So I took my chainsaw to be repaired. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces. They fixed my saw and it was a simple fix and did not charge me any money. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Very professional and polite

Complete waste of time. I contacted Echo when my electric blower failed to charge. It was a refurbished unit from an outlet store, but Echo had me register it anyway and told me to take it to the nearest Echo dealer to have it looked at. I contacted this company, and was told to bring it in and they would see what they could do. I understand that it may not be covered, but here is what actually happened. I was told there would be a $41 service charge to look at it if it wasnt covered by warranty. So, I have a slim chance of having it covered under warranty, or risk $41 if it isnt. I get that. But checking a battery that wont charge consists of ......wait for it....... plugging it in. After driving 1 hour round trip to drop the blower off, I received a call from the lady who checked my blower in. I contacted the local distributor, he wont cover it, sorry. It was about 1 hour from the time I dropped the blower off to the time she called me. I have now driven the 30 minutes back home. So now, I have to pay $41 to get my blower back, and another hour round trip, or they just take it.She could have just said to me, Before you drive it here, whats the serial number so I can contact the local distributor and check with him? Or how about, While you are here, let me call the local distributor to see if he can cover it, and maybe save you a trip back.Yeah, total fail. Wouldnt take anything to this shop or buying anything from this shop. Amazon has pretty much everything I need anyway. What a waste of time. I told them to shove my blower in their ......... well.

After stopping by 5 small engine or lawn equipment repair shops for a simple emergency repair and being turned away because they were to busy (as they sat behind a desk watching TV) I came across T&K by accident and without hesitation stopped what they were doing and in less than 10 minutes had my problem fixed and me back in business. I have found a new place to to take my equipment for any repairs that I may need in the future. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE GUYS.

I could not fix my push lawnmower myself so I went to T&K to have them fix it. They came out, looked at it, then fixed it on the spot, no charge. I was very frustrated because I could not fix the problem. Because of their generosity and commitment to customer service, I went home a happy and satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them for your repair needs.

I may not be their biggest customer, but they always treat me like I am. If they dont have a part in stock I can usually get it by the next day. They have never let me down. I will be upgrading my mowers this year and you can bet they are getting my business. Service has not become lost to these folks.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this company definitely deserves the courtesy. Ive only been there twice, and both times it was a great experience. I cant say enough about not only the customer service but the quality of repairs as well! In the future if I need any type of landscape equipment repair, this is the only place I will be going to.

Very upset how I was treated with t&k . I use to work for a lawn company in high school and they always brought there mowers here for work, always took care of the company I work for several years later I bring my mower here a older toro, when I spoke with terry the Manager about my old mower and explained to him it was my father who passed away older mower from the 80s has not started in a few year if he could inspection to get it up and running for me and what all it would need, terry advise its a older mower and wont do good for commercial use and I told him it was for my house once a week, terry agreed to do the job, called back a few days later told me it need normal maintenance (oil, filter, spark plug, advise it needed both rear wheel bearings and was going to see if you could save the carb for me, gave him the okay, then a week later called me told me he was not able to save the carb and needed a new one, which I thought was going to happen, the first time terry did a great job updateing me, then terry gave me a call told me it was all done bill was shy of 700.00, came in few days later paired my bill got home which I live less then 2 miles away and the mower would not start, so I called terry back and told him, terry was very defensive and told me it was fine before it left and I explained it terry im calling you less then 10 mins from picking up so he sent a tech out which I was happy about and the tech told me he was not sure what was wrong and he thinks it may need a engine and he informed terry about it, so terry called me the next day advise he would bring it back in, we played phone tag for about a week or so and got it back to his shop I told terry there was oil or grease on my garage floor that is fresh and he told me he would look into it, it was there for 2 weeks I called to check on it and was told the tech is out sick and they are behind so I was patient then I called on the 3rd week and was told that they will get to it when they get to it he has 30 other mowers there and mine is not top priority, I will call you when its done and ended the phone call, at this time Im very upset I just spend almost 700 to get this mower fixed and he was great when he was selling to me but when it was in his dollar I was not a Priority . I then call the fourth time (which the shop never called me once when it was there the second time ) and the lady started to tell me a story with testing and they dont know whats going on at this time they are going to need more diagnostic, then stops mid word to tell me terry told her it just finished, I asked what was wrong with it and I was told it just needed to be retuned ..... I then asked about the leak and was told the leak is from the transmission and they dont make it no more and I will need one very soon, at that point i was pissed i sent my mower to your shop you sold me all this other stuff knowing it needed a transmission had me pay 660 dollars and have not been able to cut my yard once . Terry then got on the phone and was nasty and advise me that it was on the paper work the first time which I have and was not . I asked him please make this right he advise they will drop the mower off the next day, few days later when I went to use the mower it slow starter, and was able to cut half of the side of my yard and died and has not start for two weeks I called t&k again and informed him and he told me there is nothing else they can do and they shouldnt have even got involved in the first place because of how old the mower was . I told terry but you did take the job on and the mower is the same way after 660 and 2 months, I asked to make it right or give me a refund and he became in raged and started yelling at me the repairs I did you agreed to and they are performed its not my fault the mower will not run, please do not service your mower here and get taken advantage off! Will remove if issue is fix

I have been going here for over 12 years.Bought my ex mark 36 metro from them and have been getting it serviced there ever since.I have made the trip from Trinity to Port Richey for service on my mower in support of a business that I had been referred to by a relative of T & K.Never expecting anything for free or discounted.Unfortunately on my last and final visit on August 12th I had an issue with my carburetor(fuel in the oil) and had brought it in a total of 4 times for the same problem.Each time it was repaired the mower would run fine for a while and then the same problem would occur again and again.I would bring it back for repair never complaining about cost or inconvenience.On my final visit on August 12th I asked for some sort of discount on the replacement of the carburetor which supposedly is the problem.I was met with a very confrontational women (Donna) who argued and basically called me a liar and said the issues where unrelated and would not give me any discount.I calmly paid the bill and left her establishment never to return and will make sure I let everyone I know how I was treated.Unfortunately for her I have lived in the New Port Richey area for 40 years and am also a business owner and will make it a point to tell everyone I know to stay clear of here.It is sad that a simple discount of 10% )$28) would have been all I needed to make me feel better.Maybe by reading this (Donna) will think twice about handling the next customer this way.

What a wonderful place to go .. Took my lawnmower there to get my carburetor cleaned & it turned out it was my gas that was old & what I added yesterday did the trick .. They did not take my $ but educated me ... If I ever have a problem I will go back & recommend them to all .. Thanks

I think Donna is a doll and very good at what she does but the “reconsider” sign on the closest register to the door couldn’t be more fitting and accurate.In the end they ordered the wrong part… a part I needed 4/5 days ago… today I ask if I can buy the part off a new piece of equipment and replace it with the new incoming part. They said no and lost my business. Not only did you order the wrong part that was needed several days ago but you didn’t help me when the part I need is on the wall.When I asked how long it would take to come in if I ordered it he said “until I hit my minimum I can’t order it and I’m no where close to my minimum so IF someone comes in an places an order or I get more orders I can order it”… oh so you really don’t know when your actually gonna put the order in… ohhhhh k I’ll take my refund now.It really comes down to customer service and this is why I don’t go to any other store than the one I trust out of town. If you mess up it’s on you.. you should pay shipping or you should make something happen for the person bringing you money so they feel like your there to help even though there was a mistake.T&K is in the same town only 11minutes from my house but I’ll drive out of town and pay for the consistency, quality, accuracy and peace of mind any day.Such a huge waste of my time.
