A 5-star experience at Nike Soho. Great selection and one of the best staffs Ive ever had help me in a retail store. Special shout-out to two rock-stars that helped my wife and I out, Kedsy and Kai. They took time to look for our sizes/styles and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They even got us setup to have our new shoes shipped to us so we didnt have to carry them around all day. Amazing store made even better by their employees! Thank you!

You have to line up inside a partition where you wait to be taken in as a group...to wait on another line for online pick up. Otherwise Nike generally has good quality clothing and a big selection. This store has multiple floors but the security and staff are alright.
London was extremely patient as my son searched for the best pair of Basketball Sneakers.. He took time out walked me to the restroom and entered the code !! Truly went above and beyond !!! No need to stand in line the employees have there very own handheld device to cash you out !!! Bravo Nike Soho !!!
Despite its massive size and multiple floors, this Nike store has absolutely no options in terms of women’s shoes. Meanwhile they have an entire wall dedicated to men’s.

I was really expecting to see a lot of non-common designs on its classic shoes but nope. Same as my local store and a lot of people trying to sell you special models at the outside of the store.
The lines are way too long. All sales associates should be able to complete a transaction.
Dont expect a huge store with a lot of products. More of a show-room with latest releases from the brand. Place is visually well put togethet. Worth the visit if passing by.
What a retail store. Retail will not die when clever brands and marketers create an in store experience and not just sell clothing etc. The shops says wow as soon as you walk in. Multiple levels and easy to get around especially when it’s busy. The basketball shooting area tops it off. A great shop to visit even though you may not be shopping for sporting goods and apparel.
This is a beautiful store!5 story location full of everything Nike. They have a basketball shooting area on the first floor and a full court on the fifth.Open air plan makes it a comfortable place to browse and shop.The staff are very helpful and easy to get answers from. This is a busy store right in the middle of SoHo.Easily reached by train or walking. The entrance is handicapped accessible.This is my favorite new Nike store!

Yeah man this is basically the Mecca for Nike shoes and apparel. Worth the wait in line because the store feels empty indoors while youre shopping.And they got everything, like everything you can want Nike in here including a see through rain jacket and meditation t shirts. So freaking cool man

Every single time I come into this store i am always amazed MOST by the customer service. This store has an enormous volume of customers but the staff is always right there to help. Friendly, chill not over-bearing, helpful, knowledgeable about the product and upbeat, they don’t seem overwhelmed ever and they are efficient. Other nikes stores have similar good service, but this store in particular I’m always impressed because the store is so packed but as a customer i never feel lost, especially when trying different shoe sizes which can be a tedious process at most shoe stores (today Chaz helped me but so did several others)I compare this to Bloomingdales across the street - another high traffic store. On their lower men’s level It’s impossible to get some assistance then on the main floor cosmetics you feel harassed constantly. At Nike the service is just perfect.

Honestly, coming here made me miss the old Niketown. I get that this is more of a concept location, but I found inventory limited and crazy expensive. Worth a look if you want something high-end, but skip if you want standard Nike items.

Very cool store if youre into Nike. During Christmas time they feature Makers Studio. You can choose from All For 1 styles, then customize the shoes with color, appliques, special stitching, etc. I stood around and watched the process for a while, and I was surprised at how attentive the staff was in helping people with their DIY shoes.The store itself . . . a Nike paradise. Great selection of running and workout gear. Nike has a great sense of style. Every shoe imaginable on display. We were asked if we needed help plenty of times. Employees friendly and informative.Its def a 1st class retail experience. So why the 4 stars and not 5? How bout believe in something positive instead of believe in a self-promoting stunt?
Nike Store Policy Is Absolutely Ridiculous.. 55,000 Square Feet Of Space & They Allow 5 People In At A Time . Meanwhile 50 or More Wait In Line For An Hour In 100 Degree Heat. Not To Mention Staff Is Sitting Down Indian Style Doing Nothing. The Worst Seevice Ever. Ill Order Online or Next Time Go To Addidas .
Big, open, and fun store to browse around. They did a great job designing an open but easily accessible layout that’s engaging. There’s a massive selection that would keep more Nike loyals or apparel enthusiast occupied for a couple hours. While the selection is great, the service did leave something to be desired but employees communicative about any delays or out of stocks promptly. Glad to recommend the store to others and look forward to visiting again.
Hell yeah! This place is quite the experience. The interior design is super cool and inside the store you can actually play basketball or run on a virtual ride. Some shirts, shoes and pants are awesome. Do not miss it if you like sporting clothes. Honestly, even if you don’t wear such clothes, go anyway.

If you want to buy Nike products, I would suggest you look elsewhere. The store is nice and flashy, with lots of bright lights and a sort of classically Nike design aesthetic about it. It sports trained staff showing off their basketball skills on the first floor and you walk in to giant screens showing some basketball greats. If you actually want to purchase anything, I wouldnt go here though. The staff are super busy as there are tons of people here all the time and you probably wont even get to try your shoes for at least ten minutes. Come for the experience if youre into this but dont buy shoes here.

