I had the most gracious sales representative. Never in my life have I met someone who was so knowledgeable about style, color and has the ability to match everything so nicely. I cant wait to get all of my new furniture in and set up. I dont think I have ever been in a furniture show room as large as City Furniture, so if you go put on your walking shoes. If you cant find it here, its because they havent made it yet...oh I almost forgot, ask for Ms. Danielle Altman. 😎👍😎.

I ordered a table, 6 chairs and 6 chair cushions from City Furniture in June. The cushions were delivered in August, the table in September, and 5 if the 6 chairs in the beginning of October. I was called on the day of the chair delivery that the 6th one was back ordered, but they couldn’t give me a reason. The chair was finally delivered today and the legs are not the same length, so it wobbles severely when you sit in it. The only option for filing a claim is go do it on line and you MUST include 4 different pictures. The pictures won’t download into the sight. It also asks for a phone number, but there is no place to type it.I’ve had to sit home 4 different days and wait for deliveries. They give you a delivery window the night before, but NEVER come during that time.Last time I called their Customer Service number, I waited over 45 minutes for help.I will never shop at City Furniture again. They get a -0 for customer service.

I recently purchased a bed frame and mattress from this store. All was great until it came to delivery. I was told the mattress could be delivered next week and the frame would be delivered sometime in April. A few days later I received a notification that my mattress would be delivered today. I complied with instructions and removed my old mattress. Upon arrival the delivery men were extremely rude and complained that I had not removed my bed frame and they were delivering both the bed frame and mattress. I explained I was told only the mattress would be delivered so I proceed to fix the situation by having them just deliver and install the new mattress in my old bed frame. This was just a temporary solution while I could find a place for the old bed frame. They proceeded to dump my new mattress in the middle of my hallway. I paid over $3,000 for a mattress and they didn’t even have the decency to install it. I found it very unprofessional that they did that and called to complain. I was on hold for ONE HOUR with customer service. At which point I was very upset and wanted to return my entire purchase. They explained that their policy states no returns once items are marked as delivered. I asked if they could send someone to properly install my mattress and they responded by telling me I had to schedule another appointment, because they didn’t have someone available to install it today. What a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL delivery. In the end I was able to get a refund on my bed frame. I had to install my mattress on my own.Moral of the story if you’re looking to purchase furniture I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT FURNITURE STORE. Save yourself from having to deal with such rude and unprofessional people. Always read the fine print when purchasing.

Wow what a place. Our salesman Scott Gill was the best. When we came in he showed us all of our options for a power Recline sofa. Walked us around to each one and waited while we tested each one. Was knowledgable about products and delivered what he promised. The store called me after delivery and wanted to know if everything went ok. It was a pleasant and effortless experience. Met with Tim Moody one of the sales reps for the store and I must say he was very patient, knowledgeable and he showed me different styles of furniture before I made my decision. The purchasing process along with getting a date sooner for delivery was great. I would recommend seeing him personally

Probably the worst shopping experience ever. Had to come 3 times to my home because the salesman kept ordering the wrong furniture. Every time they fixed it I had to pay out of pocket. Call customer service not the salesmen! They only work on commission and it shows! Ruined my floors bringing them in my home. Told me the furniture comes dirty from factory and they clean it. I never had to purchase new furniture and accept it dirty before. By far this was worse than buying a car. NEVER again will I visit these sharks.

Our experience was positive from the showroom to delivery. Our salesperson, Deborah was conscientious and was no pressure while we shopped for our bedroom and mattress. She was easy to reach via email and super responsive as we waited for delivery. The deliverymen were professional, pleasant and considerate, asking questions for placement of furniture, wiping their shoes on a mat we provided to help keep our white carpet clean during delivery. So happy.

I have recently purchased some furniture from Ashley and City Furniture stores in Naples Florida. I have shopped previously with them and as always my experience was outstanding. Thank you Erka and Sam for making things easy for me and for assisting with delivery dates. I will forever be grateful.

