I love Miyake, forever, but the store is a disgrace, I came in trying to buy a Bao Bao, the young employee look at me confuse, I see the bag and grabbed it, I look at her and asked if she works there, then she decide to come over, the attention was so pour, that I left the store and got my Bao Bao online. Clearly not a Japanese customer service, more towards Nouveau riche.

Very kind employees happy to assist in a calm, small-sized space. Pleats Please offers the best pieces by Issey Miyake at a nice price point.
