Purchased a lovely white dress(on the Mannequin)in the window. Size 4 was a little too big in the shoulder. Not a problem, I could have it altered by their tailor-alterations by Charles free of charge. Next day, Jennie was a little intimidated by what had to be done. Thought best she could not help me.Called the store and told them I was going to my dressmaker. They said a second opinion would be interesting. My tailor, former dressmaker in Italy advised not a problem. Contacted the store to advise and would they pay for the alterations. They said No, not their policy. I could return the dress. Good customer relations right!!! My tailor will do it, but the store lost a customer. So sad!! Crazy policy, No!!!MMadalone
