First time checking it out was just past closing time so didn’t go inside. Owner came out and offered us to come in and gave us some samples of their mocha and peppermint granita, and one of the baked items. Super welcoming and friendly. Came in another time, nice environment and aesthetic to sit and drink coffee while studying or relaxing. Food and drinks are pretty good as well. Overall similar to, if not better, quality to other coffee shops like Starbucks in terms of ambiance and food quality.

Simply great coffee. Served with an enthusiastic and “ we are glad you are here” attitude. I feel like they have best assortment of pastries and sandwiches of any coffee shop. Plenty of outdoor seating.

Best local coffee shop in town!Hello Coffee is a must-try destination for SWFL coffee lovers. The brews here blow Starbucks out of the water, both in terms of flavor profile and caffeine kick. You can tell that the baristas here consistently use quality freshly roasted beans. I was also impressed with the wide variety of flavored syrups on offer, from from the standard caramels and mochas to exotic fruits and seasonal spice blends.The pastries are to die for. Literally. I happily risk diabetes several times a week to enjoy one (or two) of their heavenly custard-stuffed cinnamon-sugar-dusted cronuts topped with coconut flakes or chocolate icing. Other donuts look like a joke to me now. And sure, THE donut costs a little more than a Dunkin Donut or some Krispy Krap. But trust me — after trying this pastry youll happily fork over the extra buck or two, and wont ever want to waste your cheat day on sub-par sweets again.Although the number of dishes on offer at Hello Coffee is limited, all of the lunch & breakfast items I have sampled from their short menu were tasty and (surprisingly for a coffee shop) portioned and priced generously. Im partial to the breakfast burritos. They are GIGANTIC.Service has always been speedy and friendly. Ive never had to wait in a long line or had any issues with an order. No complaints!Unfortunately, I dont live very close to the cafe, so opportunities to stick around long enough to fully enjoy the relaxing ambiance have been few and far between. That said, I appreciate the stylish decor, and have enjoyed the times Ive been able to catch a couple of quiet minutes before work to enjoy the low buzz of friendly conversation carried on the breeze in the expansive outdoor seating area.

Went in Hello Coffee for the first time today and the staff was phenomenal! They were very helpful with explaining what they had and helped me with every question! They made the best coffee for me! Will definitely return!

Espresso was just OK. Better than Starbucks at least. Take more time perfecting your tamp and dialing in your shot. Frozen drinks too sweet. Need more choices of bakery items. Place was clean and nice.

Definitely the most underrated coffee shop in swfl. Not only are their drinks delicious and have a perfect balance of espresso and whatever you add, but they offer teas, food, and popsicles from The Hyppo (delicious). Plus, they have more syrup options than I’ve ever seen, including a good amount of sugar-free options as well. Haven’t had something I didn’t like here, and I will definitely be coming back more often. So glad I finally decided to stop by.

Came here to grab a snack and do some work- I will be coming more often! Staff is super sweet, friendly and fast (had the pleasure of meeting Brenda my first visit). Free WiFi, clean, spacious, nice variety of coffee/drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!!

Nice spot, but quite expensive. I mean, its good....dont get me wrong. But I cant justify 5 to 7 dollar cups on the daily, so for me, its one of those good to take a client to spots. Great atmosphere tho, and honestly its probably one of the best shops Ive been to. For me personally its just a bit too expensive, thus the 4 star.

It was amazing. The workers are very nice and are vary fast at making your drink. Would definitely recommend to kids, adults, families. Food is great so is there coffee. Would recommend to anyone.

Ive lived in Estero for a little over a year now, and only recently discovered Hello Coffee... Im addicted! I had a favorite coffee shop where I used to live and have been searching for something comparable ever since I moved. The drinks are delicious and the employees are friendly. Also, I love that I can get the Hyppo popsicles here!

My family and I come here often due to the friendly atmosphere and the great service. They are very accommodating with any requests, and the owner and her family are simply the best.Also, I highly recommend the mocha granita, or really anything on the menu!

Came here to pick up some fresh beans as a gift and the owner let me taste the different brews he had available which was SO thoughtful! He picks out his own unique blends and has a really unique selection of flavors for lattes and such (peanut butter being among them)! The beans we purchased were a bit as well! Our guests loved them!

Ive passed this coffee shop every weekday for nearly two years now. Finally pulled the trigger and stopped in. Very nice shop with that family-owned feel. Brenda and Michelle were very nice and made me feel very welcome. The coffee was made fast and tastes great! I will be stopping here more often.

Im Joan, and I absolutely love this coffee shop. I often come alone during breaks in my work day but it is a great place for friends to meet up. The coffee and tea selection is very comprehensive. I prefer decaf and it is very good. Cold brew and almond milk are a favorite of my daughter, who visited today. There are also many delicious snacks to eat if you need to make it more of a mealHC is spotlessly clean throughout; has very comfortable inside and outdoor patio seating. Free newspapers are available. Very friendly staff.So happy to have this shop nearby.

Nice little cafe for a good cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.I was a little disappointed with the food though. Its more of somewhere I would just want to grab a coffee and sit to relax than to try to get breakfast and coffee. My breakfast sandwich was also still frozen in the middle.

Great quality for both drinks and food (be sure to try the coconut-filled cronut!), friendly service, and many seating options both outdoors and inside! The shop is very roomy and spacious but it still has a “cozy”, artsy feel and other customers who were previously strangers struck up conversation with each other, which breeds a sense of community. I’ll be back again soon! :)

This is a great place, friendly staff and tasty food! I stopped in for a quick bite while getting some admin done. The breakfast burrito was delish....all the food is supplied by Michelsons Bakery.

Very nice atmosphere! A lot of options to eat and snack on. The barista was VERY kind. The seating outside is great with some fun options of furniture to relax on. You can tell there a family owned touch to it. They listen to comments and concerns. I will be back!

Loved the coffee and food yummies. The quiche is fabulous! Their yummies are fresh made from a local bakery). Great place to stop for out of town travelers (thats what I did) and for locals (saw an intense Chess game, laptop workers and people relaxing outside with books). Highly recommend a visit!
