I have tried to support black owned business, but the owners and employees of this establishment make it extremely difficult. Every single time I go to the store that is closet to my home, they never have what I want, so they call the other location in Golden Gate. The employee on the other end confirms they have the hair I want, so I drive out of my way, get there and she doesnt have it. Then they try to explain that they ordered it and it should be in the next shipment. That is the lie I get everytime. Although Fort Myers is a bit of a drive atleast I dont have to worry if it will be a waste of time and the prices are much better.

Don’t bother going there at her open time. She never opens either of her stores on time, Costed my girlfriend a deposit on a hair appointment. This is an UNPROFESSIONAL black owned business.
