The selection here is amazing! They have lots of amazing Bourbon and Scotch bottles available. They also have great barrel picks that are always worth trying. If you want to be in the know about harder to find bottles their Instagram is always giving updates on new arrivals. Their liqueur selection is also really thorough, and youre bound to find what you need. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I cant recommend this place enough.

A very solid selection of wine. They have all major wine labels in the store with very friendly staff who helps you find the right product for you. I was looking for whiskey the other day, but they didn’t have the one I was looking for. But this place is a gem for wine lovers of bellevue.

I come here often for beer and whisky, etc. Pricing and selection is always great and staff is always friendly. I came in a few weeks ago and I noticed there was a person shopping without a mask on. An employee approached the customer and told them that if they didnt have a mask they would have to go outside and complete their shopping online and that the staff would be more than happy to get it all together and bring it out to him. The staff was very polite about it. It felt so good to see a store enforcing their mask policy. Way to go, Reds!

Place was nice, but I could not use the restroom. I pay for the stuff. I should be able to use the restroom as it is my right. I paid the products at that store as well. I am going to the other liquor store from now. Plus the store employees made a joke saying that you cannot 100 percent not use the restroom. Very nice business manners for the paying customer.

Best liquor store in the area! Staff is always friendly and super helpful in finding things or making suggestions. The selection for beer, wine, and liquor is second to none. Love the growler station with a great rotation of different things to try.Updating this to say I wish I could give more stars. Had a bottle that atsed funky and the staff let me exchange without issue and helped recommend a replacement. Their customer service cannot be topped!!!

There is no doubt, Reds is hands down the absolute best store of its kind in the South. Period. The people here are beyond friendly and helpful. They are incredibly nice, polite, courteous, everything you would not expect to find in a typical liquor store. Reds is not typical...they are exceptional. This store also has the absolute best selection I have ever seen anywhere. Things you didnt know they made. Things you have heard of but never thought you would find. They probably have it. If you want or need anything rare or hard to find, do yourself a favor and stop by there. Trust me, it is worth a drive even if you are not in the area. Great people, insanely good prices, fantastic selection. More of anything than I have ever seen anywhere else. They made shopping for Client gifts for our Firm so easy. Thanks again guys!

Reds Bizarre Adventure increased my hamon ten fold. Even my stand loved it. 10/10 my stand is now drunk.In all seriousness these guys always know their stuff. I worked at a wine bar as the bartender for 4 years. They have the goods we couldnt even get. And they have outstanding staff and knowledge. They arent afraid to sell you a cheaper bottle if they know youll be happier with it. I trust their staff more than my sommelier.

Great staff store big with lots of options you wont find elsewhere. Prices are competitive so I find if Im on that side of town Ill stop in and buy what I need there.

They really do their best to find what they believe is the best recommendation for me based on what I tell them (and Im not great at describing what I like, so their patience must be commended as well). The first time we came in, the staff wasnt very knowledgeable on anything other than whiskey (I get it, its TN)... so we asked if we could get something ordered for us. They said theyd look into it and wrote down our contact info. No one ever called. I called back 2 weeks later and they acted like they had never heard of me and wrote down my information again. Never got a call back. The next time I went in I asked and they had lost/forgotten the request yet again, so I said forget it.This morning I called in to see if they were still doing curbside pick-up. Andy answered the phone and said .... is there some reason you cant just come in??? If you were like, 80 years old, Id help you... okay. I shouldnt have to give you my health history or a reason I dont want to venture out unnecessarily during a global pandemic, and I certainly didnt need the attitude. A simple we are no longer offering that service would have sufficed. Not returning here. We have other stores in the area that have the same pricing and who have much better service.

Better pricing on Pickers vodka than our local shop, by almost $4 a bottle. Good selection of whiskeys and tequila - staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

A good store with a wide selection at reasonable prices. All the normal stuff plus a variety of higher end whiskies and wines. Staff is knowledgeable, especially about whiskies. But much more importantly right now, they are taking Covid-19 seriously. I patronized another well known large liquor store on Division for 20 years, but they turned out to be determinedly clueless so Im shifting all my business to Red. Masks are not for the benefit of the person wearing them, they are protection for the other person. They are not a sign of weakness, they are a sign of caring, consideration, and responsibility. The best selection of craft beer in the greater Nashville area. Extremely well curated with tastings every weekend. Growler wall is constantly rotating with fresh offerings from local, regional, and national breweries.Scotch selection may be the best in the state. Be sure to browse their wide variety of single cask releases. Bourbon game is on point as well.

Friendly staff with a large selection of fine spirits at great prices.

I would give this store no stars if possible. While there are very few staff that are knowledgeable and helpful, the service here changes constantly depending on the cashiers and managers. For example, I went in to buy multiple bottles one night to create some cocktails and I was given a lot of help and had no issues at the checkout even though my CO ID did not scan (which it never does even in my own state!) they simply entered my information manually like every other store does. Now, I have gone to this exact store quite a few times with good experiences like mentioned before, but last night’s experience has really impacted how I view this store and I will take my business elsewhere. Last night I went to the store like always to buy just one bottle, but the cashier informed me that she would need a manager to check my ID for the sale as the ID would not scan (it never has!) which I thought nothing of as I know my age and I have not had an issue here before this. Once the manager came over he hardly looked at my ID and simply tried to scan it before telling me that he would not sell to me because my ID wouldn’t scan and I looked “too young”. What really insulted me was the fact that the manager was making it seem like my ID was a fake (which I reminded him CO ID are Real ID Act compliant and have several security measures to prevent fakes) and that he said, “ if you looked 30 I could sell to you”. To top it all off he said I should carry my passport with me when traveling which makes sense if I plan to travel outside the U.S but I never have and don’t plan to anytime soon so spending over $100 for another form of ID that I have no use for is RIDICULOUS! I fortunately do keep every single document given to me from the CO DMV and have every single ID I have ever received from them in my wallet but I have never needed to show them to prove my age! IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT THE ID NEVER SCANS AND THAT I WAS BLESSED WITH A YOUNG FACE! I am well aware that I will always look younger, but I never thought it would affect me like this. What I would also like to mention in this review is that every other time that I have bought from this store with the same ID, I have had a full face of makeup on and tight dresses yet the one night I come in sweats and a naked face I’m denied because of the ID that has never scanned and they have entered manually every other time? So yes, this store may look nice but if you have a young face and you aren’t wearing tight clothing and a full face of makeup on, then, according to the manager, bring a passport with you or better yet save your time and money and go across the street to Iroquois or anywhere else! I know I will!