I just find that this location’s inventory is consistently disappointing. They have very few options for running shoes, the clothing lacks basic staples like shorts and shirts- everything seems to be catering towards tourists and special releases.

I love this location in N.Y.. The staff was great; friendly and knowledgeable of the items they had in the store. This store is huge. It consists of five levels. If you like to wear items that are in style and that are Very trendy, then this is the Nike store that you want to go to. I noticed that there were a few items at this location that were not at the location in Dallas Texas. There is a large variety of items for kids women and men. The music is great and there are on site props and videos/commercials playing (on 1st level) while in the store. I think if you feel like you want to be a part of this team then this is a store to go to. I will definitely be back whenever in New York.

At some point in the past years, Nike stopped being just an athletic brand and became a bona fide fashion brand. Nowhere is this more on display than at the Nike Soho store where the latest and most dazzling can be found, where you can test out your shoes on a basketball court and where custom personalized shoes can be made to order.
For 20 minutes they brought me my size but I never got it. worst customer service.
I placed an order online and when I came to pick up was told I have to wait on a line outside just to pick it up. I don’t understand the point in placing an order to pick up if I have to wait on line with everyone else

Best Nike store I had been to in the world. Not your normal store u find in a mall or even an outlet mall. Make sure u have the Nike app and have all the coupons handy as they honor all coupons, specially the birthday ones that gives u 20% off entire store including new arrivals that are never on sale
Its so sad seeing retail like this. Empty shelves, minimal merch, minimal styles & sizes.Nike has 4 floors but the merchandise can can probably fill up a single floor. Thats the reality of retail these days...everything is ordered online and shipped from warehouses. Totally unnecessary flagship location.

I honestly wear them to go and come back from work, to walk my dogs. I have Reeboks in my work locker. I have transitioned in my years to a different taste. Its like pay attention to what your feet are saying... I FEEL. Thank you Nike for the younger years in my life.

Manager wastes her time telling me a lie. When I told her that I called 5 times with no answer, at first she apologizes, then she said her receptionist was out today. Youre going to tell me that at 5pm she didnt know her receptionist was out. WE DONT CARE.

I have been a Nike customer for years and this is the worst Nike store I have ever been to. It took me over 15 minutes to get one pair of running shoes to try on. The sales people make you feel bad by asking to see things, most of them have an attitude. I came here to buy a pair of running shoes that I had already made a decision, but did not buy because of the service. The shoe had a really bad finishing, you can see the glue on the sole. The salesman told me that’s the way it is
The 5 floors of this location felt like 5 fingers of a firm warm handshake from Nike.The moment stepped in the store it felt like an exclusive photo shoot. There were clean walls, clean floors, bright lights and and great music being played by an even greater sound system. Each floor had its own specific function and design. All floors had happy employees that greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. All the merchandise was showcased perfectly with nearly folded piles, hung outfits and big screens and pictures of the product being shown off. Most importantly the sneakers strut across the clean white walls and it reminded me of an auto show. Finally when I reached the fifth floor and my tongue caught up with me, just when i thought I couldnt be amazed anymore I seen an actual basketball court. Unfortunately it was closed. I turned away disappointed and curious, then an employee walked up to me and said Hey, how you doing? My name is Aulton, whats your name? I was pleasantly surprised by this level of interaction and I replied with my name. He then asked if I had a Nike account and I told him that I didnt think so. He smiled with reassurance and said that i probably do. I gave him my email and of course I did. He said that although it was closed, he would let me shoot around for a little while. After I signed a waiver, I stepped on to the court and drooled at the perfection. It was half court, waxed floors, racked basketballs with a big screen underneath the rim. There were the latest nike basketball sneakers that you can change into so you dont look silly playing basketball in Oxfords like me. Aulton gave me more information on the sneakers than anyone has ever about anything. He really knew the product and was passionate about it. After I put the sneakers on, we played. We laughed at hilariously bad shots, assisted each other with imaginary game winners and buzzer beaters. I felt nostalgia, thinking of childhood memories when I played basketball at my friends backyard.I would like to thank Nike for this store, and having the pleasure of meeting one of your star players Aulton.

A very cool experience if you’ve followed this brand from the start. A bit overwhelming because it’s so busy and the prices are high as it’s the main location.The coolest bit is watching custom order Nike’s being made. I could sit and watch them dip for hours. Worth just walking in to see.
Went to this nike store and they only have size 9 or size 12. This is not acceptable. Store should be stock with all sizes. Would not recommend.
Exceptional customer service and premier products. This store is easily one of my top three Nike stores in the 5 boroughs. I highly recommend you stop by if you’re in the neighborhood.
