My favorite supermarket. Huge selection with many prepared foods and freshly baked goods, including my favorites, the pies. I love the small pies, which will feed a couple twice or a hungry couple once. Very helpful staff.

Clean, friendly, easy to find, not crowded, navigating through store easy. Varied selection however, very expensive.

If youre ever traveling and theres a Publix make sure you go in they make food its just a great place picked up to Cuban sandwiches to eat while traveling and actually went to a restaurant for lunch and bought a Cuban and it wasnt near as good as the one I got a Publix

I like their choice of high quality items but they occasionally charge more for an item than what is shown on the shelf. It would be good if they had a way to dispute this and refund it online.

This is probably the cleanest Publix in Naples. The staff are always so nice and their produce are always fresh. I love that their fresh deli foods are always hot and they have enough staff to help you within. Minutes.

This is the best Publix within a 10 mile radius of this Publix. The people here are nice they have about the best selection of meat and produce and their produce turns over fairly fast so its pretty fresh. Some Publix in the area have a large seasonal fluctuation and this one seems the most stable.like most stores in the area it does get very busy during busy season but they handle it better than most

Always need and clean great staff theyre the best occasionally a little short on stock.

I always have a pleasant experience at Publix but this one was exceptional the manager help me twice and I only bought one item. Absolutely exhausted, I work in the medical field. Everyone at great care of me, but the manager did an above and beyond exceptional job

Adequate. Clean. Associates are very young and not very bright. If you dont know something, just say so, dont send me on a wild goose chase.

This is the worst Publix I have ever shopped in. Never stocked properly. PoorProduce selection and staff has no clue about products - I won’t even start on the deli department. Too many foreigners that no nothing about product or customer service.

I went to get a cake amazing and fresh.

Went to publix for the first time because its pretty close to where I just moved to. I was pretty disgusted by how much of the fresh produce was rotting and smelled awful in the store, but figured maybe I just came on a bad day. I bought a bag of rice, among other things. When I got home, I noticed what looked like spider webs in the bag of rice. Upon closer inspection, there are live bugs in this unopened bag of rice. I dont think Ill ever set foot in a publix again.

Every employee has always been so helpful. If Im looking around, they ask if they can help and bring me to the item. The produce people are wonderful, checking on different items. And, checking out, every csshier and bagger is so polite and friendly. Love Publix people, quality and prices!

Too expensive, as usual.

I have not yet experienced such superb service at a super market. The manager of Publix, Matt Wallace was extremely kind and efficient with the service that we received. He was so very nice to not just customers, but his staff as well. He treated them with the utmost respect as if they were on the same level of management that he was on. It is very refreshing to see that kind of thing in the workplace. Visiting from Canada, I have to say that I am very impressed with how we were treated in a grocery store.

Unbelievable I went to the deli last night around 7:45 and asked if they were going to have anymore fried chicken coming out. They had to find someone that spoke English. This Publix is getting more like Walmart every day. I won’t be going back. I should have known to go to Berkshire.

Best supermarket in town

My local Publix is always a pleasant shopping destination. Attentive employees, immaculately clean and always a pleasure.Watch for their buy one get one, or better yet buy one get two promotions. On a recent trip I was able to buy 2ltr bottles of Diet Coke for just over 50 cents per bottle.I especially enjoy their meat department where I have always been satisfied with their steaks and roasts. And, if you dont see the cut you desire, just ask the butcher who is always ready for accommodate.

I travel a lot for work and stop at many Publix delis for lunch and typically have an outstanding experience with the understanding the lines dont move as fast as I would like for a lunch spot. This particular Publix deli was terrible. Waited an absurd amount of time to have one of the worst sandwiches handed back to me; 3 people in line by the way. Guy next to me was ordering the same sandwich and the disgust in his face was very apparent. Im not sure the employees here know how to make a sandwich. I just waisted $7 and nearly my entire lunch break, thanks for nothing Freedom Square Publix.

I love Publix but I dont think this particular store is as good as some. I dont like the layout. Frozen food is in the middle aisles instead of last as you are shopping and you need to hunt for the fresh produce

Clean, well supplied and with excellent customer service, as usual.

While we like the quality of food items in the store, we were disappointed to find that with the upcoming Super Bowl Publix is only supporting the Patriots. Patriots balloons were prominently on display but not one Philadelphia Eagles balloon could be found. Shame on you Publix! You do have customers supporting the Eagles.

Clean and tidy, prices high but good place 2 shop

This store is chronically out of stock on the most common items. At times its shelves resemble pictures from Venezuela. I always have to finish my shopping elsewhere.

Tried talking to several employees and no one seemed to speak English, what a shame glad Luckys Market is around.

Store is stocked well, but why do they cut up fruit like melons and hide overrippened watermelon in the center of the bowl where you cant see it. After all, this is Florida where there are plenty of watermelons to choose from. A lot of food goes to waste, so throw the rotten ones away and cut up and sell good quality foods please. We pay more for it when its cut up, so lets get what we pay for.
