We had a great experience shopping for a wedding dress for my sister at KWH! Dominique was a dream to work with - my sister hadnt tried on any dresses before and was still figuring out what she wanted, so she picked out such a nice range of styles to help her refine her taste. She was sweet, personable, and made us feel like family. It was hands down the best experience we had shopping, and we went to four stores. Also - this might go without saying - the dresses are GORGEOUS.

Stephanie at the Soho location was so helpful! My wedding gown turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. I bought a gown from the Bespoke collection — it was so fun to make it my own!

Dominique was incredible! She could not of been any nicer and more helpful. I purchased my dress right after I tried it on first and the process was incredibly easy and exciting. Thank you Dominique! Cant wait to come back to pick up my wedding dress ! :)

This was without a doubt one of the best bridal shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Dominique is super friendly, personable and truly loves what she does. Even with the ‘new normal’ and amended procedures she made the experience super comfortable and so so nice. The dresses are beautiful and you are bound to walk out smiling and feeling amazing before the big day! Could not recommend enough!

This review is long overdue. A friend of mine recommended Karen Willis Holmes since she had such a wonderful experience picking out her wedding dress there. I called them knowing I was quite behind on picking out a dress and they put my mind at ease. I ended up getting pretty sick and having a terrible allergic reactions to something in my house for about 2 to 3 months. That meant cancelling my appointments a few times last minute. Dominique was really great at following up and assuring me that it was OK and that she understood why I had to cancel. I hate not showing up to appointments, but they were so incredible understanding. Although I didnt end up getting my dress there, they deserve 5 stars for their service. Very professional and they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, which is very hard to come by nowadays. Would 100% recommend them!

Where to start? Simply, Karen Willis Holmes dresses are gorgeous. Every single one of them brought me so much joy to try on, but then I found the one – a Leonie + Alexia dress with the diamond skirt overlay. I didn’t think I’d cry trying it on and have “that moment” but I did. And the ladies at the KWH NYC boutique gushed over it with me. It was such a amazing, initiate, personal and truly lovely experience. I felt like I was the only bride in the world to them in that moment. Stephanie is just incredible, and I was honestly sad taking my dress home with me knowing I wouldn’t see her or her team again in the near future. Thank you so much to the team and for my beautiful dress!

If I could give more than 4 Stars I would! I cannot be more thrilled with my experience at KWH. After trying on gowns all weekend at different bridal shops around the city I happily landed on KWH through a rabbit hops search of sparkly long sleeved wedding gowns. I decided I would just pop in on a Saturday morning and see what was available. Tessa was so kind and was able to squeeze me in! It only took about 20min before we decided on the perfect gown. Tessa was so helpful as my wedding was only in 3 months! KWH also directed me to one of the best Ateliers Ive been to who fitted the gown to my body like a GLOVE.I have nothing but admiration for this team and beautiful designer. If you are looking for an intimate one of a kind Wedding Gown experience PLEASE do not hesitate and get yourself into KWH. You wont regret it!

I was skeptical of wedding dress shopping, but I had a weekend in New York after a conference and decided to book an appointment at KWH (mostly an excuse to hang out with my sister and best friend). It was our first stop in the day and I was floored by how great it was. Dominique helped me try on the gowns and was extremely helpful, not pushy at all and offering tips about shapewear along the way. Once I got started trying on the gowns, I was equally amazed by how beautiful they were. I am not super into the traditional sweetheart ballgown style or a lot of embellishment, and I felt like the gowns really matched my style. There are lots of clean, cut, lightweight and contemporary styles in the store. I walked out of the store torn between too many good choices. If youre looking for a great shopping experience, are a slightly skeptical bride, and/or you want something to fit your unique style, you NEED TO STOP HERE!! Im still beaming.

KWH has absolutely beautiful dresses. They are elegant and fun and reasonably priced. I had gone to about 15 dress shops in the area and felt relieved going into KWH. Stephanie is THE BEST. The dresses in KWH look like a million bucks but for reasonable prices. The workmanship on each dresses is impeccable.

This place is such a dream. I was having a really difficult time finding a dress because I wanted something unique and special, but still bridal. And I was overwhelmed by most other shopping experiences. KWH was such an upgrade from other bridal stores from the outset. Gorgeous store, personalized attention, kind staff, and the most amazing dresses. They were relaxed, helpful, willing to experiment and style dresses different ways. After two visits, I ended up purchasing a gown and couldnt be happier.

Went in twice to try on dresses and each time Dominque was a great help. I know two other brides who recommended me here and bought their gowns here as well. KWHs selection did not disappoint. The second try-on I ended up purchasing a dress and could not be happier with the experience. Now its just a countdown to the pick up and alterations.
