I did not have a good experience at this store. I wanted to look at rugs, but the sales person wanted to talk more than show me rugs. Then, I called the next day saying I wanted to purchase a rug. My sales person was not there, which is understandable (it was a Saturday, we all need time off). However, the person on the phone did not take care of me, but instead texted my sales person at home. He did call me, but could not help me, and said he would call me the following week. He NEVER called me back. Amazing! I purchased 2 hand-made rugs from India at another store.