Keith Franklin was a fantastic sales associate! Its not easy finding furniture for our 93 year old mother, but he was very helpful by scouting ahead of us in the store and finding good selections. What a relief for us that she found the perfect table.

Be aware! Don’t buy at this store! Worst customer service! I will recommend NOT to go there. We saw our dream dining table online at city furniture, we called our local store in Naples, because we had some questions. The sales guy told us, we could purchase the table directly from the store by email, because it’s in stock in Naples, so they could deliver the next day. We were so excited, so we ordered by email and sent our credit card info. The delivery came the next day. We chose to do the free delivery, so the table was of course packed and needed to be assembled. After the delivery guys left we unpacked the table directly and were shocked about the dark color of the table. We didn’t see the table in store, only online and the color of the table online was a totally different one (see attached pictures). The table in our pictures is even brighter then it really is and it has an odd greenish film on it. And more important is, that the table is damaged. The problem is the damage is on the table top so you can’t hide it. So we thought no problem, we’ll call the delivery guys directly, because they just left a few minutes ago, to tell them to please pick up the table again. No one reacted on our call and text message. So we called the store and the sales guy who sold us the table told us the store can’t do anything for us, we have to open a claim on their website, so we did this directly and attached all pictures. We didn’t hear back from City furniture, so we called the customer care service and told them what happened. They told us you can only return the table if you bought it online, because you didn’t see it before. It’s so ridiculous, because we didn’t see the table before too and ordered online by email. No one told us that the return policy would then be different and we wouldn’t be allowed to return the table. We didn’t sign any policy. If we knew that before of course we would have ordered the table online on the website instead per email. The lady on the phone promised us to contact the Naples Store and ask them to make an exception because we didn’t see the table before and ask them to pick up the table. The Naples Store didn’t react to this email and also not on our follow ups. We’re so disappointed of them. That is really sad how they treat their customers. Now we have a damaged table in a wrong color and payed full for it. The table is still in the original package in our garage and ready for pick up. My advise for future customers better buy online then in store or per phone or email from a local store, because otherwise you can’t return the items if something is wrong with it.

I was going to give City furniture 4 stars because we have been waiting a long time for the furniture we ordered and they have made multiple deliveries that weren’t complete. They have been having trouble getting items in stock however, their manager has made it right and allowed us to pick a bedroom suite that is in stock that they can get to us next weekend. For those reasons and the outstanding customer service, they require a 5 star rating! Great place, just struggling through the pandemic shipping issues as all companies are.

Loved the help we got from Sam. She was not pushy or on top of us trying to sell but she was always close enough to ask a question to. The manager was a great person as well, I just cant remeber her name but they were both true professionals.

I purchased 2 bar stools at city furniture in Naples, Florida my sales associate Scott Jackson was extremely helpful and I had a great experience with him. I received my bar stools on 5/4 they were extremely massive for the area I was placing them in. On 5/5 I called customer service and on hold for 2 hours with no answer.I then decided to call the store and spoke to Giovanni who he said he was an assistant manager, he was by fare the rudest and so unhelpful. The stools were to large, all I wanted was a credit and I would purchase something else I did not want a refund. I even would have taken less money because I have no use now for the bar stools. I was told by Giovanni that it would be ok for me to call the better business bureau. I wish I could have given this rating 0 star. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase another item from this store. So disappointed!!!!

We had a really great customer experience at City Furniture. Angelo was knowledgeable and very accommodating. They have a great selection and also some unique pieces.

This place is totally unorganized and does not meet any of their commitments. Our experience included a sales person who lied repeatedly to us. Our orders arrived in multiple pieces. We ordered a king bed they delivered queen slates, which makes the bed completely unusable.Their fix suggestion, pick a new bed? Why would we do that when the first order took 5 months to deliver. Run from this place. Their is a reason it is so cheap.

