Wow!! Talk about customer service! I went and had trouble email my pdf, but the owner was patient and extremely helpful. As soon as I was able to send the file, the print job was done in the blink of an eye. Literally. Excellent quality and didn’t break the bank either. Screw Kinkos. I’ll never print anything anywhere else than here again.

For the small shack they work in, these dudes do big jobs and help you finish whatever project you want done. They even refer you to other experts if they think that’s what’s best for it.10/10 would print again

I went there to get a document printed and walked past it because the location on google maps wasnt correct (see picture). I updated the location so everything should be okay now.The store is amazing. You can print, scan, fax and lots more. They also sell stationery and stuff. Credit card minimum is $5, so bring some cash if you only want some papers printed. The owner was very nice and I will definitely come back! They have been in the neighborhood for decades, they even got an award for it:)

OMG!!!!!!! THE BEST!!!!! When I walked into this place, it took me back so many years to before NYC lost its charm. This place is small but mighty. The owner and his wife are incredibly nice and Curtis the dog will melt your heart. Yes, a dog. When was the last time you gave treats to the dog at FedEx Office. You didnt. Thanks for keeping Old New New York alive!

Santo is incredibly friendly. If youre lucky, Curtis - his cute and equally friendly American Pit Bull Terrier will say hello. Affordable prices and good service. This is one of the stores in the East Village that gives it its character!

Ive been to FedEx Kinkos and it was a drag just to get attention and service when I was in a rush and just need help. This place is the complete opposite. The owners are great, friendly and really cater to the customers needs. Ive had several interviews and needed my resume printed as quickly as possible and it was done with great hospitality and professional. Great quality and service. Im glad I discovered this place. I was born and raised in the Lower East Side-East Village and we need more places like this. I would definitely recommend it.

Im not really familiar with NYC since I am only a short term visitor. I found this place via Google Maps and its easy to say that the reviews are legit. I went there to print some forma for work and everything about the service is straightforward and at a good price. Highly recommended for students and young professionals!

All you need and more! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Real neighborhood people. All kinds of copying and scanning for business and creative endeavors. Odd little gifts and postcards, too. Take your business there and support what makes the East Village great.

Waited 5 minutes for the owner to wrap up what was obviously a non-business-related personal phone call. Then he really couldn’t help me.They don’t make high resolution copies.They don’t carry card stock.They don’t carry any nice envelopes.They don’t have the latest technology for sending doc files such that they are printable.FedEx can do all of the above. I wanted to support a local business that’s very cute! But they are not on top of things.

Santo is the best. I have always been shown courtesy and respect at this print shop. They can almost always help me right away, and always make sure its done right. The shop dog is a sweetheart too, so be sure to bring a biscuit for him. I dont waste my time going to other places. Thanks again.

I never write reviews but this place was amazing. Great prices, fast service, personable staff, very accommodating. The very definition of a 5 star experience.

Horrible experience. And EXPENSIVE! Came in for a second proof of a zine (first one was already wrong) that took almost an hour because they were servicing other customers who arrived afterwards and also were doing other things and moving slow.Then when the proof finally was done it was wrong again. Though the mistake from the first proof was fixed a whole new mistake was made in the second edition.I pointed out the mistake and asked how it was possible, since this error didnt come up in the first proof and I made adjustments to my doc only according to those first errors.Instead of being helpful he flat out refused to make the prints, claiming he had already wasted a whole hour on it when I was standing in that tiny shop watching my print outs lay there for 30 mins before they even touched them.This during my work day and the zine was for my job. A horrible waste of time, not to mention we already werent pleased w the price. Such a huge rip off. In the end Im only thankful that I didnt give them more money.

This is a neighborhood gem! Santo and Margaret have served the community for over 30 years; well before Kinkos/FedEx and Staples. They have most things as you can see from their menu. I call or email my instructions and Santo responds promptly. They are professional and friendly and, are an intrinsic part of the East Village

Great prices, very nice owners, cool vibes and they did everything I needed for printing and scanning.They let me access my files via email for free, (while the place on 4th street made me pay for 5 minutes of internet service just to pull my files).I hope theyre open for another 30 years.
