My wife And I frequent both the Naples & Bonita Springs locations for breakfast and lunch. They have a wide variety of diversity on the menu, so it makes it an easy choice. Theyre always smiling and accommodating staff are attentive and ready to assist you. It is incredible the amount of volume they can get in and out in 15 minutes! The owner Kurt truly has this Bagel business in the bag! If your in the Southwest Florida area and are looking for a bagel. Stop what your doing and head to Straight from NY bagels! Cant forget to mention the Pork Roll, or my wife would kill me 😂

The bagels are amazing but thats about it. I ordered ham and cheese on an Asiago bagel. Where was the ham?? This was more like a bagel and cheese sandwich! Ill come back for bagels ONLY!

The bagels are good yes. But, the staff isn’t friendly and they are slow. Also they get orders wrong. While I waited for mine 3 people came back either missing items or items being wrong. I should’ve known better to check my bagel before I left, but of course I got home to the bagel I ordered missing tomato that I paid extra for. It’s not that hard to put tomato on a bagel with cream cheese. I worked at a bagel store for 5 years so I know how it goes. And mistakes happen but it seems like they consistently happen. Could be better service for sure.

Bagels and baked goods (esp the coffee cake!) are really good. The customer service is excellent. They pick up the phone, answer all your questions and don’t make you feel rushed even during peak times when I’m sure they are super busy. I really like their nova sandwich for a quick pick up lunch.

This place is great! I went with my sister (her favorite bagel place) her bagel came with a great amount of cream cheese! They were very careful about my nieces allergies which was very nice. I had a breakfast sandwich that tasted super fresh on a soft toasted Kaiser roll. I highly recommend giving this place a try. The staff is also extremely nice and friendly and its a nice, clean and calm place to go.

This establishment stole my money for items I did not get. We frequent the Bonita Springs location often. I was going out Sunday and called in to place an order. I had no idea there was another location in Naples, I thought the Bonita was a single mom and pop shop. Ordered a few bagels. Went to Bonita, they didnt have my order and informed me there is a location in Naples I ordered from. The owner at first said they would make the order for no charge since the other location insisted I pay for my order over the phone. I thought that was uncommon, but I still paid by card. Then she changed her mind and called Naples who she claimed said I had to go pick up my order from Naples or I had to pay for both orders since it was my mistake. I understand that, but I also KNOW it doesnt cost THEM $20 for 3 bagels. She also lied and said that the Naples location was just 10 minutes away. On GPS it was 25 and also another 20 minutes from there I needed to get to. I get it was my mistake but I dont appreciate the back and forth telling me they would make it at no charge and then oh no wait, I changed my mind and then lying to me about the drive distance. I worked at a restaurant that had multiple locations and this happens sometimes. Not good customer service as they literally stole $20 from me for goods I did not receive that I am sure they just resold or put back the bagels. Oh and they also messed up my order as well and gave me egg salad instead of the chicken salad I had ordered so I actually lost double on that one.

I went to the bagel place at 9:30 am, i had to wait 30 min, which isn’t the worse thing but then they forgot my order and the people behind me got there order first, i ordered just one plain bagel toasted. It wasn’t even rapped. worst experience ever.

The food quality is pretty good, which is probably why locals and tourists alike enjoy this bagel joint. However, the service speed is absolutely horrible. It consistently takes 20+ minutes for a bagel to be served up. Recently, I waited 15 minutes only to then learn the staff forgot my order. If service speed can improve, this would be a much higher rating.

Great variety of bagels here! We had Jalapeno cheddar and Egg Everything bagel. They are so yummy that I dont put any butter or creamcheese on them, just lightly toasted. Downside is there is no iced coffee with the exception of bottled Cold Brew in the cooler. The price is not labeled well and turnes out it was over six dollars for a small bottle. They do offer fountain sodas and free cups for water.

