I bought a brand new Mitsubishi cross I have condensation in my headlights they covered it once under warrantee now they’re telling me condensation and water paddling in my headlamps are normal unbelievable I haveTo hire an attorney, they do not want to honor their warranty anyone has any questions please feel free to ask me I’ll provide you with photos anything you need these guys do not stand behind her warranty, they just wrote me off again any questions I bought a brand new car fully loaded for the warranty bumper-to-bumper but they’re trying to exclude my headlamps saying there’s a TSB there’s not. Take a look at these photos and let me know if you think this normal? Sad I just found out that the manufacture is not going to warrantee the headlamps even though I have 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty I have to bring them to court they’re forcing my hand. I don’t know why they sell a warrantee and then refused to warrantee the car makes no sense to me. But today we have to stand for something or will fall for anything🙏❤️

I went in to Schaller Mitsubishi to look at a car I found on their website. I ended up with another car- but it was much better than I could have hoped for especially for my budget. Mario Cipolla asked me questions about what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. He found me the perfect car because he listened to my wishes. He was honest and straightforward. Amazing experience! Every single person who helped us at Schaller was fantastic. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. I will also go back in the future when I need a new car. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Service department is great. Management is horrible will fake it till after the sale. Sales rep never followed up or was ever available after the sale. Whole experience was horrible was referred and still gave them my business cause I already wasted my time there and needed a vehicle with a busy schedule, I took what I could. Manager doesn’t know how to treat or speak to customers after a sale. He had others fixing and confronting his customer issues. Avoid him specifically Either give your business to someone else or let the guys over on the Honda side help you out.

Classic Sleazy car salesmen. Don’t buy a car from this dealer or their branch in Berlin.Classic bait and switch - I called about availability of a specific car I wanted to test drive. Because there was only a stock photo I asked the guy who answered the phone some questions about the car. He put me on hold and when he return he said “yes, I just checked the car, it has...(what I asked about)”I called back shortly after to make the test drive appointment for the same day. I called again when I was running late. They confirmed the car I was coming to drive and said “no problem. We’ll have it waiting for you outside”.When I got there the general sales manager greets me and took me inside. Introduced me to the guy who would take me for a ride.We get to a table to sign me in and suddenly the manager realizes “oh! That car JUST sold. They’re signing the paperwork now.” I could read him and immediately knew what was up.Blah blah blah... long story short. LIES.I asked to see the car. Suddenly he needs clarity on the car I made an appointment to see - after speaking with THREE people about that car.I tell him AGAIN. And he remembers that car has a blown transmission. Then, he wants to show me other cars. NO. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealer if it was $1.The car with the blown transmission is still on their website - FIVE days later.I would not trust a car from them. New or used. How they do one thing, they do all things.

Horrible, dishonest, confidence shattering experience. Pretended to care only so they can make their commission. Truly an awful experience, heed the warnings and stay far away from these terrible people. Salesman literally wouldn’t even look at me when I came back to get the car I traded in, because the one they sold me had a defective battery. Set my keys down on the trunk and walked away. Maybe try telling the truth? Not causing panic and fear in someone who just wants to obtain a better vehicle? Seems crazy, I know but hopefully you do better in the future. You won’t have my business or that of anyone I know, that’s for sure

