I had a flat tire on my tractor. Went all over mid county trying to get it fixed. No luck. Finally went to Modica Bros and they fixed it. When I picked up the tire and went into the office to pay - I was told “no charge”. They did not have to do that, but they won my business.

I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday to get my brake pads changed. It ended up needing front and back pads and rotors due to old ones were warped per technician. I agreed to replace and repair what was needed. Shortly after received a call that it was ready. We went right away and picked it up. As I was driving home I could smell a terrible burning smell and noticed front drivers side smoking from wheel area. I immediately called my husband who said it’s normal for it to smoke a little. Before I could say anything else the front end of my car started shaking terribly like a wheel was coming off. I was in the middle of traffic and literally freaking out. My husband said pull over now, something is not right. When he got there and observed the smoke coming from left front tire he looked at it and said the caliper is stuck to rotor and pad is melting on rotor. We immediately went right back to shop and told them what happened. They were closing in an hour so did not have time to get parts needed and repair before closing so said I would have to leave my car there over weekend and would get fixed Monday. I was very upset because we had reservations at casino in Louisiana for the night and could not cancel so lost out on that. Which I decided real quickly was better off not going because unsure of additional costs and already paid over $500 for initial service and lord know what else I might have to pay. I was unable to go to work Monday due to no transportation so as soon as they called at noon that it was ready, I called my daughter in orange to come pick me up and bring me to get my car. I have to say it drives really well now and staff is very courteous, but what started out as a $500 brake job really messed me up after no work Monday and losing money on casino room ended $1000 job. My oldest son was very upset because he was tyone that recommended modica because that is who him and his buddies at the plant use but after hearing what happened he said something serious could have happened if the locked up or caught on fire. Looks like we will have to find somewhere else to take our vehicles now?

Careless with your car when driving it. Very disorganized and not consistent at all. Car started shaking when we left, went back and they told us they didnt balance tire because they were too busy. Will not be back.

HA! I used to be a loyal customer to this place whenever I needed an alignment or something I didnt feel like doing myself. They were always top notch with customer service and their work was always done at a passable standard. Its been a good while since Ive brought a vehicle to them for work, but here recently my 18 year old sister in law brought a car I was letting her borrow in to them to have a blown tire replaced. They sourced a new tire, mounted it, balanced it, and changed the oil in the car. The caveat here is that they never old her they were going to change the oil, they just did it. The car had been serviced in my driveway not a month earlier so it didnt even need an oil change. SO, they forced her to pay for the oil change despite not telling her they were going to do it. My mother in law called them up after hearing about their little stunt and, long story short, they gave her the money back. The last bit of slandering on them I need to write here is the fact that they didnt even change the stinking oil! Not that it surprises me or anything! I went to change the oil myself since the car is going up for sale and it was most certainly NOT NEW! This place is full of trash now! Avoid at all costs!

Went in very early the other morning. I was there even before they officially opened and they were still willing to take a look at my tire, which had a piece of metal sticking out of it. End up replacing two tires and had me back on the road within an hour. Very friendly and fast service!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We just had the tires replaced on our 2016 Camaro SS and the job was completed quickly. The employees even asked me how I wanted them to lift the car (jack points specific to the car) so as not to damage low-hanging body panels. Torque wrenches were used to install the wheels and cross-checked a second time. More attention to detail than most dealerships.

This is an alignment review, nothing else.Walk in, no appointment. Wait for an alignment, told the receptionist what I wanted she said okay, no harm yet. The tech gave me an alignment, and no print out. Basically I paid $100 for a guy to tell me its aligned properly without any documentation. Asked for one, and get the same copy / paste auto response from her mouth, printer is broke, sorry.If youve ever known anyone that runs these shops, the printer isnt broke, the tech is just lazy. He will set your toe and thats it. I wanted 3.5 degrees of caster and didnt get it because he didnt want to do actual work. I was in a rush and didnt feel like arguing, so I left. Only thing I can do is write a bad review.2 stars since receptionist was cute.

The employee who helped me was very quick and kind. He was eager to do his job correctly and most customers looked satisfied with the work being done. Like at any other tire place, they took a while to fix my flat. However, I had a warranty on the tires and so the repair was free. Thats a Plus! Snack machine took my money though. Hahaha!

My blew out a tire over the weekend. It was an odd tire size that nobody had . Albert found the tire for me had it in the next day. My wife dropped the car off that morning and they had it ready to go when she came to pick it up later day. Great service and great people. I would recommend Albert and his crew all day every day.

My husband dropped off my tire from my Jetta because it had a screw in it. Not only did they fix it quickly, they didnt even charge for the service. Super polite and professional workers. I will continue to use these guys in the future.

I brought my truck to them to change CV axles which I already had and check out a squeaky brake. Of course they came back with my entire brake system needs to be replaced and my hub bearings were bad instead of bad CV axle. $1750 is what they wanted. I went home changed my back brake pads.$31.99 solved the brakes. I went and bought two new hubs at $120 apiece. Brought it to superior tire in orange. To change both CV axles and both hubs was 360. I will never go to modica bros again.

As far as I knew Modica did free diagnostic. all of the sudden the new manager tells me I have to pay 37$ when I got a free diagnostic 2 weeks Ago( he says the policy changes in the beginning of the year). I call anothe Modica and they tell me thats its always been free. I guess the new manager is making up hes own rules now

The best place to get your car oil change and more.

Can confirm. Takes WAY too long for service. Arrived at 7:45 (opens at 7am) and have been sitting for nearly 6 hours.To top it all off, the car was in worse shape than we brought it in. My wife and I also overheard employees mention they were drunk/hungover.Better bring a tent, sleeping bag and provisions. Its gonna be a while.

Dropped my truck off with a set of rims and tires in the bed. Asked to have tires taken off loose rims and swapped out with tires on my truck. When I get in my truck after paying I notice the glove box and cabin filter laying in the floorboard! I go back in and ask why! The tech said the filter was dirty so he left it out to see if I wanted it changed! Im thinking what does the cabin filter have to do with the tires! Bad form modica bros. I wont be back!

I was at a fund-raiser for a cancer patient, yesterday. It was at Jones Automotive on Nederland Avenue. I bid $30 on a silent auction for Modica Brothers. I got a tire rotation and balance on all tires. It was worth more than double the $30...and Reggie, the manager, didnt charge me a dime!!!! Modica Brothers ate the whole price!!! Good, good people!!!! Pay it forward. Theyre in MY hometown--Nederland, Texas.
