The delivery of the new mattress was also great. The delivery people were very professional, removed our old mattress and box spring and placed the new ones in our bed frame so all we had to do was put the bedding on. My husband and I visited Naples Mattress on Memorial Day weekend. We had looked up reviews for mattress companies and my husband saw the great reviews for the company itself and specifically Shirley Hicks. We had a mattress we bought in 1994 (which I tried to talk hubby into replacing for years). I couldnt wait. We also visited another mattress store the same day but Shirley was so wonderful to work with we didnt go any further. We chose a Stearns and Foster Hurston and were told we would have to wait a few weeks which we understood. After waiting almost 27 years whats another few weeks. Well the next day we received a call they had one in stock and offered to deliver it and the adjustable frame a day or two later. We were surprised and thrilled. When the delivery truck arrived and tried to set up the frame it was sadly bent but again we were fine with that. The head of delivery called to let us know they didnt have the frame without the massage that we ordered but they would give us one with the massage feature for no extra charge. They came the next day and we have had the new mattress and frame for over a month. I dont know what I did without the adjustable frame. Glad we got it. We dont use the massage feature a lot but that was so generous of the company to make sure we had a new bed when promised. The mattress is wonderful too! We highly recommend Naples Mattress, Shirley and their team. Even though I personally was not thrilled I had to wait so long for a new one (not their fault :) ) it was worth the wait. The price, the service, the mattress, the adjustable frame made this a great experience!

We needed a new mattress and try to deal with local businesses as often as possible, so we went to Naples Mattress on Pine Ridge where Larry helped and educated us on things we wanted to know and ultimately purchased our bed from that location. Just moved here from up north, and I gotta tell you Naples mattress is the best. But first let me give you a little background. I have an extremely bad back, Ive had 3 back surgeries the last of which was a failed spinal fusion so needless to say a comfortable mattress is very important to me. And just when I had my mattress up north broken in,I decided to move,and since it was old and it would have taken up too much room it the trailer I got rid of it.Now I discovered Naples mattress on one of my 3 or 4 trips down here to purchase a home and I gotta tell you they were extremely knowledgable and friendly. I dealt with a representative named Patti and she understood my problem and my situation that I didnt find a house yet and she told me that when I was ready to just call from Philadelphia and she would help me. Now when I was down here she had shown me a number of mattresses and explained the benefits of each wether they were spring,memory foam or latex.Now a week before the move I called Patti and bought my mattresses and I decided to go with a memory foam for me and a spring based mattress for the other bedroom. I arrived in Fla. on March 14th and before I had even got done unloading my trailer,and to my surprise the mattress truck pulled up and out jumped the two delivery guys ready to help ( they were the best) their names were Roy and Jacob they helped me set up both beds and mattresses. Now for anyone who has moved by themselves you know what a godsend they both were, oh and I forgot to mention that my delivery was the last of the day and it was an hour away from where the store.Now on to the product the memory foam mattress I found to be a little soft for my back,so I called Patti the next day and told her and she told me(I told you so). You see since I was laying out a lot of money I decided to save money and go with a less expensive mattress. But Patti said no problem to give it a week and if I felt the same they would be happy to exchange the mattress but that I should come down to the store and choose which one I wanted. Well I did and they did. And I gotta tell you with the new mattress that Patti suggested that I sleep like a baby.So I have to rate Naples mattress a 5 out of 5 product knowledge. 5 out of 5 for customer service and a 10 out of 5 has to go to their delivery guys Roy and Jacob without whom I would have been still unloading the trailer.Thank you Naples mattress
