Ive been to Rocketown before for a concert, but I recently attended the Nashville Film Festival at the establishment.I loved the layout, I loved the people and the coffee spot inside is really good. The screen on the inside was insane!

Went here for the Taste Nashville event. I expected more for a $100 VIP ticket. The food samples the vendors provided was cold and very tiny. There was many vendors there. The vendors ran out of food early. The event was scheduled from 7p-12am. By 9 most food vendors were packing up. By 10p, all of them had left. There was plenty of alcoholic drinks though.

Used to have great staff with a homey welcoming feel with everything specialty built around Rocketown and its vales. Now all the previous staff are gone (except for the skate park) And its starting to feel very cooperate bland, and one note. The coffee is good but it was also great before with the other Rocketown specialty drink options and the coffee bar feeling more welcoming. The food is interesting to say the least. I understand having healthier options for teens but when I asked my teen what they ate they said Keto with rice and other things. This was alarming because of the risks that come with keto and how it affects your body especially as a teenager. Also to which my daughter ended up having her friends order pizza or would eat a ramen noodle cup not to mention Tuesdays and Thursdays they have fast foods (pizza, burgers etc.) Which in my opinion is counterproductive. I love Rocketown but it feels Im starting to lose its authenticity, character and true meaning. its seemingly more for adults who have a small business or business meetings than children and teenagers who just want to have fun and find little comforts while relaxing but now most times theyre disengaged, sitting for hours and only there for their friends benefit not because they truly enjoy the Rocketown experience.

An awesome place for youth to connect with others. My kids love the skate park, coffee bar, recording studio and family dinners. The staff are amazing, too!

Ive been to a few eventa held here and each time I was impressed with the space and the layout of each event. It is a little dark to me for daytime events as there are no windows. Its a great place to have evening events as long as you make good use of your lighting. Ive been to fashion shows and High school sponsored events.

Great staff! I hurt my foot during a concert here but Brittany, Grace and Officer Jones were all extremely helpful with giving me a place to rest and ice my foot for the rest of the concert. Amazing people!

Its an awesome venue. The parking was a little pricy but the tickets were cheap. The people working there were nice and it seemed to be in a good area of town. It was a smaller venue but not incredibly small. Id recommend it to local bands.

This place is a great place to host your childs first birthday party, or even perhaps your childs second birthday party. The venue has a very strong anti-violence stance and gets touchy if you sneeze a little to hard. I recently visited this venue to watch my favorite band play my favorite music, and was surprised that I was welcomed by hypocritical rule enforcement. Im not a smoker, myself, but I have several friends that do smoke. I happened to observe that a girl tried to enter the concert venue with cigarettes in her pocket. Keep in mind that these cigs werent in her mouth, they werent being smoked, she wasnt offering them to anyone, she stated that she was not going to smoke in the venue, and yet they confiscated them as well as reminded her that she wouldnt be getting them back. She had said that she had driven quite a long way to see this show and they began to laugh and insult her because of her cigarettes. All the while this conversation was being had, several kids came in off of the street to skateboarding in the attached skate park. They began to make comments to some of the girls waiting to get into the venue for the concert and were making them uncomfortable. Its pretty clear that this venue doesnt have its priorities straight and it completely disregards the regulars ignorance of the rules it has in place. And instead, attacks the visiting customers with strict regulation and uncomfortable management. I do not think Ill ever make a trip to this venue to see a concert again. Id honestly rather step on a rake.

My girls and I went to see Matty B this weekend and it was a horrible experience. First of all, I paid 99 dollars for each of our tickets including VIP. My friend and her daughter went as well and paid 69 for their tickets including VIP. I assumed our seats would be very good since we paid more. NO, they were in the very back row V! When the concert started and well into the concert, the people all of the rows ahead had their children standing in chairs so it made it impossible for the people in the back to see. My kids were crying and upset and I kept thinking that someone would make them get down. Eventually a cop came around to tell us in the BACK to get down out of our seats. The people surrounding me were furious as well as myself. The events leading up to the meet and greet were so pathetic that I wanted to take my girls and leave. We were told to go to the stage then go back to our seats then move to the front then go back to our seats. Needless to say everyone was extremely irritated beyond belief by this time. Not to mention that we had to wait outside in the rain for over an hour before we even made it to the door to get in the show, we also had to wait over an hour to see Matty B. You were not allowed to take any pictures. VIP is not something you offer everyone. VIP should be set aside for about 50 people max. Not the whole venue. If I could give a star below a one I would. I will NEVER be back to this place again!

Its a good place for teens to skate... Maybe. The venue is not well taken care of and they do nothing to promote the bands that are playing. Person behind the counter looked sad.

Went to a kids MattyB concert there and the staff pushed small children back one of the men called the kids brats it was a horrible experience. We will never attend anything there again. I wouldnt recommend it to parents there was several mothers told them to quit screaming at the kids all they did was brought in another hateful woman to push the kids. Just horrible for everyone dont waste your money