Awesome bagels and other items. I’ve been here so many times and have never had any issues. Working in the food service industry during the pandemic is very tough and masks make the already existing heat even worse. The staff is quick and friendly. We will definitely continue to frequent this establishment.

OMG Just had a pork roll egg and cheese on a croissant. It was awesome. We are originally from New Jersey been down here 11 years and have not found a bagel shop that has bialys or pork roll. If anybody lives off or near immokalee I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely love the big glass bottle of cold brew. I always take it home for later and their muffins are to die for. Lol I havent had anything else but my friends love the different options. I just cant get away from those delicious muffins.

I crave my favorite morning breakfast, a bacon and egg on sesame bagel. No one in SWFL makes a bagel like Straight From New York Bagel. Light and airy and delicious. I wish they’d consider opening a third store in Estero.

Great spot! Authentic NY style bagel spot. Coming from NJ I was searching for a good spot to have my Pork Roll Egg & cheese on an Everything bagel...Salt, Pepper, Ketchup. I was not dissapointed. Fresh Ground coffee was a nice touch. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I stopped by on a sunday at 1030 am and there was a line to get in. Will come back again.

This is the only place in Naples where I get bagels.

I come here every time I’m in FL. Being from NJ finding decent bagels is always a struggle. While I’m usually quite excited to come here for a breakfast sandwich, I was really taken back by the lack of care the Naples location took when it came to COVID. In the 10 minutes I was there 3 different customers came in not only not wearing masks but ordered bagels standing nearly on top of the counter (in spiting distance) of the bagels baskets (in an open display). Totally unsanitary and unprofessional considering we in a pandemic. I know there are a considerable amount of inconsiderate Floridians not wearing masks in public ... but in a location serving food that isn’t even safe from people getting their germs all over, it’s just sad.Because of my visit today, I will not only advise people to find a different location, but I myself will no longer patron there. Truly disgusting experience.Edit: in response to the owners claim, while the employees (2 out of the 4 that were working that morning) may have been partially wearing masks (meaning not covering their noses) they did not take any preventive measures such as to ask customers— who did not abide by CDC guidelines— to stand an appropriate distance away from the partly covered baked goods. I rarely write reviews, so let this be a testament to the experience.Also, I have nothing against small business in fact I do my best to shop small whenever possible. But, being a small business does NOT give you a pass to be reckless or irresponsible for the well-being of others. Sadly reviews are one of the only ways to keep businesses of ANY size accountable.

I just wanted almost $10.00 on a plain bagel with Roast Beef and a slice of Provalone cheese. I said I wanted a plain bagel, with Roast Beef and Provalone cheese with nothing else on it. When I got back to work and bit into it there was Mayonaise on it. I must have said nothing else on it at least three times. Not just that, in NY when you get a bagel sandwich it comes with almost a 1/2 pound of meet on it. Very disappointing!

Excellent bagels. Very busy place but worth the wait. A dozen bagels here is 15 not 12 so we really like the fact we can get a weeks worth in one shot. We stop here weekly.(People who come from up North and want to complain about all things Covid need to go back up North with their attitudes. This is NOT NYC or NJ. Many of us fled those states to take up a more peaceful and less covidcentric lifestyle. Judge the food, your opinions on all things covid are irrelevant and harm small businesses. Best bagel I ever ate. Im not just saying that either cause Im from New York. I have had plenty bagels in my life and these are the best ones by far.

Painfully slow and disorganized. Only person in store and it took over 20 mins for them to prepare a bagel and cream cheese because they forgot to make it. They have four people that sit around behind the counter that sit there and don’t do anything.

Pork roll (taylor ham), egg and cheese on an everthing bagel is the greatest thing on earth here.

Bagels were good, crusty outside, nice chewy inside. The way a bagel should be. If youre not getting a jaw workout with your bagel, youre not eating a good bagel!Only place I can find a garlic bagel as well in the area, awesome garlic flavor!

