Considering the assortment of products offered, the store layout is very easy on the eye. Staff members are helpful and focused on satisfying you as a customer.
