Great shop. Friendly service and attentive. They manage their work load with courtesy and attentively. I called them today to remove tires from rims and was quoted extremely competitive price and was told over the phone that services like this are on a first come first serve basis. Upon arrival the bays were full and technicians were obviously very busy. John greeted me and had my tires dismounted in under 10 minutes. This is a no frills shop. The shop does not have the expensive signs and waiting rooms that you see at big chain shops. Support local. Shop here. Hector, Rhodel and the other men at Nashua Wholesale Tire impressed me so much today. I came in with a tire pressure light on, new wheel covers that the repair shop couldnt get to fit on the car, and questionable wheel alignment. They helped me right away. I bought a new tire beginning of this year, boom, popped in less then 2 months. went back and got it changed as well as the other 3 (so all my tires were “brand new” ) since then 2 of my tires have popped. i’ve complained every time i’ve gone in, and they don’t try and accommodate whatsoever. it seems like they use faulty tires. this isn’t something brand new either as ive now learned from several people that they don’t go there for this exact reason🤦🏻‍♀️.

Wow! Talk about dont judge a book by its cover, this place looks like an abandon garage in the back of Nashua City center, but boy do they get work done! The Technician, Jonathan, who helped mount the 255/35VR19 tire on my 2018 KIA Stinger GT1 was nothing short of efficient, communicative, and most of all easy going! We talked through the process, and I was in and out in maybe 30min from pulling in to being back on the road again! Their manager, John, who I had spoken to to confirm that tire was in stock there that would fit my vehicle called several times to both confirm stock, timing and kept me in the loop! Nashua Wholesale Tire is a good example of a diamond in the rough. They are in an out-of-the-way corner of Nashua, adjacent to an old run down building that once was a shoe factory. What that means for you is they have low overhead and are not trying to impress you with fancy waiting rooms, free food, or aggressive customer service that will try to upsell you for hundreds of dollars of additional repairs.With low overhead they are there to do one thing, provide a fair service for your car. They have a good selection of tires at one of the lowest prices in the area. More than once, when they did not immediately have what I wanted, they worked with me to obtain the product that wanted.Its a privately held business and the owner works the business. Being a small out-of-the-way place, he knows that his reputation matters. They are friendly, helpful and will work with you to select tires that meet your budget. They are also highly competitive on basic car maintenance as well.Like all repair shops, when you come in they will suggest things like wipers, engine filters, cabin air filter, etc. but they do so in a way that isnt pushy and if you say no thank you they are fine with that. Thats the kind of customer service that I like. Make suggestions you think are appropriate, but dont keep pushing or make me feel bad if I say no thank you.This has been one of my go-to place for tires, oil changes and basic service, on all of my cars for over ten years. Again nothing fancy just good old-fashioned service for my car.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! They were incredibly helpful. I bought my wheels online and bought the tires from them. Everything went well until they tried to put the new wheels back in and the lug nuts did not fit...If it would have been in another place they would had put the wheels back in anyways just like it has happened previously which it caused damages to the brake plates of my car. HOWEVER, these guys went above and beyond to find the right lug nuts for the car... Every single person in that shop was prompt to help me and some of the workers even asked if I needed help to bring the wheels to my house... They were EXTREMELY helpful.Once again, I am truly impressed with these guys, especially Josh for the incredible service you provided to me and has been providing to our community. Looking forward to doing business once again!

Customer Service! This says it all. They got it right; then and now. I have purchased at least 4 sets of tires from NWT. Each time has been a great experience. Why? Because they are courteous, expeditious, and honest. They could have dinged me for an alignment on my car; which they told me it was in spec, and did not need that work. Then time being money, they did not charge me to swap out my snow tires, with the impending snow coming. Please note that my swap was snow tires on their own rims. No rebalancing. Just a swap. And- I bought these snow tires from them.Im sure everyone has their favorite. However, Im letting you know that these are one of the good guys.

Nashua Wholesale Tire is a bit unique in that it is by no means anything flashy. Most tire shops you walk into some showroom with shiny tires and fancy rims decorating the walls; not something you will find at Nashua Wholesale Tire. However that if anything in my opinion is a good sign. They do tires thats what they do, and they do a great job at it. I called them about a month back inquiring about a tire I had seen online, they gave me a price which was a lot lower than any other shop around and the tech I spoke with gave me some great insights about the tire and feedback he had ben given from customers who have the tires on their car. Additionally they didnt try to force sell me anything which was really great. When it came time to having my tires put on my car I want to them. Their prices were very fair and reasonable and even on a very busy day they had my car done within two hours of dropping it off. I would highly recommend anyone who needs any sort of tire services go here you will not be disappointed.

I was talking with my son about needing tires and he gave them such a fantastic recomendation i decided to go and was glad I did. The tires were not in stock but within a half hour they got them and they were installed in no time. Besides having a great price the staff was so polite I would not hesitate to recommend them.

