It was my first time visiting this location. Our SA was Violeta. She was amazing. I could not say enough positive compliments about her. She’s so attentive and made me feel welcomed. She wasn’t pushy into making a sale. I was a bit nervous prior to reading all the negative reviews about this store but when I interact with her she’s awesome. If anyone looking to shop here I would highly recommend her. Thank you Violeta, keep up the good work. We will definitely be back.

I would say that the customer service was bad, but it was non-existent. I placed an order for a Love bracelet for same-day pick up as our wedding anniversary was the following week. The website stated that it was available at this store. Well, after placing the order for immediate pickup, I get an email stating that it would be ready the following week, 2 days after our anniversary. I tried calling but hung-up after 10 minutes of waiting. Website Chat function was not operational. Message Us was Not Available. I emailed the e-boutique email with no response. I tried emailing again a few days later. A week later I tried a different email. Still no response. I finally had to call the credit card company to reverse the charge. All they had to do was switch the same-day pick up to delivery and all would have been well. No one seems to care.

This was the worst shopping experience I have ever received. Having in mind I spent thousands of dollars at this store, I expected a professional experience. I made an appointment and waited over one hour to be assisted with a simple exchange. I was just being ignored. On top of that, they accused me of not giving them the item I was exchanging back, meanwhile the sales associate had misplaced it. I will never be shopping at this location again. Absolutely terrible.

I went to this location to buy a bracelet for my wife’s birthday and my sales associate was David Hernandez. Wonderful experience and top notch service. The process was not rushed and David took the time to answer any questions I had. Would definitely come back, ask for David!

Meh, I’ve experienced better.Debating between two items so I made an appointment to see them in person and that turned out to be a little more challenging after I saw them IRL. I needed some time to really look and decide. The SA asked if I was done with them and just walked off with them after I told him I needed a minute. Ummmm, how do I decide if I can’t see them to compare and try on? The SA also rushed me and told me that his next appointment is coming in soon.While the item I got was beautiful, the shopping experience was terrible and far from a “luxurious” experience that Cartier hopes to boast.

Yesterday experience was increased because of the top tier client services I received from Jason Danza.His warm professionalism along with great product knowledge was a nice reminder to always shop boutique! This is for the Hudson Yards store - They welcome you when you want to buy something BUT if you go back to get something repaired you’re not important anymore and then no one has time to do something that will take 5 minutes!So customer service is not the best. The person at the welcome desk at the Hudson Yards store who checks you in needs to improve her soft skills. Disappointing.

I am a big Cartier collector, I love the brand and the pieces. I came in the store to make a return ( my mom didn’t like her Birthday gift) and picked out a bracelet that needed to be ordered because there was no available stock. A week after I realized no one contacted my from the boutique to thank me for coming in, or give me any updates about the purchase. I called the boutique and was sent to the answering machine. I was extremely confused. Two days later I was called my the Boutique Manager who was absolutely phenomenal and made all my stress go away. I just wish there would be consistency in the customer service as Customers are coming for the High End luxury experience.

Worse experience ever specially for been the first purchase made. I felt rushed to the process of trying the jewelry. Also upon my arrival at home I realized that the Cartier red bag was broken, my actual purchase wasn’t wrap and no travel pouch was put in either. I don’t recommend coming to this location. I feel like going back and return the item and go to the one on 5th ave which seem to actually have a much better customer service( I spoke to a rep there and they were willing to make my experience better). And yes I sent a email to customer services regard my experience and still don’t have a response.

I was so eager to write this review because my experience was absolutely amazing yesterday in Cartier, Hudson Yards with Mr. Jason Danza. This was one of my first experiences shopping instore post quarantine and he definitely raised the bar for my future shopping excursions. Jason was very knowledgeable, welcoming, accommodating and went over and beyond to meet my expectations as well as offering me his professional opinion on what would be best for me. It definitely felt like a luxury shopping experience and Im able to make the distinction because I can see where other sales associates in high end stores fall short based on the experience I was offered...it was top knotch! I very much look forward to shopping with Jason in the near future and eager excited to extend my cartier collection and developing a customer/client relationship with Mr. Danza.

