Jimmy Jazz has a nice selection of sneakers and clothing. However, the workers did not care to see if I needed any help or even acknowledged my presence while I was browsing. I doubt if I’ll return in the future.

Staff cool i been a few times now since being in new bern.. Only thing is with this pandemic MY size in particular (13) varies.. Some of the prices are WOE but the flavors are there

Walked in, 4 employees all at the counter on their phones not 1 of the spoke and I was the only customer in the store. Walked around looking at shoes and not 1 of the employees spoke or even acknowledged that I was in the store. This has happened on multiple occasions at this location. The 4 pair shoes with matching clothes I was looking for I did not purchase either. If I could have given a 0 I would have.

Great place, very trendy. Great selection even though the prices in my opinion are high. But the customer service was on point and the staff are highly knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time spent there

Got everything I needed and it was very affordable. Staff REALLY wants to be the best team in customer service!!

Pie too salty

If I could give them zero, I would!!! I purchased over $500 worth of clothes and shoes and $200 of them I couldnt fit. They dont have dressing rooms, so make sure when you but clothes from here, you get the exact size or youre S.O.L.... I tried to take the clothing that I could not fit back and was only granted with a store credit, which is pointless if I cant fit anything in there. I spoke with the District manager and she didnt even try to make this a better experience for me. The staff was in there doing everything except working, one of them even said she should blow this place up... Needless to say, they have lost a customer!!!!!

Its sad that when you walk into this store, ready to purchase shoes and youre not greeted or even acknowledged. Pathetic. Not once did any of the workers approach me or my son asking us if we needed help or what were we looking for. I guess they assumed we were not able to buy shoes and was just window shopping.I see why I never shopped here.

My daughter enjoyed shopping, wants to return in the future.

I have been in this store twice and the customer service is really bad. The 1st time in the store the work was holding and playing with a baby. She didnt stop to ask if I needed help. The 2nd time in the store all the works was at the counter talking didnt come over and ask if I needed help. They need some customer service training if you going to keep business. I want the manager name or store owner

Zero customer service, theyre more concerned w/ dancing to their smartphones than helping a patron.

Obnoxious... you should never be able to hear a stores music when you walk in the mall or several stores away, nor should it drive away business from the surrounding businesses. If youve ever been to newbern mall you know the store..

Beautiful store i will say ..the service was awful ..the associates were gathered at the front counter ..there was no greeting or anyone trying to help ...even thpugh there is a variety of shoes i will continue to shop at hibbetts ...

Walked into the store & waited for 12 minutes(yes I timed it) for someone to help me w/ shoes, but they were too busy dancing behind the counter.

The customer service was awful!!! I would not recommend going there!! And when asked for help the associate was really rude I will continue to shop elsewhere!! Other associates where just talking ignoring customers and no greeting!!

Customer service was alright. Finally i can shop for shoes at another stores besides hibbets.

Music is entirely too loud for me

Customer service is nonexistent. Held a pair of $180 shoes for about 15 minutes and finally put them back on the shelf and left. Been there several times with the same experience every time. Wont be getting any of my money.
