The staff was very friendly and helpful! My two kiddos were with me as we picked out ice cream. We got strawberry, the expression caramel mocha, chocolate brownie fudge, rainbow cherbet and mint chocolate chip. All of them were awesome! There is a nice outdoor patio seating available as well as spacious indoor seating. During COVID, the staff was masked up and had gloves on. Very awesome spot! Swing on by!

They have homemade ice cream. The small scoops are very large. Wonderful flavors. Cupid love potion was yummy.

One of the best in the area, can’t go wrong here. Portions are huge. There’s plenty of seating inside and out. Try the peanut butter sundae!

Came here after we went to the movies. Didnt notice that you get 10% off if you show your movie tickets but that is definitely pretty cool. Have always liked the ice cream here. They are usually pretty busy but they are good about getting people in and out in a pretty quick fashion.

Heavenly! Homemade ice cream with creatively delicious flavors. I got the mounds sundae and it is huge, 3 scoops of coconut ice cream with hot fudge and toasted coconut. The rest of the scoops we got also received 5 stars: chocolate turtle, fudge swirl, and pineapple and orange.

A great place for tourists and locals alike! Free single scoop for kids under a certain age. My favorite flavor is Bohemian Rhapsody!

Good selection of flavors. All the flavors that I’ve tried have plenty of flavor. My only problem is I’ve seen a 1 scoop and a 2 scoop come out to basically the same size, not very cool for the guy who paid the 2 scoop price. Also at the wrong time of day you will be waiting for quite some time.

Royal Scoop ice cream place is adorable! In a little shopping center by a movie theater, lots of parking, you can enjoy your ice cream outside with outdoor sitting and the ice cream is delicious.

Really really good homemade ice cream. The flavors are all very traditional with a few original made in shop. Prices are a little high but this is Naples. To be expected. Located right next to a movie theater and a couple of niche restaurants. Relocation with a couple of tables outside to chill.

Stop number two on our Naples ice cream crawl. Had some great ice cream at this Naples institution. Lots of homemade flavors to choose from. Forky (cake batter) and bohemian rhapsody. Both were good. But i thought that bh was better. I thought the service was a little lacking. We went at an off time and it wasn’t that crowded and the service wasn’t the greatest. But didn’t effect the taste of the ice cream.

Home made ice cream is excellent

A cute little ice cream shop (homemade ice cream). Super friendly, love their Royal Turtle flavor (chocolate, pecans and caramel) yum. My husband always gets a chocolate malt, so good!

Royal Scoop slightly beats out Kilwins. I think I slightly prefer Kilwins but Royal Scoop is about 20% cheaper.This time, I had the Cupid something which was vanilla with brownie bites and raspberries.

We havent been here in a while and my three star rating is based upon our other experiences at other ice cream shops across multiple states. We have found that Florida is not big on ice cream so a three star review down here is pretty good. We both had sundaes and we both enjoyed them. The quantity of ice cream was ok as was the topping. The price was steep. We paid close to $20 for two large sundaes. Other places we have been to would charge much less but as I said, ice cream doesnt seem popular down here. Good ice cream and good toppings at Royal Scoop.

We love Royal Scoop. When I moved to Naples back in 2009, I found the location in Bonita Springs and enjoyed going there from time to time. Since that time I now have a five year old son, and we like to go for bike rides, then visit the location in the Pavilion. Now both My son and I can enjoy the great Ice cream from Royal Scoop together!! Thanks for living up to your name:-)

The freezers where not working 100%, the staff was aware, I ordered my usually ice and took one bite thinking this is very very soft and tastes like plain milk. I told the young lady working There and her response was “yes we are aware are freezers are broken and someone coming today to fix them today”. I tossed the ice cream and she did not offer to reimburse me. Not good.

Service was great, its the best ice cream shop in town.

Says it closes at 10:00 pm...Drove 5 miles to get there. Was there at exactly 9:49. The girl said they are done and closed. This is non acceptable and I hope they realize laziness will kill their business. I will definitely tell all my people to stay away from this place. Try to honor your time and not be in a hurry to leave. People do go out of their way to promote your business. Tonight is Sunday June 23, 2019. Get better help. Hope this review gets to the right people. ThanksPS...This is the first negative review I have given in a long time. I am not one to complain but it irritates me that I drove that far and called 15 minutes before to make sure they were open and the girl said they close at 10:00. Delicious ice cream!

Top notch! Use to frequent Handels but has recently closed. Royal Scoop has a wide variety of flavors and friendly staff. Visiting Naples location is a refreshing break from the Bonita Springs location with long wait times.

The strip mall location is not that great. Staff could use some customer service training.

Must have new owners since Feb 2019. Great service, better tasting ice cream than other trips in recent years. So glad to have this great option so close to where we stay multiple times per year.

Good ice cream, better than most

Delicious scoop ice cream shop. Lots of flavors to choose from. We had the Espresso and the Caramel Brownie. Both were good. The espresso was very strong, which we liked, and the Caramel Brownie was mostly brownie and we didnt notice much caramel, which was ok. A little pricey, but overall worth the cost.

Always good ice cream from Royal scoop. Even when a cooler was down and half the ice cream was gone they had a good selection. Never disappointed.

This place has a great retro vibe to it, which means they have good service, a wide selection of ice cream and a welcoming atmosphere. It reminds me of the days before chain store dominance, where you can go for a tasty snack and enjoy it in a serene environment. I would recommend they lengthen their hours to be open after the movies let out... I’m sure there would be a lot of customers who wanted to stop in after the show.

Always the best, creamiest, yet light and icy ICE CREAM in Naples. Has been for the last 20 years Ive been frequenting for my oh so delish dairy dessert!

Ice cream was ok, fun little shop and busy! I had cookie dough that felt more like vanilla with some cookie dough that accidentally got in to it and my wife had Rocky road which had a similarly sparse load of ingredients. Would go back but try sundaes and milkshakes and malts this time.

Not as great as their original location just a block from my old stomping ground. This place has amazing ice cream, and they do a lot for their community. The people who run this business are truly good people. Its a shame the lease is about to expire at this location and they are planning a move, I rather enjoy ice cream after my movie.

I ordered a root beer float. Meh. Six bucks and change for 8 ounces of A&W root beer and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I was not overly impressed.

High quality ice cream as they claim to have. Very tasty and lots to choose from. Not the best cookie dough but their chocolate and coffee flavors are superb. Lots of cone types to choose from (sugar, waffle, chocolate dipped) and endless sundae combinations. Not cheap but not extortionately pricey either. Sundaes start at around $7

Oh Royal Scoop is a great place to get premo ice cream!! The have huge flaver selection. One can never pick just one flavor so mix it up try new ones an they sure have them!! I paid almost $35 for 4 people. I feel its extremely over priced and nothing special about the ice cream and the employees were not very helpful nor did the guy seem happy taking the orders. This was my first and last time ever going there.
