Our carriage house community had 4 mailbox pedestals that were 20 year old shabby. Matt Sprung made replacement easy and cost effective. He handled the process from start to finish--from specifying, ordering and through to installation. He also coordinated communications process with local U.S. Postal management folks. The install crew was amazing--took only 3 hours, including hauling away the old units. Lykins is good!

We were very happy with our experience. Matt Sprung was our point of contact and he did an awesome job. We had great difficulty even finding a company that was able to complete our monument sign. Matt and the team took our input and put together the design for the monument sign and we were very happy with it. The proof matched what we experienced in real life and the price charged in the end was what exactly what was quoted. We had an issue where a screw came out of the top of the sign after install, and their team came back next day to fix it and Matt followed up. Overall, very happy with the experience and we are proud of our signs.

Just had our mailbox repainted by Lykins-Signtek and they did a beautiful job. Our community has custom mailboxes with a unique paint treatment and not many sign companies can accomplish it. Lykins made it look brand new! Very pleased.

My first time working with Jim and his team and they went above and beyond putting together an awesome sign package for our store, and at the right price. Lykins did an incredible job on our signs at Bella Jade Boutique in Naples, FL at the corner of (Pine Ridge & Goodlette Frank Rd if you want to see for yourself). We received lots of quotes from other companies and their price, service and quality was the best. Omar was the only person we dealt with there, and he handled everything from start to finish. He went above and beyond snd even came out to our store several times to check on things and follow up. Ive been using Lykins for my sign installations for several years for my office park. They always do a great job and I often refer them to my tenants for their signs.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very poor customer service, poor communication, and numerous excuses regarding delays. Several weeks after putting a deposit down, I was told my sign would be installed on a Monday. Later that Monday, I called to inquire about the signs status. They told me the sign had already been installed, while I was standing outside the building where the sign was clearly NOT installed ... After I showed them photographic evidence of this fact, they promised to install the sign the following Monday. Monday rolled around and I called to confirm the installation. I was informed in writing that several bigger jobs came up which took priority so the sign would not be installed that day after all. Throughout this whole frustrating process, my emails and messages were repeatedly ignored. Finally, the owner told me (as he has mentioned in responses to several other dissatisfied reviewers) theyve been in business for 20 years... That does not give them the right to treat paying customers so poorly. Would not do business here again!

Not only is this a great place to do business. The pricing is surprisingly affordable and fair. One of the employees there Ruth Newell is very talented when it comes to permitting, among other things.

We needed a sign for our office for our weekly events since our community is hidden. I called Angie at Lykins-Signtek and she was an absolute Gem to work with she had the proof for the sign with in 24 hours (Which is AMAZING) and we will have the sign in 7 Business Day! Mailboxes in my community needed flag changes and the lids would not stayclosed after a a year and the lids fell off totally in a few years. Worst customer service and quality of all time and expensive. In the Pelican Landing community. A total cheat. Anthony Rasile

We tried to buy just a replacement door due to damage to it and the hinge and we were told they couldn’t supply us with one and that we had to replace the entire box for $515 plus tax even though the door is hinged on and installed separately. Plus, this was our third mailbox purchased as we had to replace the first two due to damage as well. The office personnel were rude to us and hung up when we asked to speak to the manager. Would not use ever again!

I have recently had a mailbox damaged due to Hurricane Irma. This Company was slated to fix it. My bank(due to a mortgage) has received money to fix the mailbox from my insurance company and needs a simple receipt for the work done before it sends out the funds, yet Lykins steadfastly refuses to do so. A rude lady named Angie Harris has insisted for full payment for the job BEFORE they finish the work...therefore, NO Receipt! She has also refused to talk with the Bank that has my funds(a mere $250 or so) This lack of cooperation and help with a simple request has been maddening, yet they refuse to help. If I did not need these people to fix the mailbox that is required by my HOA, I would NEVER use their services for ANYTHING! Terrible, terrible service from this Company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We placed an order on Dec. 15th for a new mailbox from Charlene at Lykins Signtek in Naples FL. She told me the price of the mailbox would be $275 (without installation). What do we get for $275.00? The cheapest mailbox you can get in any hardware store for $19.97 attached on an aluminum post with four screws .They are calling it custom. Really? I asked her why it was that much. She asked her boss and she stated it was because we live in Quail Hollow. This appears to be a much higher price than regular. The case is that Southwest Property Management Corp. is pushing Quail Hollow residents to replace the mailbox at any cost .We sent a certified letter to Southwest Property Management regarding this matter and others 45 days ago and we have been ignored. The neighbors also sent letters and they were ignored as well. The same week we sent the letter, Lykins Signtech fired the person whom I spoke with about the cost of the mailbox, Charlene. She was only repeating what she had been told. I personally heard the exchange she had with her boss stating the price was because we live in Quail Hallow. Is this is a coincidence? I dont think so. It appears to me that these two companies are engaged in a dishonest and disrespectful way of doing business and in this case are profiting for the extra proceeds. They are using their position to profit as much as they can no matter what.We received a call from Lykins Signetek that the mailbox was ready. My husband went to pick up our custom mailbox, and to his surprise the mailbox couldnt be found. There was no order in our names. Ivan checked our address and after 20 minutes Quail Hollow popped up on the computer. About 10 minutes later he found the order for my custom mailbox. When he finally found it, he found the box only, which costs $19.97 at a hardware store, and then had to attach it to the pole. There was no number on it and they stated they could not put the numbers on it because it was Saturday and they could do so on Monday. My husband told him they could leave it by the front door as we were not expecting to install it right away. It has been a month and a half and no numbers.I want to state that Mr. John of Lykins Signtek was very polite and helpful with my husband when he went to pick up the custom mailbox.We are very disgusted with Lykins Signtek and the way they do business. If you have the opportunity to use a firm other than Lykins Signtek, do so!

The company is SLOW and performs inferior work. They did a very sloppy job installing mailboxes. When we refused to pay they illegally filled liens and STOLE some of the mailboxes to hold hostage.
