We checked here to see what was available and the ladies in the office are PHENOMENAL! My hubby and I are financing a Jeep. Everything is clearly stated and they tell you everything up front. Theyre very down-to-earth and honest! They dont play games and are willing to work with you should it come to not being able to make a payment on time. I HIGHLY recommend these guys ESPECIALLY if you dont have all that great of credit, as they dont do credit checks! Their two resident kitties are beyond awesome, too!

So far so good.. the Sales Girl, Ms Esperanza was efficient and accommodating. I just bought the truck and there were some mechanical issues.. she got me right in with the garage manager and they are taking care of the issue. I am so glad i came across First Class Auto.. I will buy my next vehicle off these folks.

Worst company to get a car from make sure you read your contract thoroughly because they can and will try and pick up your car for anything. Also good at raising your payoff balance and trying to give an excuse.

Good regarding the sales service Esperanza was very friendly and looking for comfort for the client always, in addition to doing things that are not from her department 10 for her. As for the manager of the mechanics shop, he has -0 I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for an appointment to fix my truck, the first time I went I did not even know what he was supposed to do when he called me 4 days before .. I arrive at The appointment and I did not have the pieces for my truck, in short, a full trail that Manager.

0 StarsI had a 2018 Santa Fe vehicle from them. They repossessed my car on April 28 out of the hospital parking lot i work at as a nurse on a covid unit with no warning and with an arrangement in place for 2 days later.I was in touch had an arrangement with Katie for April 30, was promised I would not lose my car, she even said I didn’t have to worry about payment due to the crisis. She also thanked me for being a first responder on the front lines and they wanted to work with me. Concerned about my family. My son is 3 and was hospitalized with an autoimmune deficiency and I was promised I had no worries. I was in constant contact with Katie. Never ever received a demand letter or a warning that the car was going to be repossessed. Though I had the arrangement to pay on April 30, they came to my work at the hospital while i was inside working a covid unit and took the car at 10:30am April 28. I lost it 2 days before the arrangement was due. I have tried multiple times to find out how that even happened. I have multiple text messages from Katie and I stating i had no worries don’t worry about losing my car and don’t worry about a payment. Even still made an arrangement for April 30. When i asked her and even emailed the store i got no reply on why the car was taken with an active arrangement and no warning.That night I cried and waited at the bus stop in front of the hospital and waited for an uber, paid 30 to get home. I texted and called Katie consistently that night the next day, your office. Katie FINALLY got back and apologized because it shouldn’t have been repossessed confirmed our arrangement and how it was picked up prematurely and then said she was going to get ahold of them and call me back to find out why they did it when the alerts were on my account. Not one person called me about it. No apology no reason nothing. Asked for the owner to contact me and have been ignored. Was going to see if they will put me in another suv and Id give them a second chance. Yet they have completely ignored me. In a crisis time with an arrangement in place they come to a nurses job and take the car 2 days before the arrangement is due. They won’t even respond. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I recently got the 2012 Glk 350 4matic white Benz suv from them and after carefully getting the car checked I found out the car was JB Welled. And had them fix it after 1month went by the car started making a whining noise and it needed a transfer case and transmission. I had spoken to the mechanic about the problem and noise he said it wasn’t a problem I continued to drive the car but only the noise got louder the MB dealership I then took the suv to said the least cost to fix it would be $6,500. It was NOT WORTH IT,I made my payments on time (automatically withdraw) all I’m saying is CHECK THE CARS BEFORE YOU BUY THEM. I wasted my money and gladly gave the car back

I highly recommend FCA, the staff was very friendly and actually was there to help me get a car. Lisandra was amazing, i went on the 24th around 4pm to see about a car. I explained to her my current situation she wrote down my info & said she would speak to the owner for me. The 25th at like 10am i received a call from her saying owner would be willing to accept the down payment i had at the moment. I was amazed she delivered Amazing customer service! I have never in my life experienced worst customer service. Every car I got inside of to test drive had a check engine light on. The cars they have on the lot are in horrible shape. I wouldnt buy anything from this lot.

Do not buy any cars from this business. They sold me a used car with no engine oil or transmission fluid in it! Furthermore the car that I bought from them which is a Nissan Altima 2005 engine blown out on me while driving. Now the car is not drivable! I am extremely upset for I have no vehicle and my money went down the drain with this so call company! People dont waste your time and hard earn money with these people! Bad business people! Very money hungry!

Obviously Mary Ann works for this dealer. The Sales guy does not go over anything with you, just gives you a stack of papers to sign, cars are beat up, none have even decent tires, the staff is rude, just bad overall service. No its not a BMW dealer, but doesnt mean your service has to be that bad! By the way I speak spanish Mary Ann and they are still rude. Service is horrible. Yes they do finance anyone but you get garbage for cars.

Will NEVER buy a car from them again. They gave me THREE different prices for my compressor. They gave me the run around for a week about the car. The shop manager was very RUDE and when I confronted him he was very unprofessional stating he will take the compressor out! Never again will they get my service. ..ever!

I have had a very bad experience, some scammers did not want to return my car because they said that I would spend miles when that is not a lease. There is a pregnant girl with lousy treatment of clients. I do not recommend it to anyone. If they have good opinions, they are themselves. I lost all my money and time and the head boss didnt even show his face. They are scammers.

You had the record so ruined that You couldnt even get auto insurance because you had come running from California to live on a loan in a trailer. Please, the car here left in good condition and without any lights on, whatever you do to the car outside of This place is your responsibility and if something happens to the car and you do not repair it or continue with the payments we will be more than happy to collect them because people who bite the hand of those who help them do not work.
