This brand nailed with the physical store, the building is old with a lot of graffiti, the store is very clean and with just a few pairs of each token. Is not that expensive but its not a cheap brand. Recommend to visit just for streetwear culture.

Supreme is something that create its own history. All clothes and accessories they make are so lit. Furthermore collaborations with other brands or their unique box logo collection are legendary; for instance, The North Face x Supreme is something that you first imagine thinking about streetwear. This is the reason why Supreme is one my favorite brands.

I expected more. I couldn’t even find the building because of all the painting on the walls. Dirty road and smelly street. So sad. But inside the store was nice and open. Not a lot of options but still nice.

The line was long, which is to be expected of course (no biggie). But once inside, I picked up a hoodie to get a better view in which point an employ ran over with a huge attitude telling me if I wanted to see something everything was on hangers on display, then snatched the hoodie and the two perfectly folded ones underneath and walked away. That is not at all how you treat your customers and I hold supreme to a higher level of customer service than that. He could have been polite or even asked if I needed help with something. So annoying.

Since moving back to the city, I have been invited to several releases on Thursdays. Every time has been a welcoming, easy and fun experience. Various employees have helped me and multiple times Will has went above and beyond to find my size. Thank you to the team at Supreme. I look forward to becoming a long time customer.

A must see if youre a fan of streetwear and its culture. Chill staff, great pieces, and close to no wait (if you dont go on Thursday drop-days). Just dont go in Supreme and act a kook. Thats prolly what the low reviews are.

If your looking for the top streetwear brand then you Supreme is your go to. The line is always out the door on weekends, so I recommend going during the week and when the store first opens so you do not have to wait or anything. I have yet to have a bad encounter or experience with any of the staff and the cashier line tends to go pretty fast. However, I would say do your research before going into the store to figure out what you want and what they have, so you can get in there and get out quick and easy before it gets overcrowded.

Stopped in during our stay in the city and was shocked that there was no line... the vibe has not changed, staple items are well stocked.

I dont get all the complaints about staff being rude, my experience here was pretty pleasant. Workers werent overly and unnaturally happy to see me but they were polite and helpful, that was also my first time in Supremes physical store. Security at the entrance were all chill and polite as well. The place itself looks rad, really cool atmosphere (and a cool statue by Mark Gonzales in the middle). They had all the items left from a drop even though it was Friday (I was one of the first ten people in the line though). Anyway, I recommend anyone who is interested in the brand visiting the store if you have that opportunity, you wont regret it. Yeah, youll probably have to stand in a line for an hour or more but its worth it.

Went here on Sunday at 1pm. There was a huge line up outside the store, fortunately it moved along fast, got inside the store after 20 mins of wait time. There is a bouncer at the door.Disclaimer: very hard to find parking in this area, we parked about 8 blocks away.The store is on the corner of the street, and has no visible sign that says supreme. Its easy to miss, if you dont pay attention to the building numbers.I am disappointed at the selection. I wanted a tshirt. There were barely any nice tshirts. Most of T-shirt rack was plagued with other brands Tshirts; which was weird, considering it is SUPREME. My cousin bought a cute jacket, and I bought a sweater. I got free stickers with my purchase. Overall- not bad, but definitely needs more variety considering how hyped this brand is.The return policy is 7 days, with receipt, for exchange or refund.I will go back in the fall, and hopefully give a more updated review.

Waited in line here for over an hour on a Thursday. The guys controlling the line were chill and funny even though it was decently chilly. There isnt a huge inventory in the store itself, but that is by design. If youre looking for a unique shopping experience in NYC, this should probably be on your list, especially if your kid is a hype beast. Nice bonus is that there are free box logo stickers with purchases.

All my orders online was confirmed but the emailed me all my items are cancelled. Made me expect. I was so happy but then its BS. Their employees cancels it so they can buy it for themselves and resells it.

Went here to shop for a friends son. Heard stories about long line in front of the store to get in. Not when I came there just before closing. Maybe the rainy weather was in my favor. Friendly staff helped me out just fine

The store showcases a good selection of items in-season. Items are at fair pricing and what shoppers should come to expect when knowing about the brand. The atmosphere is wide and open to allow both customers and the clothing to breathe. A great art installation is centered on the floor.