I unfortunately was very disappointed with the customer service of Schaller Mitsubishi. Below is a recount of our experience when I tried to bring my car in to get a lost key replaced. My fiancé called and tried to set up an appointment to have the key to my car replaced. It took 4 attempts to get someone actually on the phone who wouldn’t either transfer us to a voicemail or hang up. When he finally got someone the gentleman said that there isn’t anything he can do unless we drive the car down so they can program a key. They gave no other answers and didn’t know what to tell us when we asked for towing options. We called back (again being hung up on multiple times before getting through to someone) after we decided to use our aaa, and were told that as the owners of the vehicle we had to drop a note off in the key box when the car got towed there and that the tow truck driver couldn’t. After some back and forth they allowed for the tow truck driver to drop the note off with the car and that they would call us in the morning when they received the car.The next morning we received no call, we waited until the afternoon and after yet again being hung up on several times we were told that they didn’t know what we were talking about and would have to call us back because they knew nothing about our car being dropped off. And then refused to take a walk outside and see if it was even there.Hours later they called back and told us that they found the car and would replace the key. Several hours after that they called and said there were recalls and asked for our permission to fix it. After we consented they promised a call when it was done which they estimated the next day.The next day comes and we receive no call and when we call them, they tell us it’s going to be an extra day because they need to get order the part. But they would call us when it does, which again were told that it would be done within a day. Fast forward to yesterday. We again have to call for an update and they say shipping was delayed but it would be done by today and that they will call us when it’s done.Today comes and we have to call them. After again being hung up on 5 times we are told the car is ready and to come in.We show up to two men standing at the door and when asking where to go they carelessly point down a hallways and say “someone in the 2nd or 3rd door should be able to help you”We walk down a hallway of multiple doors that say employee only on each one. After standing there lost and being ignored by them, we find one helpful person in his office that points us in the right direction. When we get into service there is only one girl in the Bay Area (not at the service desk) who just waves for us to come to her. When we get to her and say we’re here to pick up the car she has us to back to our original spot we were in, charges us for the service, gives no rundown of what they did, and then hands us our key and tells us to have a good day. We had to go back and ask where our car even was and she said “oh yeah it should be out there in the 1st or 2nd row somewhere. When we find the car, the key works great but nothing was done, no tire pressure filled on my low tires even though they did an inspection and not even a quick vacuum was done, which I find to be a usual thing done when bringing my car into service anywhere else.I would give this one star but I was told it could always be worse.

I went in about a week ago to try and get a van, or SUV for my family of 9. We called and asked if they could help us, and we where told of course we got a 2pm appointment. They told me that I might not even need a deposit depending on the bank. I have no car and my family has to travel with me, my mother in law has a trake in her neck, and needs 24 hour attention, I have a 7 month old that is breast fed only, and my oldest is 10. Cant leave them alone. We walked seemed like for ever to get to this place., to find out there is no banks open on Saturday, and then I was told by Joey that I needed to put a deposit down in order for them to help me on Monday because Sunday they where closed, monday comes we waited until around 1pm to call and see the progress, when we where told no one can take our case because the guy working on it called out because there grandmother passed on sunday. That Tuesday for shore we have there word it will get done. Tuesday comes around still nothing from the so we called. And I hear him say Im with someone right now can I call them back and we said yes thats fine we end up calling back around 5 because no one called us, and was told If we want our money to just come get it. Or to just wait because there are shore they can help us. Then there was oh no time still to check really busy. But I put a deposit how are you bringing in more people and not even trying with mine. So I called and told them I feel like theres to many games being paid, and I need my money. Thats when they said it takes 24 hours to print you a check. So not only did I feel not good enough to be here. But now I have to cash a check, loose money I dont have to cash it, when I gave cold hard cash. This has been the worst experience at a dealership Ive ever had. I promise you I know a hole lot of people and mark my words word of mouth is powerful. Not only was my time waisted, but I feel like I was judged in this hole situation. Due to me coming in walking, and with a family of 9. And all I came with was 400 because I was told might not even need a deposit. Didnt get to see a car, didnt get shown around, and we where put away from everyone. I have never felt more disrespected like I did in this place of business. And look through there reviews they only respond to those who say good things about them. Must be all there friends and familys giving fake reviews to bring up there status. This is just crazy...

I put 4 stars rather than 5 because the experience of buying a used Mitsubishi here was very positive, but there were some quirks in the dealership and this is my first time buying from a dealer. The best part of my experience was my sales representative, Chas Miller. If you go here, do yourself a favor and ask to work with him. He was honest, straightforward, and even though I personally don’t like buying or selling anything, he made the experience enjoyable. I also came from out of state to buy and pick up this car, so Chas went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for an out of state purchase.