My furniture wont be delivered until January but I certainly am pleased with the customer service I received today. After taking with one very helpful young woman on the phone, I asked for her when I got to the store. Having worked on commission all my life, I feel very strongly that good service should be rewarded. When she wasnt immediately available, another very competent young man showed me the piece of furniture I was looking for and answered all my questions. I was ready to write it up when the original sales agent appeared and took over. They were both gracious to me and to each other. I understand they will split the commission. Win!

Third time I have been told a date from the Warranty company that my table would delivered and it was not. This was defective at delivery on Nov 6 of 2020 it is now oct 2021 and they are telling me it’s now going to be January

Had an excellent transaction with LUKE KING at the Naples store! He made it actually fun to buy furniture! He worked with us coordinating pieces and designing spaces and was beyond patient and helpful.You know those annoying sales people who greet you upon arrival and then are in “your bubble” the entire time?.... Luke is NOT one of them! He traveled the store with us pointing out pieces that we were describing and trying to find creative solutions to our style/space/use needs, but also gave us plenty of privacy and space.Seriously consider Luke for your next furniture needs... you will not be disappointed.

Practically furnished my whole house here. Bought, my bedroom set and my daughter. Bought living room set and a sofa bed for the flex room.

Tyler made our purchase of a bedroom set and mattress as easy as a walk in the park. For a young man he was as knowledgeable as any salesperson we have ever worked with. He even got us a few bargains we were eligible for. It wasnt the first time we bought furniture there, but it was definitely the best . We walked out of the store happy with our purchase and the experience.

Honestly GO TO SONIA she will help you look for the perfect anything your looking for. She makes sure your happy and is constantly in contact to make sure your aware of things. I will never go back to anybody else, anybody else either don’t listen to what you want or just rush you cause they got other customers to take care. On another note first delivery I got the guys were nice the last four very unprofessional delivery, a few things came scratched on my new furniture. They should be more considerate because were buying new furniture not use furniture with scratches, the last four people that have delivered to me or terrible one guy wanted me to come down from my apartment and help him. City Furniture should work on their delivery system because I understand there’s a lot to deliver but it doesn’t mean you have to rush be rude or bring damage items. The worst of it all when you try to go file claim and call customer service you’re on the phone for hours and still they ask if you want to get a callback back when they call you back it’s around 7 o’clock hours later after you were on hold.

City Furniture has beautiful things. I highly recommend them. Prices are good and the customer service was very good.

Have had nothing but excuses after four visitations to our home trying to get the brackets for dresser purchased In November 2020 to hang mirror for this piece of furniture. Paid for premium delivery and still awaiting. Had another delivery attempt today and delivery crew had another new dresser(2nd time) but once again no brackets. This was their forth attempt to bring brackets for the dresser.Took three attempt prior to get night stand because first two were delivered defective even thought their delivery paperwork states all items checked prior to delivery. Now they have informed us today, we will have to wait to middle of July for brackets and this will makes almost nine months if they can ever get this right.This is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered trying to get my order fulfilled after having to pay in full for this lack of service.Bruce BernardTell

Had a wonderful experience shopping with Scott. I stopped in just before close after spending time researching their website. He was able to show me the pieces that I liked and others that would still keep me in budget. Less than an hour and a dining set along with a sleeper sofa was decided on and set for delivery with all my needs met. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and just minutes practically before they closed.

I was drinking a smoothie while people I were with was attempting to buy several pieces of furniture. This meant I didnt have my mask on while I was drinking it. All the sales people that helped us had no issue with this. While we were not near anyone, one of the salesmen came up and told me it wasnt a restaurant and to get out of the store. If he had just asked nicely I wouldve put it on. He was probably in a bad mood well because he sells furniture, but he handled the situation wrong and lost a several thousand dollar order. Hope his power trip was more important than making a living.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! using city furniture. I came to them last September(2020) to get furniture for my new apt. spent a large amount of money, and still to this day i am waiting for my furniture. One of the main employee that was helping me is named Lou. After months of waiting and constantly asking where my furniture is and being told next month I finally asked is this guaranteed Im getting the items I paid almost ten months ago now and Lou informed me that nothing in life is guaranteed. talk about customer service. so after furnishing basically my entire apartment with these people back in September i ONLY have my couch and dresser. they wont give you your money back just make up sorry excuses and give you vouchers to spend more money with them on items your never going to get!!!!! Lou had the audacity to offer me a 25 dollar voucher for the inconvenience. if ur looking for good quality business these people are not it stay far away or they will just take your money. Amanda is apparently another manager at this facility who was extremely un helpful and had very poor management skills. if i could leave 0 stars i would you guys are awful

