Walking into that store is like magic but dangerous. The esthetics are great and makes you want to spend more money then you plan too,lol. I love going in there, the people Re amazing and the classes they offer are great.

I love this shop! Great variety of quality fabrics and helpful /friendly staff! I had my late model Babylock repaired here. They helped me trouble shoot the tension problem before I dropped machine off to potentially save me money. Highly recommended!

Just a note. They moved to13240 Tamiami TrailNorth Naples, Fl 34110Joe took the time to go over a possible quilting machine. The shop is high class scaled store and spacious among their products. You can try out their long arm quilting machines, take classes, etc.

The employees have no personality at all. I walked in the store and was never greeted at all, there were people in the store three to be exact, I couldn’t tell if they were people shopping or if they worked there. It turns out they all three worked there . I shopped for 30 minutes not one person asked for help and when I found something I wanted the lady looked at me as if I was crazy and she thought I was asking to purchase bath towels. Bad service, actually I can’t even say that there was no service at all. I don’t recommend that place at all.

Flash Sew and Quilt is by far the best quilt store in Florida. In addition to the variety of fabulous fabric, patterns, notions and sewing machines, the Staff is the best, bar none! Their sewing tech Joe, knows the machines inside and out. He is helpful whether in the store personally, or via FB and email. Ive contacted him via phone, private message on FB, and email. Every time he has assisted me and solved my problems, which by the way were user error. Lastly, the staff assisted me in choosing the fabric necessary to complete one quilt and start another. Their patience and time spent made me feel as though I was the only one in the store! If you havent made it there for a visit, its definitely worth the trip.

When you walk into this store your mouth automatically opens and its hard to close it. So many beautiful sections that are easy to access. The selections are too numerous to mention and the sales help are beyond any expectations. So knowlegable and helpful. This is my go to store and I even have to drive 2 hours to get there but you really cant compare it to any other.

Flash Sew and Quilt is the absolute bomb-diggity of a quilt store. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and the selections are magnificent. I have never seen such a wide selection of quality fabric in one store. I want it all! OMG my imagination runs wild when I am there.

Wife & I were running late to pick up a sewing machine so she called them. The owner stayed open an extra 30min to ensure we were happy customers. I have nothing but good things to say about the business and staff.

Good selection of quality cotton fabrics and pre-cuts from a wide variety of quilt fabric designers. Also sell sewing and embroidery machines, quilt notions, threads, and patterns. Clearance section has some good buys on sale fabrics, including batiks and quilting fabrics.

I had been a customer at flash for a while.The second to last time I was in the store, I bought some thread. I came back not even an hour later because I forgot a color, and was told that the same thread I had bought not even an hour earlier was now half price. So, I asked if I could get a price adjustment. Then... the manager told me those weren’t on sale yet, but agreed to do a price adjustment. They give me a price adjustment and the lady ringing me up says “I just want you to know we will do this this time, but it’s really messing up our system, and I know I sound grumpy, but I’m ready to go home.” I had decided after this that I wouldn’t be back, butI knew that the store had been bought my new owners, so I went to the grand opening. Only to have been the only customer not addressed that day. They only begun speaking to me once I spoke to an associate.I also bought a machine here with the promise that when/if I decided to upgrade, they’d take my machine and give me a credit towards a new one or consign my old one. It came time that I was ready to buy a new machine, so I went in, and I told them this. They in turn told me they wouldn’t consign my machine, and they wouldn’t give me credit for my machine.A few days prior to this, I had called and was supposed to pick up a sewing machine. I called them, and they told me they’d sold the last one... AFTER they said they were holding it for me. I went to the store two days later, and they had NOT sold the last one. They told me in store that they had one left, but then whispered to an associate that they had a few more in the back.I feel like this store doesn’t care about its customers. Only money. Sadly, I will no longer be shopping here, and it’s a shame, because I shopped here very frequently.

Such wonderful people! No where else would I shop! Their stores have quality and a large variety of fabrics. I have purchased a Destiny sewing machine from them and they also sold a machine for me. I have been on one of their quilting cruises and attended their fun quilting seminars. Their special events are not to be missed! I always look forward to shopping there!

Nice fabrics, hard sell on machines. Disappointed they dont have more quilting classes that are for regular piecing options and availability to service sewing machines other than those they sell. They used to offer that service. It was a place I used to very much enjoy shopping at.

Great store with knowledgeable people to help with all your sewing and quilting needs. We travel all over the county and visit many stores and this is my wifes favorite. Have bought 3 different machines and we get fair prices and great service.

Thought Flash and Sew was great until I needed to return a jelly roll that was filled with lint. It was awful to work with. Wanted credit for it and she said that she didn’t believe that I bought it there. She was the one that waited on me. Suddenly she didn’t remember me. Didn’t save the receipt because I didn’t think I would have a problem. They suggested that I use a lint roller over each strip! Anyway they lost a lot more money by not giving me credit. I spend a lot of money there. No more. I won’t be back.

This is one of the nicest quilt stores around, both locations. The fabric selection is wonderful and they have a ton of batiks. I will continue shopping here.

This is the best sewing and quilting store in the entire southwest Florida area! The fabric selection on hand in both of their stores is wonderful! The sewing machines are, in my opinion, one of the best in the industry. Whether you are looking for a simple sewing machine, a serger, a top of the line embroidery machine or a long arm quilting machine... they have it all! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, staff and customers alike. Flash offers free classes on embroidery machines every Tuesday from 10:00 til noon. They also have project based classes which are amazing. The service technician, Joe Chisum, came from another store in the area, bringing with him years of experience with every make and model. The other business loss is certainly a positive thing for Flash. He is most definitely the best in the business! I highly recommend Flash for all of your sewing and quilting needs, whether you are a beginner or are more advanced with your sewing/quilting skills. Flash offers something for everyone! I am so happy that I discovered this business. From this point forward, I will not find the need to visit any other sewing machine store in the area. Visiting my parents, brought an in progress quilt, needed to trim 2 pieces of fabric, so asked if I could use their rotary cutter and mat. The sales gurl was very accomadating on my request. I stepped aside for all their customers, least I could do, offered at first to buy the rotary cutter, she said I didnt have too. Then a man came out and was very rude, saying their stuff was for customer cutting. He would not listen as to why I was using their equipment, I could understand if I was asking to cut out a whole quilt, but it was 2 pieces that needed to be trimmed. I gathered my stuff, said thank you to the sales girl, and told him he was rude. I had planned on buying fabric there too, but left without buying anything. I did not plan on getting to the point of trimming the fabric on this trip, but not was I upset when I left. Sad thing was, I was a customer, but he refused to listen.
