Not even management, not the 800 number - NO ONE would take my order!!!!If there was a zero stars that’s what I would choose!Finally Evelyn at the Nashua store did make things right - thank you Evelyn!

I love Honey Ham...been buying spiral hams from this location for decades. Though since about 5 years now due to disabled...buy the side dishes as well not to mention the great desserts.

We ordered some sandwiches for a small work gathering and it was pretty good. The sandwiches are prepared, wrapped in paper and then cut in half. After that, they are placed in a plastic container to be served. To avoid the sandwiches becoming soggy, they provide sauces in packets in the plastic container. Really great idea to keep everything as crisp as possible. Super delicious! Next time I would probably ask for different sauces if they have any, just to change it up a bit. We will be ordering again for sure!

Honey Baked Ham Company has consistantly great food. We tend to get their ham salad sandwiches, but they have delicious looking salads and soups as well. We also like their cranberry walnut chutney; its a great accompanyment to family dinners of turkey or ham. We visit Honey Baked Ham periodically in whatever part of the country we happen to be in.

Amazing as ALWAYS. The only place to get turkey for the holidays.. I will never cook another turkey ever again. These come out perfect and fake out the whole family !The gravy is the best Ive ever had.. please put it on your website so people can order it online.The baked apples, sauces and gravies are awesome ... Not to mention the coffee cakes and their sandwiches are incredible !10 stars !!😀😀😀😀

I dont typically write reviews, however, I do want to commend the employees at Honey Baked Ham Company in Nashua, as I believe their ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently and provide a delicious product should be a model for stores throughout this company. A few times a year, I am tasked with ordering close to 50 of their individual lunch boxes for our employees. Each lunch box includes a sandwich, delicious cookie and bag of chips. One would think that quality would suffer some, when tasked with making almost 50 individual lunches, but it doesnt, at all. And while the food quality and taste is the reason our employees are such fans, the service is the reason I dont hesitate to place the large orders. Tyler consistently goes above and beyond whether it be when I call to place the order, or follow up on it, and food is always delivered with a smile. Today I called because I misplaced the invoice. Tyler had it reprinted and delivered it within minutes. He truly is an asset to this store and look forward to dealing with him every time I place an order. An honorable mention also should go out to Stephen who was also a pleasure to deal with during the last order. If there were a six star rating, they would have it!

I decided to order Thanksgiving dinner from here because my husband had to work, and it would just be the two of us for dinner when he got home. The honey baked turkey breast was good, but the sides were horrible. They come in a box, like a frozen dinner, and are just like that. The potatoes were runny and tasted like dehydrated mashed potatoes. The gravy was watery and tasted fake. The green bean casserole and stuffing were ok. The pictures of the sides on the website are very deceiving. I was expecting more of a home cooked meal, like Boston Market sides. This was barely worth half of the $80 I spent. So disappointing.

This lady did not give us the right meal she gave us 2 sun when we said 3 and she gave us the wrong sub when we said the honey baked ham sandwich I dont quite know what she gave us but it wasnt what we ordered

Went there on Christmas Eve it was very busy but the line was quick employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

March 3, 2017 - Got an almost 5lb boneless ham that easily served 12 for dinner. All my guests remarked on how delicious it was. The store staff were super friendly and helped me to pick out the right type and size of ham. I also bought a Ham Classic sandwich which was incredibly yummy.

Great sandwich and sides. Broccoli salad and potato salad are good.

What an absolutely wonderful Christmas dinner, can not thank you enough. One thing to mention... sorry, but its the broccoli... maybe a cheese sauce or something, def not the garlic. Otherwise, MASSIVE hit ! Thank you tons !!!
