Had three rows of Halloween 2 costumes different sizes advertise at 24.95. Rung up 44 dollars and I explain where they were manager rung it up at 29.99... I said its 24.99 and she said customers hung all them there and a laughed and she would not give me back my 5 dollars and she was very rude...

Very friendly and helpful staff! Chelsea was actively trying to help find the very best deals with my order. Small mix up with the timing of my balloon order but they did everything to make things right afterwards and it was very much appreciated. I can’t remember everyone’s names but they were all very kind and offered great suggestions to make our party awesome!

This year theyre focused on adult costumes. Limited costumes for teens, and almost nothing for children. Heads up.

Prices have changed. As the internet becomes more competitive in delivery local stores should be able to match prices.

This one is so much better than the Pine Ridge Road one. Not only because its new but the employees are incredibly nice and very friendly. I will literally drive past the other one to come to this one.

Best party store ever! After talking to the staff, the said this is the second largest store in the chain. It was huge, well stocked, clean and well lit. The staff stayed busy the whole time but was helpful when needed.

Employee did not want to help me. selections for young adult birthday were lacking. 21st birthday decorations were all about drinking as if thats What everyone does. a better selection for that birthday would be nice. I found what I needed at Hobby Lobby.

Very busy. Staff was not 100% up on their stock. Said they would help, but never got around to it. Other than that they had a huge selection.

This Party City happens to be very clean and very organized plus the employees are helpful. Theres a little confusion at times around the costumes, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I love this one so much better!

Party City is very well organized and very clean. They have a lot of options to choose from and plenty of stock of what you need. It takes a while to checkout. The customer service is very friendly, but sometimes getting people checked out isn’t the priority when it should be. Otherwise they’re a great store to visit and shop at!

Hands-down the best Part City Ive ever been to. The store and merchandise are what youd expect, but the staff is simply incredible! Mary Beth moved mountains for me while I was trying to help my best friend with his engagement. I will definitely be returning!

I have a question about an order. I have been on the phone for the last *30 minutes* listening to repeated declarations, Your wait time should be less than 60 seconds. And nobody answers! Cancelling order since nobody answered my on-line written concern either.

Very clean...and well stocked...they had what I wanted (mini chalk boards) so I did not have to drive elsewhere to get what I needed. Very convenient.

We were on vacation from England and visited the store. What an amazing place. We spent some time in the store looking at the incredible number of products on offer. Needless to say we bought a number of items for our grand children back home. Great value and fun place to be.

Manager didnt even acknowledge my presence at the register. A young girl came running out to help. She was very pleasant. Had to call over the male manager for a question. He seemed bothered, was very rude. I would never have this employee work for me. The young girl should take his place!

I like party City, but u think you can get this stuff cheaper in Amazon. Unless you have a party emergency, go for Amazon or the online website.

I really love this store, clean, bright, really good display of all the supplies, you can find everything you need to put a party together without going broke.

I used to buy all my Birthday cards from here. Good cards for $1 then I went to check out and I had 2 cards and it came to $7 plus tax and I said to the lady oh thats odd a the cards are $1 she then said oh no they have changed it and only a small section of cards are a dollar now..... I left the cards there and went to walmart.

They had everything i needed for a perfect Gender Reveal. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful.

Had a snafu with my delivery order but the manager Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we got our items in time for the party. I believe she drove them out herself. Will be using Party City for all our parties to come!

So I went to party city yesterday early afternoon. I picked out 7 balloons and said we would pick the balloons up at 10am today right when the store opened. My sister went to party city and they said the balloons were stolen because the order was not in the system? Ummm who steals balloons first of all? And did someone really steal them or did they just not do their job? Luckily we had the receipt so they just had to fill the balloons when she got there. Very upsetting either way. You disappointed me party city.