We were able to contact him by email regarding items on our “wish list” regarding availability. Scott responded in a timely manner and we were able to finalize our purchases that afternoon. The salesman Charlie was wonderful. He was very accommodating and professional.However the next day I contacted customer service regarding a former purchase which was damaged. I was on the phone over an hour and never got anyone to help me. Then I tried messaging. Customer service would ask for my information and not reply but then I would get another service person who would ask the same questions. This went on for 34 minutes. I finally asked for a supervisor and the message was terminated. I still have not been able to explain what damage issue I had.The store experience was great. The customer service was horrible. This will make me think again before i purchase from either Ashley or City furniture.

After walking through seven furniture stores in the Naples area I finally arrived at City Furniture. Amanda Balazy greeted me as soon as I came in the door and listened carefully to the items I was looking for. She certainly knew the inventory extremely well. I was amazed when my husband followed me into the store a while later and they had a motorized wheelchair for him to use! That made shopping so much easier for us. We left having purchased the items I had spent most of the day looking for. I highly recommend Amanda! Next time you need a furniture item please look her up.

Went out on mothers day with my wife and daughter looking for a sleeper sofa. After visiting several locations, we ended up at City Furniture. We found one that we liked and and our sales person Keith provided details on size, color, etc. After about 30 min +/-, we decided to continue our search. Next door to City Furniture there was an Ashley Furniture that may wife said we should look in there. Upon entering we were approached by a sales lady ( her name skips me) and she proceeded to show us some sofas that also come in sleepers. We asked to show us a sleeper as we followed her through the store. I then felt like I was there before. Sure enough we were right back where we started at City Furniture. Unknown to us that they were one in the same...deja vue!!!I felt we were brought back for a reason, So we requested Keith again, as that was the ethical thing to do and we purchased the sleeper sofa. The sales lady at Ashley was great and Keith at City was also great, friendly and professional. We enjoyed being there and happy with our new sleeper sofa...thanx!Marco 👍🏼

I have been a customer of City Furniture for years ...This was my second reselect of my bedroom set, and as usual, I purchased the furniture protection plan.I had repeated service calls on the poor quality and workmanship of my bedroom set, and as usual they come and touch up the chipped dresser and night stands.The furniture is in a spare guest room that is hardly used. I called every several times during the week of April 19th, and every single time the hold time was two hours plus. I chose to hold because the call back option does not work ... NOBODY calls back!My last phone call to their customer service department on Friday April 23 at 9am. I was once again on hold for over 90 minutes, and then once again chose the call back option. Finally at 6pm, I called back and was disconnected after patiently waiting for over 40 minutes.I decided to give it a rest and call back Monday the 26th.After the same frustrating ordeal of their shameful customer service system, I FINALLY received a call back that afternoon.After explaining my frustrating attempts to get a hold of somebody the prior week, they advised me that my furniture protection plan had EXPIRED on the 24th!!!Just like that!!!! They asked me to text them my call logs to show the numerous attempts of trying to get through to customer service ... which I did, but then a supervisor came on the line and said “sorry, we can’t send somebody out. Your warranty is expired”I was FUMING!!! What horrible quality and craftsmanship their furniture is, but to top it off, their customer service people are rude, obnoxious and condescending!!! The nerve of them to ask me to prove that I called them by showing them my call logs and then to ultimately dismiss me???!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!Buyers beware .. stay away from City Furniture/Ashley Furniture

Ottoman was ordered and delivered. Very poor piece of furniture Crooked and didnt close properly.Customer service did replace but delivery man refused to open box for us to inspect the replacement. Would never buy from City furniture again.Will be sure and tel, all of my friends also.My husband is 84 years old and is on oxygen. Difficult for him to remove and dispose second box.

