If they were not having the stock issues they are this would be five stars. I have to point out the superior and above and beyond customer service I receive from Tim Kinn in the Naples office, his professionalism and sense of humor go a long way in making my job easier and more enjoyable.

One of the worst places to go unless your a contractor.I went in the store today to purchase 400 feet of 4 gauge wire and circuit breakers and conduit and was treated so rudely and condescending from the employee working there and there was nobody there so they weren’t busy and gave me the feeling I was bothering him cause I assume I was only a cash paying customer.I feel that they should have a sign posted that they only serve contractors only.So I left the store and was able to make my purchase online and I now see that this store just lost a $1,000.00 sale which I ended up purchasing online.I would highly recommend not to go to this establishment unless your a contractor cause they treat you very rudely.Terrible how a customer gets treated it this location