UPDATE: After we contacted Cartier and expressed our grievances, we were welcomed back by the assistant manager, Mr. Gabriel Rodriguez, who apologized for our initial visit. Mr. Rodriguez completely restored our faith in the Cartier brand living up to the luxury it advertises. Mr. Rodriguez was extremely courteous, patient and understanding in helping my wife and I. Mr. Rodriguezs professionalism completely made up for for our disappointment. We will definitely be recommending Mr. Rodriguez to our friends.If you thought paying extra for a high end product will give you better customer service, you are completely wrong.I am 79 years old and Cartier ruined my wedding..On May 4th my Fiancé order/Picked up our wedding bands for our June 4th wedding. We never worn them nor did we tried them on since leaving the store, we kept them in the original box and wrapping until our wedding day. When our wedding day came I notice that my ring did not fit.. I was unable to wear it.. When we returned back from our honeymoon I schedule a appointment with Cartier to get the ring sized even though I truly believe they gave us the wrong size, maybe they didnt have my size so the sale rep gave me a different size to make the sale and commission. Well Cartier refused to exchange or resized it even thought everything was unused with all the original papers and box.I also showed them that I was unable to fit it on... The sale rep admitted that everything was in mint condition but reused to exchange it because they have a 30 day exchange policy which we didnt know.I am 79 years old, and Cartier ruined my wife and I wedding. All we wanted to do was purchase our dream wedding bands. The sale reps was very rude from the beginning and disrespectful in many ways. She ended our conversation by stating Im sorry but I am following the rules and walked away leaving us standing there feeling embarrassed.I hope everyone consider going somewhere else, because you deserve better......we deserved better.

Went there with my wife to purchase a ring . Manager and salesperson were laughing at us as they walked by. Extremely poor customer service for a place like this . As many previous reviews stated, this is probably the worst Cartier experience in comparison to other locations. There is very little customer service from the sales reps I’ve dealt with. You feel they are there just to sell, not to help you make the best decision. I expected more from Cartier. Would not recommend this location.

Be careful allowing them to clean your Cartier jewelry. They ruined the clasp on a bracelet that was less than a year old, then would not waive the fee for the repair! Charging a consistent customer $150 repair for a new $20k bracelet hardly seems like rational customer service. Would think a brand like Cartier stands behind the quality of their luxury pieces.

Came to buy a ring and waiting quite a bit because staff ignored me and my friend looking like students with our backpacks and casually dressed. A lady with a russian accent (i think) came over to help me pick out a love ring and she was really nice and helpful. I regret not trying on a few more sizes because my ring ended up being slightly loose. She was nice to offer drinks and perfume samples while she was getting my purchase together. Although the comment about her being surprised that i bought a ring in the spot was questionable

I camw to buy a bracelet which I for a long time have had my eyes on. Finally I took the trip down to the store with my friend and we were not recieved nicely. The way the staff looked at us and gave us eyes not even asking if I needed help. I just stood and looked and finally I approached someone for help. She was like “yes?” And when I asked if I could try the bracelet she literally just gave me the one that was in the showroom / demo and let me try it not even asking me my size. When Is aid to her that it was too big she didn’t even offer me to give me another size to try on. Yuk!!!! I didn’t feel welcome and I know exactly why - it’s because I wasn’t dressed in overclass outfit!

Pretty disappointed with the level of service at this beautiful Cartier location. Cartier is known for their customer service and care. However, here, there is always a long wait with nobody to help you for at least 15 minutes (if you are lucky). Finally, I had to ask one of the security guards to set me up with a sales agent. When someone became available, she was rather cold and only showed me the bare minimum, even after I had told her I was undecided and wanted to try on a few things to get a better idea of fit and style. She rarely gave her opinion, unless explicitly asked, and she seemed rather bothered the whole time. I finally told her that I would likely just purchase from another location as I didnt really want to come back here due to the wait. She went on to say that all locations are the same and I shouldnt expect anything different - Id really hope not!
