Publix has a great selection of quality item. Occasionally they ring up an item at a higher price than what is shown on the shelf and and I dont realize it until I look at my online receipt. I wish they had a way to refund this online.

I must compliment the management at this store. The store manager, Mike, has worked hard to ensure that the customers are happy to shop at this store location. I have to tell you that the employees are very helpful and friendly to the customers. I need to give kudos to the meat manager, Chris, who gives top notch customer service. He is always friendly and asks if there is anything at all he can help you with and is very courteous. The store is clean and you feel at home because of the service provided by the employees and managers. I have to say that I went to the Davis Blvd. location and the service was terrible and not very clean compared to this store location. This is my go to store when I shop at a Publix. My cashier was Mayra, and I would like to commend her on her helpful and friendly service. Mayra was waiting on the outside of her register to signal that she was open to take the next person for check out.When I went to her station she immediately lifted the 40 lb box of cat litter from the bottom of my cart and other heavy items from my basket for me. I have never had a someone be so aware of my needs and so willing to help. Thank you Mayra!

Nice, the milk at Publix always goes bad before the expiration date, everything else is good.

I was checking out my groceries at the customer service check out line and I wanted her to check my lotto ticket but she wanted me to go around to the lotto line and wait two customers to do it while I was already done with my check out customer service was not served at this point I was not happy with that at all can you imagine if I had been an elderly person

This is such a nice and clean store. Im not a Florida native so I wanted to check out a Publix during my stay here. Its small but spacious, and I appreciate the measures in place for social distancing. Found some pretty good items for lunch and dessert in the bakery and deli. It has just about everything you need.

Love that store..we only went there today for a 2nd Covid shot.

Went to Publix at 7am. There were only 10 customers in the store. 6 had no masks...2 men and a group of college age kids. An employee said that they were not permitted to say anything to them. The manager refused also to speak to them about wearing a mask. What good is having a mask rule?

The staff is WONDERFUL. However I hate the glass display cases to get your items. If someone else is looking at the same items it takes too long to just grab and go now you have to wait until the person in front of you finds what they need and moves on.

I have the choice between 2 Publix Supermarkets with 1-2 miles in either direction from home, I almost always choose this Publix. I only have one issue at any Publix, in that I used to be able to buy Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Bagels (plain) in the frozen bread aisle but have not in months been able to get any. They carry the other types but not the bagels anymore. Disapppointing, but not enough to stop shopping at my favorites stores.

Everyone here from the bakery or the meat department or the deli always is friendly and helpful. it makes shopping here so pleasant.

I shop here often but I was very disgusted today. I bought a sub from the deli and wanted to sit on the tables in front of store outside. I sat down and unwrapped my sandwich which was delicious, as soon as I did a heavy set employee sat at bench directly behind me and started chain smoking!!! I was disgusted at the insensitivity of the employee nd the disrespect of a customer. I would understand if it was a young kid but this man was in his 50s and should have common sense to be considerate of a person eating to go chain smoke somewhere else. It is very unprofessional if you ask me. Employees should not be smoking in front of the store, it is a turn off to guests.

Store is very clean, I love being able to order a deli sub online and pick it up without talking to anyone. Wish the pick up area was more clearly marked I was wandering about like a lost lad for a wee bit. Still delicious and very convenient. Cheers !

This is the Public I usually come to. It is in the neighborhood. It is always clean. Today, like many stores, the shelves are kind of thin...but I was able to get everything I wanted.

The Deli at this Publix is very good. The staff is usually happy, and trying to take care of the customers. They do not run and hide in the back. It is quite a shock to see a Publix Deli where the workers are smiling, and taking care of the customers. I wish every Publix was like this one.

Usual friendly atmosphere and great service. We picked up a couple of pies from the bakery for a Memorial Day get together: one peach cobbler and an apple pie. Boy, were they delicious! I was fighting every urge in me to not grab an extra piece of both. I paired it with a little vanilla ice cream and finished the day right as rain. Good stuff Publix.

The Deli service isnt what it should be. I stood at the counter waiting for service for about 5 minutes before anyone would help me. There were no other customers

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I used to work for Publix through my academic career in Orlando, so I know what they expect their employees to provide in regards to customer service skills.... and this Publix has got to be the worst Publix I’ve ever been to.Their employees at this location are lazy for the most part, don’t expect most of them to be able to help you when you have a question or concern. I had to literally teach a manager how to process a return back on a card once..... not a good look. I KNOW from my personal experience from working at Publix that you all can do much better than the quality of this location.

You can have the basic stuff you found in Publix stores. Some products are not in this store, the ones that are more specialized like gluten free, soy free, dairy free. Or some organic antibiotic free meats that you find in other Publix. They close earlier than the store on 41. (9pm).

Stood for 20 minutes waiting on someone to help me at the deli... Off the clock employee walks up and gets helped in 2 seconds while i get skipped... Publix is no longer the publix i grew up with, It is now walmart. I have walked out of a Publix Deli probably 20 times in the past two years. Another 5 years and you’ll be on sweetbay’s level!

This Publix is a great store! While I was shopping I was asked times if I needed help finding anything. Very helpful and friendly... not like some other Publix locations.

The deli is always understaffed they should not have only one person working two slice sandwich meat especially on a Saturday afternoon

This Publix is a little on the small side and is laid out a little differently than the ones I usually go to, but the staff is friendly.

Extremely dissatisfied. I inconvenience Meline at the customer service because she had to scan and bag ALL of our too many items( 6 items.) Meline complained about my items to the customer in front of me, luckly the customer was too embarrassed about the comment she ignored Meline. I did not expect to pick up a watermelon as most of your customers pick up a little extra then what was intended, but i did and with no help i stopped at the nearest register and to get that rude gesture from MELINE with no intention to assist customers and complaining about her lunch break to another coworker. Good customer service cant be taught, either you are or youre not.

They should have everything setup when they open. Had to go to another store because no seafood setup in the mornings.

This place is great. They cater to you. Its not hard to get into or out of, especially if youre heading to Lely. They have a great deli and bread!

Absolutely awesome and the cook (Eric ) went out of his way to make our pizza perfect (after hearing my husband say hope they dont over cook it cuz we ordered it lightly done he is very picky)and for the first time in Florida he couldnt complain best margarita pizza EVER

Publix isnt the cheapest food store but it doesnt have to be. Very clean, great selections, good employees, well run.