This place is an oasis. Ive been hunting for a good bagel since moving to Florida and found this while making a pit stop on the way to Miami. The sign proclaiming simply, BAGELS was like a beacon. I knew I would find what I needed. There were so many choices, but I knew exactly what I wanted. The everything bagel was perfect, and the guy preparing it even asked if the amount of cream cheese was right. It was perfect. Please come to Sarasota!!!

Hesitant to return due to service.Great quality bagels, but the service lacked. I called to make an order from this location and upon arrival they did not have it logged. They mentioned I probably called the wrong location... I asked what their phone number is because I had the call logged in my phone and it was the correct number. They took the order again and asked if I remembered the order, luckily I did as I was ordering for the whole office.They rushed the order out and the food was good, but it would have been nice to have offered a coffee or something while they had me waiting for the order.

Went there because friends recommended. Came in, very dark not welcoming feeling. Looked around to convince myself that this place was ok but then the vents are gross that tells me a lot. To many good place for breakfast sorry.😕

Stopped by for a nice deli sandwich and was impressed. Calling yourself a NY deli and actually pulling it off is no easy feat but these guys did quite well. Nicely organized menu board with some creative sandwiches and quite a few good looking deli salads that the fellow behind the counter seemed to take a lot of pride in. I had the Philly Steak (I know, not exactly NY deli) and it was a good size loaded up with house-made roast beef. My kid had a simple turkey on bun that they kindly modified for her.The service itself was amazing, a lot of pride behind the counter and plenty of information provided. The fellow behind the counter (the owner?) practically forced me to try samples of each of his salads (which I gladly obliged) while he told me about each one. A real nice experience.In addition, they had a nice looking bagel selection and plenty of quick bite options. I plan on stopping back for breakfast so I can see whats doing.In the end, there are plenty of corporate dining options available nearby but these guys are OUR local deli. Stop by, give them a try and support our local businesses.

The best bagels in Southwest Florida. I used to have a friend in New Jersey FedEx bagels to me because there were no good ones here. These are the real deal. Get the everything with cream cheese. The bialys are great also! Worth the drive. You can sit inside as well and enjoy your morning paper and a couple of bagels and coffee. Everything is good the staff is great.

First time there and the Reuben sandwich was excellent. I am a New Yorker and that sandwich was made just right. My wife had the turkey Reuben and she enjoyed her sandwich too.

NYC/NJ resident and unfortunately there’s nothing “New York” about this place — even the prices are higher. $30 for two BEC sandwiches and 2 iced coffees (disclaimer: they don’t have fresh iced coffee, you must purchase a watered down can from the fridge that costs $7 each and make it yourself...got roped into that one). Bagels were just about as thin as the one piece of bacon/egg under the hood. Just go to McDonalds or Dunkin.. save your money.

The freshest and most unique Bagels I have never found an everything bagel with jalapeno cream cheese before but they have them there and its fresh fresh fresh.

Breakfast done right!!! Ive been coming here for over 8 years and its still one of my favorite places! Bagels are always fresh, the customer service is great and its always clean. I always get a bagel sandwhich and the best part is there is no microwave! Everything is made on the griddle. You will love anything off the menu.

The best bagels Ive had in my 21 years in Florida. Just going through my reviews. After this review I had a horrible counter experience here in October. With counterson and manager. Bagels are great. But, I will never step foot in this establishment again. Found another bagel shop, just as good, with much friendlier service.

Bagels are fresh and delicious! I wish they had more extensive hours because I would always pay them a visit and its never a bad time for a new York bagel!

Based on the great reviews we decided to give it a try. Big mistake! They have 5 or 6 people behind the counter but it looked like nobody really cared that the place was filthy! None of the tables were cleaned, the floor was a mess the bathroom looked disgusting. It makes you wonder how the kitchen looks.. 🤔 We are definitely not going back.

