Everyone is really nice here. I wish there were more cash registers open sometimes though like when all the self checkouts are full. Other than that this is a nice store with friendly staff. Anytime Im looking for something & ask someone they always go out of their way to find what Im looking for.

Neosho Walmart has recently remodelled and it looks nice and clean inside. The main walkways are much more open than they previously were. They have a cheap finds section at the front, similar to Target. They also have a drink section at the front, offer many more cold beverages than they previously did. if you venture back to adult beverages, they have expanded that section, as well. I enjoyed visiting after their remodel.

A few things were empty, not really the stores fault but still. Not really a fan of the rearrangement, just feels tight spaced by having multiple sections closed/segregated. Cashier in charge of self checkout could’ve been more helpful directing people, everyone running around the self checkout section like chickens with their heads cut off.

There are definitely better Walmart’s out there this one just keeps moving things so often that you can’t find anything without a lot of extra effort and energy. I even heard other women complaining they couldn’t find anything because they didn’t know where it was and that is very true. The food pick up workers are polite and fast but going in the store is just a big waste of time.

Neosho Walmart is a great Walmart. There isn’t always an employee around to help you out is the reason for 4 stars. Even with fewer employees and it being income tax/stimulus time, they still keep it as stocked as they can.

Overall the new store is awesome looks great its clean the only problem that I have is the restrooms there not 100% clean and people have already torn up the bathroom stall doors. But love the new look.

Very recent revamp has been done to Neosho, MO Walmart Supercenter. They have made the aisles easier to navigate by dividing the long rows that ran from front to back walls or left to right across store. The rows have be cut in quarter sections with the same amount of retail available in each department. By doing so, each department is not as overwhelming and you are able to see all the baby wipes and diapers, or sections of accessories to peruse with the clothing section you are shopping in.They have put in a new Bakery layout with all the freshest breads and dessert dishes grouped together rather than spread through out 2 small sections. They kept the original grocery layout but I think the darker flooring and some additional storage racks have improved the flow of foot traffic.My only complaint would be electronics. They have either everything under glass or locked in cages. I understand a need to prevent theft, however most of the store workers are never in the area and either must be paged or another worker must track them down. Treating a $5 aux cable in the same way as a semiprecious wedding set is a little overboard. Creating a smaller area for the actual products to be stored in the display areas would make it easier also for sales associates to help people who have legitimate questions or need a locked up item.

Stanley Dunn. Our mechanic helped us out of a jam when our camper tire blew. Making small talk and recommending us good fishing spots in the area. We wanted to tip him but he told us he could get fired for accepting tips. Well be back in about a week for a replacement tire. But If anyone important reads this, give Stanley a raise. Or at least the ability to take tips for monumental tasks

Customer service was good. Easy return on cat food followed by multiple helpful employees during the grocery trip.A step above the average Walmart because of the people working.

I would go 5 stars but I dont like crowds and all Walmarts are usually busy.

This dude named Clarence has his own isle of reduced price items. I never see him there but hes got great deals!

The Store is nice especially after they reconstructed it and have new floors although its a bit hard to know where anything is and you have to spend more time looking for something and they have removed a lot of things they use to sell from their store completely. I like it that its nice and comfortable to shop in. Hopefully things will get easier to find when theyre all done remodeling.

They usually are out of stock on a bunch of stuff... Plus the associates normally have the why are you bothering me type of attitude.. Theres a few good workers but seems to be getting less and less on that..

The people collecting the groceries around the store need to pay attention to where they are going. I had one run into me pretty hard yesterday. All I heard was oops i was concentrating on where I was going next. Then she walked off. Not a sorry or are you ok. Unfortunately I didnt see her name. Im glad I wasnt someone with frail bones they probably would have broke a hip.

The congested bottlenecking that this new store setup has created is maddening!!! Throw in the fact that the supply of inventory is still extremely lacking & management seems absolutely ok with the chaos. As they see it, the more you wonder the Isles looking for the basic items you need, the more likely you are to impulse buy. Maybe they should realize that these days, people are MORE THAN WILLING to take their business elsewhere. Please dont suggest utilizing the Pick-up option for the last 3 times I began to take this route, all pickup times for that day had already been taken by 8am. The efficiency of this store is severely lacking.

The Walmart in this area is a very nice shopping experience. They are remodeling or rearranging the entire store so you have to just get use to it and it may take some time to find what youre looking for as they have rearranged one whole end of the store, it may take getting used to after knowing where things used to be now you have to hunt for it and search until you find what youre looking for but it will look nice once they get it all finished. Not sure what they are planning but some major changes are taking place at this time. A nice store to do your shopping

Used to be nice for a Wal-Mart but they recently decided to move everything around every few weeks so it takes forever to shop.

This location is in the middle of a remodel so there will be temporary isles everyday that will be changed and could include items youre looking for. So it makes it a bit tricky to find things. Im sure it will look better once the remodel is finished.

This is one big store of Departmental store chain Walmart.As per me, there is nothing in this world you cant find here 😃😃😃. Jokes apart, still this is one complete store where you get all types of required items like household items, groceries, car and sports accessories, clothings, electronics etc.The staff of the store is very nice and friendly. They will help you if you are not able find anything. This store also offers delivery and pickup services with high efficiency. Because of all this, it has become my goto store for every need.But still it is one of the best store as per me.

Quick in and out. Shocking I know, but great experience.

