Hot Topic is amazing as always. Some of their items can be a tad on the pricey side but I already know to expect that when I walk in. Every type of merch you could imagine. Body jewelry, shoes, pants, coats, hair dye and so much more. Ive found things herein couldnt even find online, and they always have the latest fashion for the alternative community. Employees will go above and beyond to help you. Amazing as always.

Staff kept asking me if I needed help with anything every 3 minutes. Felt like I was being watched. I felt bothered. I felt uncomfortable. The thing went off when I was leaving and they searched my wallet and my bag and found nothing. I’m black btw. :D

They’re a very great group of workers here! Hard working and very attentive. They’re also very knowledgeable :) highly recommend if you have any questions about anything. Very clean and organized, I find everything I need with out having to search extremely hard. Especially Rob! He knows the store inside & out.

This is a great place. There are plenty of shirts to choose from. Most of them are band shirts, such as Guns N Roses and Queen. Some of the other shirts are anime related, supporting animes such as My Hero Academia. The rest of the shirts support popular movies and shows, such as the Avengers movies. There is also plenty of other merchandise. They have hats, wallets, suspenders, hair dye, candy, and much more. Overall, when I come here I have a great experience every time. Theres always good rock music playing in the store and the employees are very helpful.

Very helpful and courteous staff! Was very pleased with my service during a very busy Black Friday visit, and incredibly impressed by the associates’ knowledge and demeanor. Robbie was extremely patient and polite with some rude and irritable customers. Shy, Hope, and Kenzie were very professional and efficient and made for a stress free and pleasent visit during a very busy time.

The manager Robbie is always very helpful. If you cant find something you want he will locate it and get it there for you.

Never has the sizes I want. Very rude staff. I talked with Robbie for 30 minutes who argued with me and held my items hostage as he tried to explain store policy in a demeaning way. Will not go to this store again.