Company fraudulently adds to their popularity and “exclusivity” by allowing bots or claiming to have merchandise they obviously don’t have. 10 seconds after an item is available it’s sold out, yet customers can only order one of any item. Suspicious. Also when I was “lucky” to add items to my cart during checkout they were removed. Fad clothing that will go the way of bathing ape, triple five soul, and fubu. Not THAT fly. Hype Beast drive this clothing line nothing more.

Bought some pretty neat stuff!

Although the line was long, the wait was worth it. The line goes fairly quick, and once you get in, it’s not so crowded that you can’t enjoy your shopping. They have a lot to choose from, even if you go after a Thursday drop. It’s very rare that you find a small in anything though, that size goes first! Love the environment, and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Nice, well-made clothes. Full of teenage hypebeasts with their parents, however I understand theres nothing Supreme can do about that. Staff extremely dull & rude, which is a shame when youre spending over $200 for 2 items. Service should be 5 stars with those prices.

Seriously? What is the deal with their products? I waited in line for 2 hours (on a day when it wasnt even the product drop day) from 4 blocks away, moving every 30 minutes to a different block. When I finally was able to go in, the cashier refused to give me an extra bag (as it was presents for multiple people) -- turns out you can sell those plastic bags for $10... wth.. I dont know. I just hope no one asks me to get their product for Christmas.Ill give an additional star for these guys as they let my dog in and let him roam around so I can shop.

The line was quite long when I went there last January 2018. I was with my 2 adult kids and 1 child, and a friend. They allowed us to go inside in pairs. The store itself is small but they carry other brands of the same stuff. The name itself speaks pricey and high end. I didn’t plan on buying anything, I just wanted to see if they have something different from the Supreme stores in Tokyo. But since everyone that went in had Supreme shopping bags coming out of the store, I felt embarrassed not buying anything. Anyway I ended up getting 2 packs of the black and white Hanes Supreme shirt and 2 turtleneck Supreme sweatshirt. Friendly staff too.

I ordered some stuff online as Christmas gifts and I never received my stuff in the mail. It somehow got returned back to Supreme and they credited me for the stuff. I reached out via email to see what happened to my order and if I could either get the original items I ordered or just get a refund. I don’t have a need for the credit. They ignored my inquiry and told me what I already know, that there’s a credit on my account. When I responded and said that I understand but I would like to either get my original order or just get a refund, not a credit, I got ignored. Super disappointing as I was excited to give this stuff to my lil bro for Christmas but now I just want money back, not a credit. I get that stuff happens especially around the holidays, but you should at least help the customer out when the issue was not the fault of the customer.

Not sure if I understand the hype of this brand. It’s cool but if youre not planning to come early, be prepared to queue for about 2-3 hours. The store was okay, didnt have as much clothing options as I thought theyd had. Good selections of hats though. The staffs were quite unfriendly, wont even smile back at you

The store itself is meh. Unless it’s a Thursday which u gotta do a lottery sign up online to get appeal it’s nothing much at the store. You really buying for the hype because the quality on most things isn’t that great but the backpack I got is very durable. They use cordura brand it will last a long time

The hype has definitely gone from the Hype beast the queues are gone so has the cool merchandise. I guess fashion has passed on to the next generation. Unfortunately you still get the stupid security guards and rude staff. I dont know where supreme went wrong but 90% of the clothes they are churning out nobody would even wear ... Very sad

Went there to get something for a friend. Overhyped place with very limited selection and expensive price. They create the buzz by limiting number of people in the store so theres always a line out. Not my cup of tea.

My younger brother really wanted a tshirt from here with their logo on it, so off we drove a few hours to get it - lol. we had to stand in a line from 11am to about 1230pm, but then we were let in.the store is cool, im not sure what the hype is about but.. hey the clothing is good quality and my younger brother is happy. If you go here, just be prepared to stand on long long lines.

Great, fun stuff! No sign outside of the door. Helpful staff, great environment. Reasonable prices and cool gear. Worth a visit just to take a look at fun pop culture even if you don’t buy anything. No one will pressure you to buy anything anyway... Highly recommended... decent prices for pop fashion. Picked up a jacket and some nice t-shirts.

