Lots of stuff to look at. Prices werent as low as I thought they should be. Very enthusiastic effort to get us to join the loyalty program. Clean and happy place

The manage (woman) is the rudest person I have seen in a while. While checking out, their was a young man training for cashier with another young man, the young man was doing a great job until the manager three rows away embarrassed both young men because he was not suppose to be on the register. With that being said I gave the manager a look like how dare you do that.She started to walk up to them I believe she knew that I wanted a word with her she looked at me and thought better of walking over to where we were and then went to her office. This was Sunday April 11 2021

When we were in the store my daughter had her service dog tag and the manager and an employee was following both her and I we won’t be back anytime soon. They lost a customer

This Big Lots always seems to be well-maintained everytime I visit here. Everything is pretty stocked and they have a good selection of products. This mornings visit only deserves 4 stars out of 5 because the cashier was not very friendly, didnt say hello, and kept talk to a bare minimum, which I would assume is unacceptable. Whether or not youre having a bad day, you dont bring it into the workplace.

Most pathetic emotional intelligence in management I have ever seen. This store is the definition of entropy. They should be booming in sales instead of wasting everyones time and dime. I get hired as an independent contractor for many rich folks around the area and delivery @ very high rate. They waste my customers money time and time again creating very polar opinions with many of my clients. Think twice before going here and being harassed by ego trips and absurd policies. I will not accept another order in the direction of this location until there are big changes in the head honchos on todays shift. Maybe they should try working and uncluttering the mess in there warehouse. Terrible service.

This Big Lots looks loke a furniture store. If you go to Home Goods, swing in here first. They had patio furniture, beds, dressers, small household appliances, some decor and crafts. Staff is light but kind and helpful but busy so bring patience and be self served.

Love this store! You never know what youll find and at low prices. Every thing I purchased for my northern home, I still have and love. Even found a small bookcase for my snow bird home. Check it out!!

This store used to be my go too...but ever since the new store manager came (blonde lady)nothing is ever in stock like it used to be before her.there was a line of customers checking out and only had one cashier she rang one person and then walked away (for that one cashier toring up the entire line by himself) to do nothing but stand by the furnature.big lots needs to replace her this company is losing money and customers

Very embarrassed for an employee who was in training at the register who was doing ok. When all of a sudden a unprofessional manager who was 40 foot away started in a very loud voice demeaning the employee in front of a row of customers waiting to check out. She needs more training than the new employee.

I love Big Lots they always seem to have just what Im looking for, and less expensive then other places.

I am very disappointed at the way I was treated at the Naples store. I was purchasing a Christmas tree, I had asked a store associate about the tree, it did not have a box, not the display, probably a return. When I was at the checkout Chony yanked the tree from my hand and told me I could not buy the display. I tried to explain that it was not the display and she just kept saying I could not buy the tree! I asked her to page the nice man that helped me, and she would not. When I was in the parking lot a customer that was in line after me approached me and said that he could not believe how rude she was to me!I shop at the store often, but I will never go back again!

The location in North Naples is clean, organized and the staff members are friendly.

Always great gluten-free, non GMOs, natural food plus home and electronics with unbetable deals and all personal is always courteous and professionals.

Let me tell you about the Big Lots here in Naples I believe its on Tamiami Trail and I cant remember what Plaza its in but theres a bunch of really good stores in this Plaza at this Big Lots was the cleanest most organized Big Lots Ive ever been in and I went in for Christmas decorations and their Christmas selection 4 trees ornaments front door mats indoor outdoor rugs for Christmas stockings you name it anything you needed for Christmas you could have gotten there and quality as well. I will continue to go to this Big Lots because its the greatest one Ive ever seen biggest cleanest very nice customer service or employees there to help had a really wonderful experience

Good customer service, didnt have all items we were looking for. The Big Lots store was very HOT air conditioner was not working properly. Employees said they said something to Home Office but real concern from conversation.

The manager is very rude.. No class.. I feel sorry for the people that work there I went in last night and he was running the register he was on a personal phone call you could tell by the way he was talkin it made my husband and I wait for almost 5 minutes before he checked us out but had an attitude because he had to put whoever on hold to the manager I hope you get some customer service skills and learn how to respect your customers thats the way youre still in business

Really bad customer service, the cashier was rude asking me if I was rich that’s not her problem, went to return an item that didn’t event have a day of buying it and they where really upset of returneBut I’m really sure that if I was white or American they would have gave me a better customer service, not coming here back again even I love big lot !

We went inside looking for a couple of decent looking entertainment cabinets to place under our new wall mounted TVs. They had a good variety and at good prices. I was asking the girl that was helping us some questions about them, if they came put together, broken down in boxes, etc., trying to figure out what I could get in my car that I had, and what car I would need to come back with. She called for the store manager for help (this wasnt her department). When he finally showed up, he seemed annoyed with the questions that she was asking him, he gave her the answers instead of answering me and was gone without any further help. I find it rude that he had no customer interaction at all, especially when the 2 pieces are over $1,000 together. I mean, its big lots, how many people really walk in and spend over $1,000. These just happen to be exactly what my wife wanted at the right price. I bought the smaller cheaper one, but Im headed to another on to see if they have it.