My experience a Schaller began when my wife found a used toyota Hylander in the exact spec she had been searching for on their lot. The next day we went to Schaller and had a wonderful experience with the purchase, easy negotiations with JJ the salesman and we drove the truck away the same day, but that was also the end of our good experience. The next day the low tire pressure light turned on and I found all 4 tires were low. I filled the tires figuring it was just a temperature change issue. Not two days later the lights on again, we contacted the dealer and needed to make an appointment anyway for a couple of warranty items. The first scheduled appointment they forgot about so it was a complete waste of a trip, the second trip they did the warranty items but didnt have time to address the tires, and on top of that the loaner vehicle they gave my wife also had the tire pressure light on and all 4 tires low on air. Finally third appointment they find nails in two of the tires, which there is no doubt were there when we purchased the car since the tires were low since day 1, and they would only replace 1 tire and charged us to patch the second. Any good mechanic knows you shouldnt replace just one tire on a four wheel drive vehicle, so I had to purchase the second tire as well. In conclusion, after they got paid, they were forgetful, hard to get ahold of and ultimately refused to do the right thing. I am disappointed because our purchase experience was so excellent, but based on their follow through I would not send anyone I like or cared about to purchase a vehicle from any Schaller dealership.

I bought a car from them end of last year, the salesman was wonderful but I do have a couple warnings make sure the odometer actually matches the mileage on the car at purchase, they screwed me and put what the miles had been but in actuality it was 2000 more, then I asked about repairing a small rip even out my pocket and was told we will give you a price when the guy comes in that fixed upholstery its been 6 months not a word from anyone. They sell you a car and dont care once you are gone, Ive bought other cars from other dealers and been called months after to see how Im enjoying it, not them!! Im giving them a 3 because of the salesman. My car is under warranty and I will only be returning to them to fix a seat that was broken when I bought the car in November. Upon signing my paperwork the total price of the car and payments were completely off from what the sales guy was telling us and thank god the person I was with had caught it before we went on to actual sign . Was not given any paperwork on how to make payments to the bank In which my loan was given so ended up having to call them myself and was told they had no information of my loan in the system and that schaller must have not sent any of the paperwork Over to them . This place is super unprofessional and I was forced to handle the confusion and mess that this place created and this will be the last time I take my business here . Steer clear of this place

The only difficulty I have had with Schaller Mitsubishi is figuring out how to leave a review, since the desktop version of their site doesn’t want to let me do it.I worked with Chas and he was exactly what i wanted in a salesman. Direct, real, and matter of fact. There were no grey areas in his explanation, and negotiating price. If he didnt know the answer he found it out for me. This is what a salesman should be. I would buy again because of him for sure. The car is great, and financing was easy, painless, and fast. No pushing me into anything either. I specifically wanted an extended warranty because my car was not a certified pre owned, and had no warranty other than a 60 day warranty. I really appreciated the finance agent (whose name escapes me, but i hope he gets the recognition he deserves), in his no pressure approach to financing, and add-ons.All in all it was a great choice to purchase from this team. If I was reading reviews on this dealership, i would consider the well thought out ones as being more accurate, and the quick reactionary, half sided story, misspelled ramblings that others have written as half truth.Chas and this dealership will treat you right. Check them out.

