It was an absolute pleasure working with Carlos and his team. Being based in Dallas, they made it so easy to detail a pair of ceiling lights I purchased from them for my client. Retrofitting the fixtures and getting them wired up, Carlos attended to every detail. The fixtures were one of my clients favorite pieces of the new renovation. I went into the store and the rep who helped me his name is Joel was completely rude and arrogant . I went into here trying to buy an antique for my Upper West Side apartment . I asked Joel to help me pick a piece that I would like for my living room but when he realized I was not ready to buy he said listen come back when you want to buy . I mean I was completely shocked considering I was ready to buy I just needed to run it by my wife . Anyways I will never recommend this place to anyone based on the customer service which was to be blunt COMPLETLY HORRIFIC . I never had such a poor experience at a retail store . THIS PLACE SUCKS STAY FAR AWAY !!!