These guys are great, they’re always there with a solution, values on tires,decent prices. I had a major gash in the sidewall of my tire from these terrible roads and paving/construction going on in town, (that’s another review 😂) called and they had nothing my size in stock but he’d order one and have it first thing in morning,, nice job.! I wouldn’t call anyone else with my tire issues, did call one other place in Hudson, another popular place and USED to be reasonable, it happens to be on Lowell rd, not sure if they changed owners or what the deal was but he COULD’NT and WOULD’NT sell me just one tire, or even two for that matter, said 4 was the best he could do, because of the vehicle I have, nothing Bizzar, it’s just an SUV, said it was policy to not install or sell just one, maybe I could’ve just bought one but they wouldn’t install it,, never heard of this bull but I’m sure somewhere it’s written that it’s not suggested by manufacturer,, no help with these guys,,!! Ive been here a few times for tire repairs and new tires. The service is fast and the prices are great. Most recently I went in because I had a very slow leak in one tire. Took a couple of weeks for it to get low enough to even trigger the indicator light. I took the tire off ahead of time so I could just drop it off. I left and about 12 minutes later I got a call from them saying they found the problem, a small nail, fixed it and its ready. The kicker was that is was only $8. I went back in and they offered to put it back on for me for free. I kind of felt like I was stealing, that was such a good deal.Ive compared their prices on new tires to Tire Rack online (who seems to always be about as low as you can go) and in my case they came in a little lower. Awesome place.

Excellent service

I called Nashua wholesale in a time pinch. I had come from NY and had to be home later that day. I needed a way to find a wide tire and they had delivered only an hour after I called. Nashua came through for me and they took very good care of me and my vehicle. I hope to not need a last minute fix, but in the event, I will absolutely not hesitate to call them back and give them more of my business.

I had a rare tire that I needed replaced, that everyone else said was 5 days out. These guys found one and had it the next day, which Im grateful for with all the snow. The price cant be beat and the guys seem great and helpful. The tire pressure light never turned off, but I will give it a couple days and see if its something else and hopefully not broken by the tire machine.

I have to drive up from Lakeville MA to Nashua about once every 3 to 6 months for appts. When I do, I always make an effort to get here early to get an alignment. Cant beat their prices on balancing, 4 wheel alignment, etc and their service is great! I wish I could take this business down to MA with me!

About 5 yrs ago I went in to have a tire patched and I did not have a good experience and wasnt going to go back here in the future. On the advice of my father-in-law I gave them another shot and this time was better. Buying tires is kind of like buying shoes except they cost 5-10 times as much and you cant try on tires so once you boughtem their yours. You need something that will perform in the conditions that you need, last as long as possible, and be aestethically pleasing to you so it behooves you to shop around and research this purchase. Theyll really try to help identify a tire they feel will suit your needs. Their prices are good as well and this trip the mounting of my new set of tires was around an hr, maybe a little more, so thats pretty good for as busy as they were that day, and they were busy. If you dont know what you want or need, callem and get some suggestions and quotes. I still recommend getting as many quotes as you can and really researching your purchase with different shops.Im checking my tire pressures a few days later (they were all over-inflated the day I got the work done which is common when getting new tires) I noticed that I only got one of the valve-stem caps I came in with. 3 of them were not only different from what I came in with but they were all different from each other. That was weird. I also felt it was a little weird that when I went in the shop to get my wheel lock socket for them, they had my truck on floor jacks. Thats not really a problem per se I just expected that lifts would pay for themselves in a busy shop like this. Overall still a good experience. The work was done right the first time and in a very reasonable amount of time, lifts or no.A few days later the owner has responded to my review and due to their cordiality in light of some perhaps presumptuous and overly critical things I said initially Ive revised my review soomewhat in order to more accurately reflect the experience. Thanks to the owner(s) for responding to my review.

Went to get a new set of tires, the first tire they changed completely destroyed my air pressure gauge, they wouldnt admit it was their fault and tried to blame it on a nail, that was removed from my tire months ago, and the sensor was fine before I went there.They tried selling me a new sensor which I refused, then he comes back out and tells me another one of my sensors were damaged, so they broke the first, damaged the second.Then I leave, start driving on the highway and start to feel how bad the alignment is, today I brought it into Toyota for an oil change, needed an alignment and its only been a month.

Up until recently I would give this business a 5 star. Now that Im having an issue they wont reply to my emails or phone message. Poor customer service. Do I have to be in their face, literally, to get their attention?

Manager always has a attitude everytime I come by which reflect on his crew I bring them work get a problem every time just got to new tires on my Yukon all wheel drive and they didnt do the alignment and said.oh you didnt say to do an alignment its a ALL WHEEL DRIVE. Then I had to go get it done somewhere else oh and they put my old junk tires back in my back seat ...Now they have good deals but I would like a smile instead of mean mugging and say high or something when you stare cuz it make it uncomfortable other than that Ill give more stars but the bad service hurt this review

For some background-I work for an automotive repair and we deal with all kinds of automotive stuff, such as tires. The gentlemen on the phone was indeed friendly and informative, however, the information he proceeded to give me was not factual. I cant say I wouldnt recommend this place to friend, however, I would tell them to be weary and to do their homework before they go asking about tires, because these guys are all about sales. They would rather sell you tires with a high profit margin rather than a tire that it works for you.
