Please never never purchased anything ONLINE spend $7000 IN TABLES CONSOLES SEQUIOA MIRROR and they have drooped our in my front door of my home and when I open the box was all broken, that happened more than a month they have ir refunded my money or send me a new one, no one call you,,,, nothing. Very unfortunately since I love all their accessories but is a sorry customer services company. they dont care about their costumers at all ...very very disappointed and I never take a time to write a review...by I worked hard for my money...

Awful customer service!!! 30 day return policy no movement if if you are 1 day over not even a store credit so you’re stuck with something you don’t need! I will never shop here again. The manager should perhaps work for the IRS where he doesn’t need to deal with customers.

I ordered an expensive floor vase back in November. I worked with a sales person in the store. After giving me a hard time about a coupon which THEY emailed me, they told me it would arrive in December. Come late December I had to call them and ask about my order. They then said it would arrive in January. I called today and they stated it would now be March. I went to the store but it’s “temporarily closes (shocking). I called them and cancelled my order.

The staff at THIS location rocks! I am furnishing a brand new home and they catered to me red carpet style (I would expect it anyway after spending $3,500 in one day there) but they did things that they didnt have to. Crista, DevonAnd Kevin manager/s were super professional and sweet! They rolled out the chaise into the outside sun! Just so we could see the true color and could make a more accurate color decision! THANK YOU all for making my shopping and newest home experience that much more exciting!

Can find some unusual finds. A bit on the sparkly fancy side but if you do it in bits and pieces can be very nice n still tasteful. Vases,pictures,mirrors n furniture. Can find dishes napkins etc. Very different things.

We relocated from the Midwest (Great Lakes area) down to Southwest Florida. We bought a majority of our furniture from high end stores/ boutiques, and wanted a few decor items to match our design elements in our home. Long story short, we went to Z Gallerie in Naples to find a few items. It was fairly busy with sales staff at times helping multiple people. At one point it almost seemed hectic and we noticed many people simply waiting to get assistance from someone...anyone. The sales staff were great but they could only do so much. I inquired from our sales staff who the gentleman at the desk idly browsing papers was. To our astonishment she said he was the owner. It was incredulous watching this man do NOTHING to aid/support his staff. He did not assist shoppers or thank those who made substantial purchases (such as my husband and I). He was the epitome of narcissism and would do well with a course/in service on proper customer service. I have never seen a more self involved person in a managerial position such as he. Would not return to this establishment in the future. Too bad, as his sales staff definitely did their fair share of the workload on the floor and more !

I love this store and all it sells but OMG their customer service stinks. Z Gallerie is a high end store and one would expect excellent customer service, I just bought a bed, console, and a bunch of accessories, over $4000. The bed was delivered the quality of installation was shoddy at best. The entire bed was rickety. I called the store and was told they would send someone out to fix. Two weeks passed and no call. So I call the store and spoke with Donna who rudely told me I was mistaken and that they do not offer that service at store and that I need to call customer service. Then when I asked Donna about the console delivery she again was rude. She has waited on me many times in store and always kind, I will chalk it up to a bad day for her, but it still annoyed me. I then called customer service and was told it would be two more freaking weeks until someone could come and address poor installation. The console was on back order and I was told it would be end of November, then told they were unsure. Ridiculous.

Wanted to buy 6 dining chairs, Asked if I could buy 1 chair from store to see how it looked with table. Manager had a attitude and the sales person couldn’t have been more apologetic. Will not give my business to those who don’t appreciate their customers.

The worst shopping experience of my life. I bought the $700 leaner mirror. Waited 2 weeks for it to arrive. It arrived made terribly, the corners didn’t even meet. Complained and they said they’d send a new one and when they did would pick up the old one. The next one arrived without the white gloves delivery. One guy carrying a 7ft heavy mirror arrives to ask my elderly father in law if he could help him carry it inside. My FIL who has a heart condition couldn’t so the guys proceeded to drag it across the wooden floor scratching it. He gets it inside and it’s all for nothing because it’s a broken mirror. You can see holes in the box where some idiot has used a fork lift on it. I call z galleries immediately. Takes them another 2 weeks to collect the damaged mirror because we weren’t going to allow the delivery guy to scratch the floor again. Throughout the whole process not only were the products awfully made but the customer service for z galleries were horrendous. From the moment the last mirror was picked up I waited almost 4 weeks for my money back. No one ever replies to the customer emails and no one tried to do anything to fix the issues. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!

This company is so dishonest! I rated them one star because I could not rate them zero star. I ordered and received a table in May. I was taking care of my 3 weeks old twin so I let the delivery men put the table together. Before they left I just checked that there were no marks on the top of the table and on the feet of the table. I did not have to use the extension of the table until now (December) and noticed that one of the hooks under the table is missing (it seems to have been torn). I called customer service and explained to them what happened. They told me that they could not do anything as I did not report it within 30 days. I told them that i did not have to use the extension until now which is why I did not notice it. The delivery men were dishonest as they did not mention that it was damaged and took advantage of my trust of the company. I will never buy anything again. I paid over 1400$ for this table. They did not even offer to send a hook so I could try to fix the damaged table they sent me. I feel abused by this company. If you ever buy anything from this company, check every inch of what you buy as they are not to be trusted.

I purchased 2 pillows for my sofa and didn’t like how they looked. I tried to return them but they don’t pay for the shipping on return or exchanges. It would have cost $77.00 to send the pillows back. I ended up throwing the pillows away instead of paying $77.00 to return them. Think long and hard before ordering something you might want to return.

I received excellent customer service from a very kind and knowledgeable sales associate, Char, earlier this week. I brought her pictures of areas in my new home that were in need of some acessorizing and some wow factor. Char helped me fill all my wish lists! She was diligent and professional and some 47 items later I left the store very, very satisfied with the selections we made. It was my first buying experience at ZGallerie and I will definitely return for future purchases!

I ordered online to be picked up at this store, I got some of the items I ordered the next day, but it is now three weeks and I am still waiting for the rest. I call once a week, but no apologies for the delay and they just hang-up.The service at this store is AWFUL, they just pass you by without saying hello or do you need help.

Drove all the way to Zgallery to buy a couple of cupcakes for desert at dinner .Usually they melt in your mouth. How disapointing to have payed that kind of money and taste a dry cupcake. We were told at the purchass that they were ALWAYS fresh from the oven that same day. Well not today they werent. Not gong back!!!

It is always frustrating when a company sells you an expensive chair and it breaks within 6 months of the time of purchase. After numerous calls to their customer service hotline and speaking with several Naples Z Gallerie employees, I am certain that their inability and unwillingness to rectify the situation is reflective of how this company must be managed. The lack of engagement, concern and general dismissiveness of everyone I spoke with seems to suggest that the only thing that matters to this company is the almighty sales dollar and that top management has driven customer service to the bottom of the list of their stakeholders priorities. As a former retailer, I am appalled at Z Galleries inability to rectify the situation and will no longer do business this company. I would urge you to do the same.

After spending more than $100,000 during the last 4-5 years, many of the chairs, sofas, etc broke. Numerous calls to their customer service, much more emails without any answer, and after speaking with several Naples Z Gallerie employees, I realized this is their way how to get rid of you. You are not able to apply warranty, not even buy a replacement. The worst customer service I have ever seen

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! THE ABSOLUTE worst attitudes among entire staff... terrible !!!! The management is awful. I manage a REGION of multi million dollar retail stores across the country, and the management I have seen/heard/witnessed in this store is PISS POOR. There are so many examples of things I’ve heard right in front of me, the customer, said outloud by the manager!!
