Politely called and asked to make an appointment. Was asked if I was joking and was told the car I was inquiring about was not for me without even knowing any background info. Terrible customer service but cool cars. Would not recommend unless you want to be turned away and insulted.

She worked at the speed of light and was highly responsive, she was creative and detail-oriented, and, perhaps most importantly, you could just see her smile through her emails. This place was great. We were directed here through the Costco program and boy I am glad! Don Myer was absolutely fantastic. We had our young baby with us and he was super accommodating, even she had a fun time buying a car :) I could not be any happier with our car crosstreck, it was a fantastic buy and made our trip back to New York very comfortable.

The folks here are very friendly, knowledgable, and passionate. Ive visited a couple times and the cars are spotless. Its a rare slice of classic automobilia for New York. Just keep in mind that its a dealership, not a museum.

We got our brand new car from here. Bette was our point person and she provided stellar service. Highly recommended, drove off as satisfied new car owners.

Lester is friendly, honest and helpful. Offers a great price and was able to service me on a last minute dropoff due to a maintenance light. I will be back!

One employee was very rude. My friend and I were just casually looking at the cars. Repsecting the time it probably took to detail the cars, so we did not come anywhere near touching the vehicles. He asked what we were doing there and we responded just looking and taking pictures. His responce was you cant do that here. Apperently this is not a place where you can just enjoy craftsmanship.