As many brides trying to have their dream wedding in Nashville, TN, I searched for options in local liquor stores for my wedding. After talking and looking for best prices for liquor, wine and beer in town; Red Spiritis and Wine was the BEST option. Better prices, very friendly staff, large variety and options, fast responding emails/ calls, and delivery was included. Jennifer, Outside Sales Manager, was fantastic through the whole process. I recommend them for your wedding or any event 100%.

I recently moved to Nashville approximately 6 months ago and I have purchased liquor from this store approximately four times. Each time it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Four different cashiers and they all need a course in customer service & customer centricity. Staff demeanor is one that presents itself as if they are doing me some type of favor by taking my money. It would be hilarious if it wasn’t off putting. I repeated the scenario just in case it was the exception not the rule but today was my last patronage. Today instead of being glared at for my ID, it was out and ready for review. However, a new twist was added, the demand for my daughter’s ID as well ( she accompanied me but did not purchase anything). I haven’t been under the legal age in almost 3 decades. I’m not one for making a scene but the whole situation was ridiculous. I rather pay more across the street and feel welcomed in the store. Great selection but the staff is terrible!!

I was referred here while I was visiting Nashville in June and was told they had the best selection in the area. That person may not have been wrong. Reds does have a vast selection of wines and liquors. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall they were more impressive than any wine or liquor store that Ive been to back home in Ohio.

Seriously, if you have questions abt a product you see there, or if youre feeling a bit lost/frozen with choice overload, indecision paralysis, etc., simply ask one of the employees here for a little guidance; theyre always happy &quick to help you, in my experience. Also, if you know the type of flavor(s) you usually like &/or dont like in a drink, they can easily guide you to something amazing that you didnt even know existed, & probably wouldve never tried on your own. Top notch! =)

The guys at Red just know their stuff. Brock and Isaac are my go to guys and have worked hard to curate a stellar line up of whiskeys including handpicked barrels that rival any in the country. Hands down one of my favorite bourbon and whiskey spots period! Cheers

Love the selection!

Went in to buy ariel alcohol removed wine and ginger beer to make mules. With everything going on i needed those things to unwind after a tough and trying week. The city has put in a mask mandate, which due to my medical condition i cant wear. I expained it to the man who came up to me as i entered, and he told me i could show my id and give a card and get curbside assistance?!! I needed to personaly browse the selection even see the new roses that were in. Was even gonna buy a new mug to make mules in. I have been to many stores and they understood and let me shop. I also have anxiety thet requires medication,and breathing issues. After that terrible experience i went to another store and they let me shop what i needed with understanding of my condition. Went home and had to take meds for my panic attack i felt from the shocking experience of reds. I wont be shopping there again untill this treatment changes.Update: the fact that this city mandate is allowing buisnesses to treat me like that is a sad fact. The fact that people are now using a piece of cloth to judge others even when they cant is a unfortunate sign of how people can act when given the power. I used to love reds. Told all my family and friends about it. Even reccomended it to my customers when i didnt have what they wanted in my stores inventory. The response i got from reds was very unacceptable. I was hoping for a more understanding response invinting me to come again and allow me to once again brows reds magnificent selection. And find a surprise to buy as i always did. Wish you all the best and hope that things can change.

This place has it all!You can’t beat the selection and prices on all your beer, liquor, and wine sales.The thing I love most about this location is ho friendly and helpful every single person that works there has been to me on each of my visits. I see different people every time I go there, which has only been a handful of times total, but they always welcome me when I enter and there’s always someone there to asking around to see if anyone needs help.Do yourself a favor, do a one stop shop right here!!!Also, they have tons of beers to choose from and they also sell cigars.

What can I say about this place besides it is AMAZING! Ive been in twice, now, and am completely impressed with everything! They have an amazing selection of liquor from all over, and the wine selection appears to be quite extensive as well. They host a French Wine Tasting and 15% off on Fridays, from what I recall being told. I have yet to attend. Martin is their Scotsman, and is quite knowledgeable about whiskey and bourbon too! The first time I was there I spoke to a couple managers about beer, and they were awesome too! They sell and fill growlers of beers from all over, and wine too!! Even if youre not in the market to purchase anything, this place is definitely a cool spot to stop in and check out!Edit a year later: This place is still wonderful! Lots of staff changes. Martin is no longer there, but Brock is a whiskey sommelier (and the beer manager) and he knows a lot of information about all things distilled. We got some amazing advice from one of the wine guys on cigars, too! Weve requested they bring in a bottle of our favorite wine, and even if they dont bring it in they can typically get a bottle ordered for you *as long as its in this market* The cashiers are also absolutely fantastic too!!!!
