Stopped in to pick up a watch battery the sales associate replaced the watch battery and informed us of all the special services they offered and the price was more than reasonable. Great prices on all kind of products well stocked not just a battery store !!! I highly recommend stopping in and looking around for batteries bulbs outdoor cameras and more. What I like about this place is that they do the little extra to make your visit that much more enjoyable. I have had a need to get a battery tested to be sure it should be replaced. They kept the battery overnight and had it charged to full capacity first. Then they did their test on the battery. Not only did they get the battery out of my vehicle, but they managed to get me some warranty paperwork and then carried the new battery to my vehicle.

If you need a battery and these fine folks dont have it, you should probably reassess your technological prowess and update your gear. There are other items besides batteries, mostly gadgets that use batteries (clever!). I saw phone accessories and flashlights. Youll probably pay more than you would for comparable items elsewhere, but you dont have to hope that youre going to find the right battery here.

Customer service was outstanding! Rep had no problem with being outside in the heat to help change out the battery in my vehicle. Battery was correct and everything was tested after the installation to make sure there were no more issues. Rep was also very sociable and carried on conversation the whole time we were outside, which was very nice, instead of standing in silence! Will definitely continue to go to this location for anymore of my needs that they can fulfill.

The people working are great however the actual fixing of the phone is not. I went in and just wanted the not broken screen on my phone pushed back in since it worked perfectly instead they just changed and put a whole new screen on and charged a good chunk of money and it works fine in the store but after getting in my car and getting about 5 mins down the road my phone is no longer responsive. I truly would have been better of keeping my old screen and fixing it myself than to spend that kind of money on a screen replacement that ended up not working at all. Meanwhile i have to wait til they open tomorrow to even attempt to resolve this problem....

Steve was very helpful in picking out batteries for my boat. They gave me a good price and they were able to get the specialty batteries in the store in 2 days.

Battery went dead under 3volts. They tried to charge instead of swapping out. I called in two days still working on. Said they will call. No call after a week I call. The say battery dead WELL YEAH! Come get new one. Never again the batteries I paid $219 for there can get same for $179. Overpriced terrible customer service !!!!!!

Never had a complaint with any of the service Ive gotten there. My only gripe is some things Im looking for are exorbitantly expensive for unknown reasons while other things are quite reasonable. If you have an odd ball battery or bulb, give them a shot. You may find it.

Called to ask if they had a 24volt replacement battery for my Newton mower. The clerk explained they actually put together two 12 volt batteries to build my 24 volt battery and to bring in the mower. He gave me the cost.I brought in the mower and the clerk took out the battery and explained exactly what they would do to replace the 2 batteries in the removable case. Up until then I was not aware that what I thought was a battery was actually a battery case. I went to lunch and picked up the renewed battery.Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgable and most professional . The price was fair and reasonable. I could not have expected more.

I ordered a large motorcycle battery online. I received confirmation of order and I received a notice it was ready for pick up. All this in less than 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store the manager saw me on the way in and came and carried my old battery in for me. He also carried the new one out. They understood customer service and were able to answer some technical questions I had. This was a great experience.

Took my Samsung galaxy note 5 in yesterday afternoon for a new battery. I love this phone and have never had an issue with it since I bought it new but my battery just wouldnt hold a charge anymore. My phone is always in a protective case and I take very good care of it but it did have slight separation of the front paint with the glass in both top corners. No scratches no chips just two very small little bubbles. My phone is returned to me in the case after they put a new battery in for me. I take my phone out of the case to find the back burned-it looks like a blow torch was held to the back of my phone!! They said nothing to me about the damage upon returning it. Upon further inspection I see the corner of the back glass has not only been burned but also chipped. When I ask them about it they said the phone has to be heated to remove the back and they will give me a new back glass. The front left corner went from looking like it had a little bubble to having a tear in the paint. When I asked about that they said it was hard to remove the back without damaging the paint because it was somehow attached. I was offered $50. dollars off having the front of the phone replaced taking the cost from $250. to $200. I noticed that my phone had the exact same amount of charge that it had had with my old battery and then said it was just a coincidence that new batteries had to be shipped not fully charged. My phone held a charge great for the rest of the evening and now today its taking over twice as long to charge as it did with my old battery. I want to get my new back glass and I would like this battery checked but honestly Im afraid to go back and risk further damage to my phone. Im very disappointed.

Although it was a rough start I have to say I am pleased now that the owner has kept his word and corrected his mistake. They got me the new phone I was told I would get. And he also took accountability for his mistake in the communication. Thank you again Jeff.

Have been going to the New Bern store for years because Jeff and his people know their business. We need specialty bulbs for our business and they always have them in stock. On one occasion they had to order a large amount of bulbs and they brought them here to the office. Two different times I had them fix my phone on the spot. Great job everybody.

Pretty helpful. They fixed my kids phone in about 20 minutes because it wouldnt hold a charge, but it was fairly expensive and more than we thought it would be. Lots of different kinds of lightbulbs in the store. They also stop accepting repairs 30 minutes before closing time.

Took my phone in for a screen replacement that’s it and when I got my phone back two days later My phone was disabled and I had to hook it up to iTunes to fix it which wasn’t disabled when I brought it in and also my back camera No longer works which it did when I brought it in, my phone also dies really fast now that they gave it back as well

My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 suddenly didnt want to charge. I called and spoke with Peter. I went in and he got me a new cord. He said I needed a new charging port. When I have the money Im going back there! $70 plus tax. Cheaper than a new phone I cant afford yet. Definitely go there.

Just wanted to say that Ive been to this location twice for cell phone issues and they were great. The second time I thought that I lost my cell phone forever but theyre technician Peter saved it in 25 minutes thank you again Peter.

Took battery in that had failed under warranty. Battery was maintained properly. They failed to honor the warranty citing neglect, which is incorrect. Battery was in new condition, took very good care of it. Batteries Plus does not stand behind the products they sell. Wal-Mart does better than Batteries Plus when it comes to warranties.

Bought a battery for my Samsung Notebook. It would not charge. Took it back for another battery. It takes 2 days to charge. The issue I have is the damage done to the charging port. I also cant use flash drives now and there is no screensaver. They left the stylus out and I had to go back for it. Not a bad place for batteries, but definately not the geek squad.

The owner will not fix what his employees break!!! My son took his Samsung s8 to this store due to not charging they told him it was his port or battery they took it apart put new battery in it gave it back to him on 8/22 on 9/11 phone doing same thing as before! Took phone back in there they opened it up now they are saying something else is damaged MOTHERBOARD! Manager then says someone else opened the phone as if we did or someone! Then ask my son did the phone work as he left the first time 8/22 ummm yes the phone did work but if we have problem and we know the last person to work on the phone was your technician we are now back, they said leave the phone for an hour we do as son as we go back now its a whole different problem, You have to have special tools to open up this phone to check it! How would we open it! Rather than fix what they broke they blame someone else! BAD BUSINESS!!!!