**Update after second detail done: VERY disappointed in the job the detail people did the second time around also. One of the stains hadn’t been fixed on the cloth interior and we had to bring it back for that to get done before heading home, they didn’t do a good job washing the outside with bug splatter still all over and there were water spots all over the entire car, and they also broke the cover for one of the outlets where the cell phone charger goes and threw it under the seat apparently in the hopes that we wouldn’t notice that it broke off which we found after we got home. May be a specific issue to this dealership, but they also didn’t do the treatment that has the car smelling like a new car which was also pretty disappointing. I had bought a used car at Harte Nissan years back and the car that I bought had an awesome detail as well as the new car smell that lasted for several months after I bought it. Overall I definitely don’t recommend the detailing that they do and I’m very unhappy with the fact that they broke that piece off.**Picked up the car today. Our salesman Terell was wonderful and very informative. We test drove several vehicles at three different dealerships that day with Schaller being our last stop because there were 4 cars I saw online that we wanted to look at. (We put a deposit down on the one we were most interested in)Upon arrival, two of the Legacy’s we wanted to see had been sold, but they weren’t on hold so we were disappointed but really couldn’t complain. Terell was great about getting the CX-5 ready to test drive and answered any questions we had as well as explained features etc. While we were very disappointed that we got a low trade in offer (older car/high mileage etc) we still purchased the CX-5.We will be going back to have the detail redone as it really wasn’t done that well but other than that, so far at least, we are very happy with the purchase and highly recommend asking for Terell when you’re looking to buy a car at Schaller.

**update** after writing my initial review below, I also contacted the owner, he replied back quickly and had the GM contact me the next day. The GM, Russ, apologized for the incident and offered to take care of restoring the headlights on the vehicle free of charge. The car was taken in at my convenience and they fixed the headlights. I appreciate Russs effort in trying to turn a bad experience into something better for the customer. This experience was a five star, my first one was a one, so I will average it out to 3 stars for the overall.Wow...were to begin.. My car needed a tune-up, I had called about a month prior and obtained a list of what needed to be done to the car based on the mileage/year. Emily was great, she gave me a detailed list and pricing. Once I had the money to be able to get the work done I called and this time it was Tyler.. Emily was gone. It went downhill from there. I explained to him the car needed a tune-up and had a service engine light on. I wanted the car checked for everything to make sure it was ok, safe to drive, and wouldnt die on me. I bring it in.. he calls me 1.5 hours later, car ready to be picked up, Tyler said it didnt need a tune up, nothing was wrong, the service engine light was because it needed an oil change and new battery. Brakes and Tires where good. I start car, engine light is still on!!! He gave me the car back like that!! Tyler hadnt done anything I asked for. He told me the car was good to go when that wasnt the case at all. He gave the car to a class C mechanic that did only oil changes there (as told to me by his service directory Bill.) Bill proceeded to get the car into their class A mechanic and inspect it. Thats when Tyler let me know it needed the tune up that I had told him about to begin with. He pretended like he had done nothing wrong and never apologized. I had to bring it back in so they would have the parts... Tyler calls me once they are doing the work and says that the front tires are bald to the point you can see the metal in them and that they didnt see it the first time they inspected the car because it was only visible when they lifted the car. So, I drove this car for almost a week after Tyler told me tires where good and I was basically driving a car that could have killed me. Again, he made no attempt to apologize. He then gives me the bill and says he took care of me and lowered the price because of all the hassle, I go to pay it, but then he looks at the total, he tells me, nope thats not correct, takes the bill from the cashier and adds an additional $275 to the bill. Which made it exactly what he had quoted to begin with. It was insulting. It made me so angry. I left frustrated and dissapointed with the service I received. I felt taken advantage of. At this point I dont even know if the work was actually done, or if I was lied to, like all the other times. I will never, ever buy or bring a car to them. Whoever reads this, if you go to Schaller, be extremely careful with Tyler, its obvious he doesnt know what he is doing, lies about the service, and is going to get someone killed.

