Make sure you get whatever they are saying in writing before you drive any distance. We drove two hours for a car the sales person said we could have for 9500. When we got there they jacked the price up to 10,500.Reply to the reply;It was a 2015ish Jeep Patriot, a few weeks ago. Strange nobody would remember us we talked to 4 or 5 different employees. How is adding a dealer fee not raising the price? Like theres no profit already in the advertised price? Oh yeah... everybody does it. No thanks. We found a comparable car for 3K less.

The most difficult buying experience ever. After a month and a half they still haven’t submitted the necessary paperwork. Not only that but I was sent paperwork to be filed out again due to dealership error and price increased. Message them but no response. I get a notification from the dmv that my license was suspended because they took my moms license plate and placed it in my car and my license plate was still attached to the car I traded in. They have the nerve honestly every time I asked to talk to a manager apparently everyone was the freaking manager. I took the car to another dealership and they told me they found several issues that I would think they would have there mechanic checked. The worst mistake ever. Never buy from a non known dealership. Lesson learned.