I bought a pair of boots which was separate from all of the other shoes and it was located in the womens clothing section.(why) I tried on one boot and it fit so I purchased them, I got home and put them on for work one was a size 9 the other a size 13 both left boots! I returned the boots went back to get a matching set and the first box I picked up had two right boots of different sizes! I went through 4 boxes of boots that only had 1 boot, finally the 5th box had matching boots and EVERY SINGLE BOOT WAS PRICED WRONG! I asked an employee for help on more than one occasion and got Im on break or thats not my department and that one didnt even call and tell that department had someone needing help, terrible Walmart! Its mismanaged, extremely unorganized, a lot of employees are rude and no help, complete and total chaos I cringe every time I have to go into that store.

Currently they are remodeling and doing business. I walked all over the store before finding a bathroom. Thank God, it was usable.

This place was wonderful, its also covid free apparently as all Walmart locations were over the past year and a half which was such a life saver! I mean if youre looking for 20 registers with two open, this is the spot to go! Also, aye covid and covid variant free my guy! Get your shop on folks

Its Walmart what can you say.If they wanted to make it better they should have hired more people, paid them more money, sell quality goods, and kept the handicapped greeters they used to employ. Keeping up with the Joness isnt always the best thing to do. Its gotten so updated there Im shopping in Granby and Joplin now. Im sure they wont miss me. I like the pharmacy and most employees in the store but Ill have to change pharmacist now.

With limited places to shop its nice to have the pickup service from Walmart

Actually not a Superstore but probably the best walmart Ive ever been to as a trucker. They provide designated parking area for trucks even was able to get WiFi. It was even clean! This is rare for any Walmart! Lots of food options in the area well with in walking distance and its directly off the highway. Many thanks from this trucker to this store director!

This was a great place to shop before COVID-19 hit. Now if your in the Neosho Walmart there is a really talk younger guy with short black hair and I think he may be lost prevention because everytime Im in there all he does is follow me around and he pretends to talk on his phone but he makes me feel uncomfortable and I no longer like shopping there because of him.

Never had issue with neosho Walmart till today. If you or someone you know that is a parent that uses WIC. I advise you before you start putting your stuff on the conveyor belt at the cashiers that you ask someone before hand which register you can use for your WIC. They’ve been doing the remodel And supposedly you can only use two registers for WIC because something happened to their machines which doesn’t allow any of them to do wic now! Also when I asked why they couldn’t put up a sign to notify people which registers they can use so that way I’m not wasting my time putting all my stuff on the conveyor belt at the wrong register and then putting all my stuff back into the cart just to go to the correct one, I guess it’s against their policy to do that! So to save some of the parents out there some frustration ask before hand so that way none of you are wasting your time At the wrong cashier check out. I’m only giving One star because of this one incident, and wasting a lot of Parents time to figure out Which register to use when they could just put up a sign until they get this remodeled finished and Computer is fixed.

They are in the middle of a remodel and you cant find anything. I asked an employee and that person couldnt be bothered to get up off the stool she was holding down to look or even ask someone else. The cashier acted like a zombie, no hello, goodbye, thank you, or even an acknowledgement that we are both inhabitants of the same planet. My worst wallyworld experience ever. In the future I will go to a different one.

Worst mechanical service do not take your car there unless you have too much confidence my car was fine I took it to an oil change and they gave it to me incervible I could not use it and according to them they are not responsible for the bad work that their mechanics do

This Walmart has it together a very clean, well kept. Walmart prices are the same everywhere you go, so cant really say anything about that. It was extremely busy this afternoon, but to be expected. There was a variety of fall items already available, which I was pleased about. I havent seen them at any other Walmart around. Cinnamon maple syrup, and monster eye cookie mix. Very pleased with this one.

I like this Walmart its very late that its very well organized as fast usually pretty friendly theyre not very helpful but theyre very easy to talk to its not the cleanest but its not horribly dirty and its always kind of busy but never really full

Hate shopping at this Walmart I avoid it at all cost half of the employees are extremely rude. Cameron in the painting department needs a new job that doesn’t require speaking to anyone. Sad that I mentioned how big of an a** he was for no reason to another employee without even saying his name and they knew exactly who I was talking about. 👎🏻

I was in the Neosho, Missouri Walmart(Electronics/Entertainment department) in need of assistance around 8:30 pm. Seems only one person was working, though there were 4 associates around the desk. One, in particular, was busy playing on his smartphone. The rest, other than the kid who was helping everybody, scurried off to look busy. Doesn’t seem like good business practice and I don’t know why the person in charge had no control. I took some photos, which I was hoping to post here. This seems to be a regular occurrence. Maybe Walmart is to big now to care.

Very busy overtime Ive been in there. Have a hard time shopping because of the aisles are blocked not only by customers but staff park their carts in the middle of the aisles instead on the side while stocking, you have to try to turn around to get out.

I dont like the new remodeling they are doing and they keep following me in the store like a common thieve. Why would I steal food from them when I got foodstamps.

Employees arent very friendly but you can get everything you need there. Layout is pretty self explanatory. If you just need a few things I would recommend Dollar Tree in the strip mall nearby. Needed to get a coat rack, Italian ice,, and a few other things. A5 hook coat rack at Dollar Tree is a dollar End up Walmart it was $9.94. The italian ice was $3.44 in the same brand at Dollar Tree was only a dollar with the same amount.

This is one of the larger Walmarts, so you can find stuff here that others may not have. One thing we saw were new vinyl records of old albums. They even had the soundtrack of classics from guardians of the galaxy.

The money center was fast today in and out and the lady was nice!