I had worked with 4 dealerships within less than 24 hours before coming to Schaller Mitsubishi. Blasius, A Better Way Auto, Middletown Nissan, and Harte Nissan. Harte Nissan let me to put a down payment on a car only to tell me 5 minutes prior to closing that the car had already sold a day before. They then tried to sell me a more expensive alternative. Coincidence? Probably not. Anyway, I was distraught and discouraged. After finding out the bad news about my lost car at Harte Nissan, I stumbled on the sale posting for my 2015 Nissan Rogue at Schaller. I called them right away and was greeted with Chas Miller’s friendly voice. He put me on a quick hold because he wanted to “go out side and touch the car” before he told me it was available. He quickly came back on the line to let me know they did in fact still have the car. I rushed in (because I had had 4 cars bought out from under me in less than a day) and was happy to see the car pulled out in front and waiting for me. The sales consultant, Chas Miller, met my mom and me with a welcoming smile. We took a test drive and put a refundable down payment on the car. Chas Miller was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all, and answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I finalized the sale the following Monday. The whole process was extremely easy and stress free. Not once did I feel pressured or unsure of my purchase. Schaller detailed my car before pick-up and Chas even helped me hook my phone up to the Bluetooth in the car. After I bought the car, I called Chas with a couple follow up questions and I was met with the same friendly, and helpful demeanor. I would recommend Schaller Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a car! Chas Miller really went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. If you go there, ask for him! Unless he wins the lottery... then you might be out of luck! :)

The repair shop has horrible service was quoted 3 different price ranges just for my tires sensors . I was treated as if I wasnt able to afford it being spoken to as his enemy . I bought my vehicle from here 4 years ago with no issues even went to the repair shop before, this time whether it was a bad morning for this elderly man or what I have learned to stay away as it seemed that he was into making my experience worst and worst with being rude then I sat in the waiting room to be added with another quote then another when he told he was unable to do it then when leaving quoted another price as he tries to speak down to to me .. NEVER AGAIN and the price was cheaper at town fair tire . I love my vehicle but will be taking it to another dealership for tune ups .

I was notified that my car needed recall work. I called Schaller and they told me that they could not get me in for three weeks. Then they told me that they could not give me a ride to work because I needed to be at work at 7AM. When I got to the dealer at 645 am the service department personnel were there along with the courtesy shuttles. I handed my key to the service attendant and he asked if i needed a ride to pick up my car. I said yes and told him I needed to be picked up at work at 340 pm. 340 rolled around and no shuttle. I called dispatch and they said that I would have to schedule with them again and that there was no shuttles available and I would have to wait. Ten minutes later there was still no one on the way. I had other engagements that I needed to attend rather than to wait for them to drop the ball again so I found a ride myself. I now need to pick up my car at a different time. I have never liked this dealer but the one I bought the car from closed so I am stuck with them. I would rather go to county line!

The service department is terrible, they are rude and have no customer service skills at all. I called them to find out about a recall notice I had received, I had already paid for the service to be done back in December of 2015. The service department never answered the phone so I drove down with my receipt and recall notice in hand. The first guy I spoke to was rude and told me he would have someone else come talk to me. The woman that came out was better but she told me they wouldnt be able to reimburse me at the dealership level and I would have to call mitsubishi to get my money. I then called mitsubishi who told me if I wanted to get my money I would need to scheduile and appointment at the dealership and have them clear the recall. I explained the situation and that I had already paid for the replacement parts and they said I would still have to make an appointment and then send the receipt in to mitsubishi. I then tried to call the service department again, I left a message and no one ever returned my phone call. I then called and spoke to a sales manager because he was the only person I could get in contact with, he told me he could not help because he was the sales manager and he would have the service manager call me asap, he never called. Im not sure why its so difficult to get my money back when I paid for something that was defective, if I owed the dealership money I can guarantee they would be answering the phone and making an appointment for me to come see them. I wont be going back to Schaller, im very happy barbarino just opened in Hartford!

Dont ever think about buying used car en this place theyre the worst ever i bought Toyota Prius last year and the car was perfect the first time I drive bot the nex day a noise come from the brake and the dashboard so I go to the dealer the first expression tha they give to me was like very rude and attitude and they ser yes with fixe when I go to pick up my car they ser the car is ready but when i drive the car the car was like they never touched so I spend like tho weeks and it was the same history for several days so they never fix my car so they told me they cant find the problem and recommend me to take the car to the Toyota dealer so I give up and I convince my self tha this was the most terrible mistake the i made to baying a car for this company so my car still makes noises from the dashboard bot I fix the the disk and front brake it cost me 380.00 to fixed the dashboard to expensive to fixed so I leave it like that so keeping away from this company