Supremely boring and overpriced

Brought my son a few times, lucked out and found manager folding some sold out shirts and loved being there. Jeans looked like all others till you realize Supreme only dye color is theirs. 198 well worth it being no one got thems lol going this drop day hopefully getting new Vans being you cant get them either lol

Supreme gets a bad wrap.Service is always a pivotal topic, for every store and place, everywhere. And thats because it is held down to singular employees and their every-day decisions that affect every experience. In my multiple trips to the store, Ive encountered multiple different types of service qualities. You have to expect that on a busy drop day (Thursday), that the long line will have a better chance of producing problems than on a quiet Tuesday or Wednesday when all hyped items have officially sold out. Security guards, in my experience, have been incredibly well mannered and appropriate as long as the customer is behaving the way they are supposed to. I have had full length conversations with guards around the store, talking about the brand and just small talk in general.Once inside, Supreme cannot be beat in accommodation. Due to internal changes, you are no longer rushed while in the store looking (but the selection is often so small that it should not take long). Cashiers are friendly if you are, as should be expected.For those who visit the store in search of box logos or items purely made to resell, they may be less gracious. No matter what, this once-little skate shop is still, in many ways, a small skate shop run by skaters off of a busy and frantic Lafayette Street.Considering James Jebbia started the brand as a place for young skaters in the NYC area to find affordable clothes, it has defiantly changed its path. However, a lot of things have, in fact, stayed the same. Security may have been added, but the exclusive feeling of the company has never faltered. And while Supreme has become widely open to streetwear culture, it stays true to its skating past. I have personally bought 3 skateboards, 2 sets of Supreme x Independent Trucks, and a set of Supreme Spitfire wheels. The performance on each of these things is exceptional and also not unreasonably priced, with a skateboard coming in at 48 USD.There is also a outcry for the expensive pricing. Expect to pay upwards of 44 USD for Tees, excluding the Hanes collaboration. The quality is excellent, and if actually worn will feel like an everyday shirt. I believe that whether or not the pricing is outrageous, it keeps the brand alive. Limited stock and high prices allow everyone involved with the brand to hold a feeling. A feeling that, oddly, is Supreme to all others :)

The store is really well setup and has amazing collection. Although everything is released on Thursdays 11am est there is still a lot of good items left in stock for the people to purchase. The employees are not very attentive but thats fine and the store is really amazing.

The Showroom is a Nice Display of Color and Authenticity. The Customer Service Associates were not Overbearing yet Helpful and very knowledgeable of the products available and the Supreme Brand itself, I would definitely recommend this Location.

Really nice tee-shirts different

We traveled for two hours to get to the store. It was open, it was empty but they didn’t let us in. We didn’t have a reservation which we had to take at the store that morning. So we pretty much have To spend the day waiting only to get in. My son was so disappointed...

Good store, affordable prices, but go early to avoid line

Currently a huge hype on the Supreme brand. Come early before opening hours around 10:30 AM otherwise the waiting-time may be hours.

The website and the app are horrible. Was on the app at 11am sharp and added a t-shirt to my cart but there was no checkout button. Went to my computer within the same minute and same thing, have the tshirt I want in the cart but there is no checkout button. Incredibly discouraged with this brand. If you are going to do flash sales you should make sure your website is working properly!!!!

Odd skate shop, very limited selection given the size of the store. And everything was crazy expensive. I guess if you needed some bearings or wheels in a pinch, itd be good. But otherwise... Meh 😉

Went in a while ago, but from what I remember the store and staff were good. You have to be mindful that these employees have to prepare for all sorts of customers that dont know the culture or are there to flip pieces. You go in knowing what you want and not to be expected to have your hand held. Its a straight to the point type of store.

The prices are pretty up there on a lot of the items and the staff are pretty great too. They have a pretty decent selection of items and such. Worth a look.

Grab a beer, have a sit and watch people lining up to get into the store. Fascinating what hype can lead to. For some it seems to be normal, for me its definitely not an everyday appearance. But hey, who am I to judge?