Despite the plethora of choices and dizzying array of options in mattresses at City Furniture, our sales representative, Nick, was very patient with us and thorough in his explanations. What was also noticeable was that he was not trying to up-sell us as is the case in some other stores. A pleasant and efficient process overall.....

We just purchased a new couch and loveseat from city furniture. When we had company from out of town 2 of our guests had their legs cut when they sat down on the the couch. We looked at the couch and found a nail pointing right out of the front. When we called city furniture they told us our warranty was 30 days and we purchased the furniture 31 days ago. They not refund and insisted we had to pay them a service call to come look at it. It was obviously shoddy workmanship and must have been like that when we purchased it. We will not purchase anymore furniture from a company that does not stand behind their product.

Mark was fantastic, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and had a lot of patience. He helped us picked or furniture for our new house.

We bought a lot of furniture there and had a problem with a broken piece of of our coffee table and we contacted them with no response! After we wrote this complaint they got right back to me and delivered a new coffee table in a couple days. All the other furniture we bought from them was great!

Gabriella was the most helpful, enjoyable, easy-going person to work with! Super helpful and knowledgeable of the furniture they carried and help me pair things nicely for my bedroom.

By far this has to be one of the single worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They are all nice and friendly when they want to make a sale. However, when the delivery goes bad and the product arrives with problems, it becomes increasingly difficult to get customer service. They say they will call you back, but they never do. They tell you what you want to hear but never follow through. I was planning to furnish majority of our house with furniture from here. But after the copious number of issues with product quality and delivery issues combined with poor follow up and lack of customer service. I will no longer be purchasing any furniture from this store, nor recommending them to anyway. I will recommend NOT to go there. Look elsewhere for your furniture if you want a piece that will show up the first time with no problems.

Shopping at City Furniture was a very pleasant experience. Frances Angell represents City Furniture very well. Frances allowed for me to browse privately and somehow sensed the correct time to become present to respond to my questions. Frances demonstrated utmost customer-centric focus which appeared with compassion, respect, and enthusiasm. My ability to browse, select, and purchase was positively reinforced with assistance from Frances and the benefit of her knowledge and experience. Frances sets a very high bar for customer service.

We were exceptionally pleased with our shopping experience. Our sales associate,Patricia Ugarte, was attentive but not hovering.After finding the perfect dining table we didn’t like the chairs that came with it . She advised us to buy the table separately and choose any other chairs on display. If not for Ms. Ugarte we would have left your store without the perfect dinette set.

I visited City Furniture to look for a sectional couch and met the most amazing salesperson ever- Danielle. She was very knowledgeable and super nice! She showed me different options and explained everything very clearly. I would recommend asking for her and I will certainly tell everyone about my experience. If I need any other items for my home, I will be calling her!!!

This has turned from a challenging to a rewarding experience with City/Ashley Furniture. Our Sales Person Louis provided us with exceptional assistance in purchasing our furniture. I would highly recommend Louis to anyone shopping for furniture in Naples.

Armand got us in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. The manager, John, was active around the store and making sure everything was on point. Good job by Spencer’s, he mentioned that he is new at the company know when to seek a member of the management help. He did A very good job. Did not mean to buy right away but his service convinced me to buy and he even contacted other store in Fort Myers, Florida to pick up another product that you did not have in Nsples Store Florida.

Our Sales person, Deb, was terrific. She was knowledgeable & personable without being pushy. I can’t stand pushy sales people! We found 2 chairs and a picture very quickly. And we had looked at other furniture stores earlier and found nothing.

We went in today with an an idea of what we liked. Scott Jackson helped accommodate size, color and style we were looking for with quick delivery available. Great experience today!