Good bagels but very expensive. On the north shore of Massachusetts we have Bagel world and the bagels taste the same as straight from New York but theyre $9.90 for 13 instead of $19.90 for 15. Bagel World cuts them for free. Straight from New York $3.00 cutting fee.

A part of our weekend routine. Love this place, and recommend keeping an eye on what pastries the bakers put out (like the elephant ears) b/c there are some hidden gems amongst the bagels. 5 stars but would recommend some ventilation so customers don’t smell like the place when they leave.

If I could give this review negative stars, I would. Its a true taste of New York, right down to the I dont give a damn about the customer type service. I ordered 2 bagels, 1 toasted and 1 not and both with cream cheese. I waited while 3 sets of customers came in and ordered cooked sandwiches. They were all sitting and eating before I received my order. Sorry to break it to you but that is completely unacceptable and I will never return. Why would I? Its not like they make the only bagels in the area. Go somewhere else that cares about you and gives the service youre paying for.Update: 72 hours after reaching out per the owners request via Facebook messenger, still no reply. I think that proves my point about this business and its lack of customer service.

Tried for the first time two days ago and it was too amazing not to write a review for! I’ve never eaten a better bagel in my life, and that may sound like an exaggeration but it is 100% true. I had a Honey Wheat with just plain old cream cheese and it was the best breakfast i’ve had in quite a long time. Thanks for the amazing breakfast!!!

This was our first visit to the bagel store and we were impressed. I got a muffin and my husband got a bagel with cream cheese.The muffin was huge and lasted me all day with nibbles at the beach. His bagel was so stuffed with cream cheese, that when he took one bite and a big chunk of cream cheese plopped to the table. Knowing how loaded the bagel would be, next time I think well get two bagels, but only one with cream cheese because there was plenty there for both of us.Prices were a little high but with the quantity it was worth it. We will be back because it seems like a perfect thing to grab to take to the beach.

Best bagels in Naples. This shop has a great variety of bagels. I travel quite a bit and love a good bagel sandwich. I usually go with the everything bagel but also like egg bagels. This place makes a great Egg-rything bagel. They also have a great gourmet sandwich selection.A bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich is $6.36 including tax.

Biked here to pickup bagels and I was actually really impressed by their selection.

I havent had the chance to sit in, only swing by to pick up bagels and as such, this review applies mostly to the food. Everything Ive tasted has tasted great so far, really worth swinging by for breakfast or even lunch. While youre here, get something different than your usual, its surprising how much you may like it.

I didnt actually buy bagels here because they were pretty expensive. They looked good but at 19.70 for 15 I decided to look elsewhere. Also, the only whole grain option was honey wheat. I was hoping for whole wheat everything as thats one of our favorites.

2nd time coming here. I usually dont take the time to write reviews but this place is too damn good to not write a review. As a restaurant manager myself, this place really nailed defining what a bagel should taste like. I cant believe Ive wasted my time running to Einstein Bros and Dunkin if that is even comparable. Staff is terrible. They just have a blank stare. No effort to serve the customer. I order a half a dozen bagels. I was handed a bag of bagels that I didnt know what was in it. In a typical place you pick your bagels. When I told them I wanted to pic the bagels the girl behind the counter was lost and question me to her coworkers. After I was able to get the bagels I wanted I asked for the tub of cream cheese I paid $5 for, expensive in my opinion. I was then directed across the restaurant to where I had to grab it out of a cooler, thats fine I have no problem doing so, but give me a heads up of where I need to retrieve the items I purchased. Dont think Ill return. Hope the bagels are better then the service.

Love this place! If you want an authentic NY bagel you have to come check this place out. Always packed on the weekends so be prepared to wait. Its counter service but they do have a nice little seating area.

Bagels are good. I get the nova lox with the works on a jalapeno bagel. They get it correct 2 out of three times. Usually they forget the works, or part of it, but they have even forgotten the salmon. They are always nice and the service is decent.
